On 2nd January 2009 Government announced an Economic package to revive the Economy. But on 7 January the Chairman of Satayam Computer Mr. B. Ramlingam Raju wrote a letter to Stock Exchange to inform them that he had given wrong information about his Company's financial position. He had transferd money to his son's companies 'Mayata Infra' and 'Mayata Property'. There was a havoc in Share Market after this disclosure. Market crashed bitterly. This stock was also listed in many International markets including in New York Stock Exchange.

In the year 2000 when the 1900 series was going to end and 2000 series was going to start at that time Scientist were not sure how the computers would react. It was feared that computers may not accept the 2000 series and may get crashed. At that time Satayam Computers played a big role in finding solution of that problem. At that time Company got a recognition all over world. In the year 2008 the Company also got the Golden Peacock Award for good governance.

Mr. Raju was arrested. The case was handed over to the CID. The allegations were also levelled against the internationally known Audit Company M/S Price Water House Cooper. On 10th January all the directors of the company were removed. 10 temporary directors were appointed on the board. In C.I.D enquiry it was disclosed that there were only around 40000 employees in the company while on record 53000 employees were shown. The salary of 13000 ghost employees was taken away by Mr. Raju. The total scam was of about 7136 Crores Rupees.

उधर जहां 2 जनवरी को सरकार ने रिजर्व बैंक के साथ एक वित्तीय पैकेज देकर इकॉनमी में जान फूंकने की कोशिश की l मगर 7 जनवरी 2009 को सत्यम कंप्यूटर के चेयरमैन श्री बी रामलिंग राजू ने खुद एक पत्र लिखकर स्टॉक एक्सचेंज को यह जानकारी दी कि उसने अपने कंपनी के झूठे आर्थिक आंकड़े और स्थिति दी है। उसने अपनी कम्पनी मे से पैसा अपने बेटों की दो कंपनियों 'मायता इंफ्रा' और 'मांयता प्रॉपर्टी' में ट्रांसफर कर दिया है। इस खुलासे से शेयर मार्केट में हड़कंप मच गया। मार्केट बुरी तरह गिरी। सत्यम कंप्यूटर के ग्राहक अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियां भी थी। इसका शेयर न्यूयार्क स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में भी लिस्टेड था। 2000 में जब उन्नीस सौ का शतक खत्म होकर 2000 का शतक शुरू हुआ, तो डर था कि कंप्यूटर 2000 की सीरीज को न ले पाए तो कंप्यूटर क्रैश सकते हैं। इसका निदान निकालने में सत्यम कंप्यूटर का बहुत बड़ा हाथ था। जिससे इस कंपनी की प्रतिष्ठा बहुत बढ़ गई थी। अभी 2008 में उसे कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस के लिए गोल्डन पीकॉक अवार्ड मिला था। श्री राजू को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। इसकी जांच सीआईडी को सौंप दी गई। इस घोटाले में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ऑडिट कंपनी प्राइस वाटर हाउस कूपर पर भी आरोप लगे। 10 जनवरी को सत्यम कंप्यूटर के सभी डायरेक्टरों को हटा दिया गया तथा 10 अस्थाई डायरेक्टर को कंपनी की देखभाल का जिम्मा सौंपा दिया गया। सीआईडी की जांच में पता चला कि खातों में 53000 कर्मचारी दिखाए जाते थे। मगर कार्यरत कर्मचारी 40000 थे। बाकी 13000 की तनख्वाह श्री बी राजू ले जाते थे। यह घोटाला 7136 करोड का बताया गया।

The schedule for Lok Sabha polls was declared. The elections were to be held between 16th April 2009 to 13 th May 2009. All the political parties got busy in the preparations for the election. The BJP's problem was that Mr. Atal Bihari Bajpai was away from the active politics due to his health issues. Mr. Lal Krishan Advani was not in the good book of RSS due to his statement regarding Mr. Jinnah. BJP had tried to find out alternative of Mr. Advani but could not succeed. So it was a compulsion of BJP to fight election in the leadership of Mr. Lal Krishan Advani. Because in 2004 Mrs. Sonia Gandhi had given chance to Dr. Manmohan Singh to become Prime Minister so the Issue of Foreign National was also side lined.

अब पार्टियां चुनाव में व्यस्त हो गई। 16 अप्रैल 2009 से 13 मई 2009 के बीच 5 चरणों में चुनाव की घोषणा हो गई। भाजपा की समस्या यह है कि श्री अटल बिहारी बाजपेयी अपनी अस्वस्थता के कारण सक्रिय राजनीति से दूर हो गए थे। श्री लालकृष्ण आडवाणी के जिन्ना को धर्मनिरपेक्ष बताने के कारण अब वह आर एस एस की नजर से उतर चुके थे। उनकी जगह कई लोगों को उभारने की कोशिश की गई। मगर उनमें से कोई भी जनमानस में अपना स्तर उनके स्तर का नहीं बना पाया। इसलिए भाजपा की मजबूरी हो गई कि वह चुनाव श्री लालकृष्ण आडवाणी के नेतृत्व मे लड़े। क्योंकि 2004 में चुनाव जीतने के बाद वह श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी ने खुद को प्रधानमंत्री न बनाकर डॉ मनमोहन सिंह को प्रधानमंत्री बनाया, इसलिए देसी बनाम विदेशी का मुद्दा भी किनारे हो गया था।

Though BJP had always projected Dr. Manmohan Singh as a Dummy Prime Minister but after Nuclear deal with US that misconception was also removed. But the voters were not very enthusiastic for the election. In rallies also only party workers were coming. Election analyst were also confused and were doing only Guess work. The election started and completed as per schedule. The analysts were expecting a hung Parliament. The favorite topic of discussion on Channels was 'what will happen if Congress could not get a majority and they required Left support. Would the left parties ask for a change in Prime Minister face. Some aspirants of third front were waiting for a chance as a By chance Prime Minister like Mr. Chander Shekhar or Choudhary Charan Singh in case no party gets the majority.

हालांकि भाजपा का डॉ मनमोहन सिंह पर लगातार आरोप है कि वह एक कठपुतली प्रधानमंत्री हैं। मगर भारत और अमेरिका के बीच परमाणु संधि के मुद्दे पर स्टैंड लेकर उन्होंने इस भ्रम को भी काफी दूर कर दिया। मगर इस बार वोटरों में कोई उत्साह नजर नहीं आ रहा। पार्टियां अपनी रैलियों में बसे भर भर कर अपने कार्यकर्ताओं को ही ला रही हैं। राजनीतिक विश्लेषक गोलमोल भाषा का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं। क्योंकि उन्हें भी कुछ पता नहीं चल रहा कि चुनावी ऊँट किस तरफ बैठेगा। किसी तरह की कोई लहर भी नजर नहीं आ रही। आखिर 16 अप्रैल को चुनाव शुरू हुआ और 13 मई 2009 को खत्म हो गए। ज्यादातर विश्लेषकों की राय है कि हंग संसद होगी। और यह सोचना रोचक होगा कि अगर कांग्रेस वामपंथियों से समर्थन मांगेगी तो क्या वह डॉक्टर मनमोहन सिंह को प्रधानमंत्री बनाने के लिए राजी होंगे। इस पर चैनलों में तीखी बहस चल रही है। कुछ अन्य पार्टी के नेता इस खुशफहमी में है कि अगर किसी को भी बहुमत नहीं मिला तो। बड़ी पार्टियों के बाहरी समर्थन से, वह श्री वी पी सिंह या श्री एचडी देवेगौड़ा की तरह कुछ समय के लिए ही सही मगर प्रधानमंत्री पद का मजा ले सकते हैं।

But Election results disappointed such aspirants. UPA again got the majority and Dr. Manmohan Singh again became Prime Minister of India. Congress got 206 seats in Lok Sabha while BJP got 116 only. This time leaders like Mr. Lalu Prasaad Yadav, Mr. Mulaayam Singh Yadav and Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan were pushed to corner by the voters. Congress got success in those states where the Government schemes like Village Guaranteed Employment Schemes were properly implemented and the benefits of loan waiver was given to the farmers in villages. In West Bengal a strong hold of Left parties new entrant TMC did better. Mrs. Meera Kumaar was elected as the Speaker of Lok Sabha.

पर चुनावी नतीजों ने सबकी उम्मीदों पर पानी फेर दिया। यूपीए ने बहुमत से एक बार फिर डॉ मनमोहन सिंह के नेतृत्व में सरकार बनाई। कांग्रेस को 206 सीटें मिली और भाजपा को 116 सीटों पर यह संतोष करना पड़ा। जबकि 2004 में कांग्रेस स्कोर 143 और भाजपा को 138 सीटें मिली थी। इस बार श्री लालू प्रसाद यादव, श्री राम विलास पासवान और श्री मुलायम सिंह यादव को चुनावों ने हाशिए पर धकेल दिया लगता है। ग्रामीण गारंटीड रोजगार योजना और 60000 करोड के किसानों के कर्ज माफी जैसी योजना को जिन राज्यों में ठीक से लागू किया गया वहां कांग्रेस को काफी सफलता मिली। उधर वामपंथियों के गढ़ में तृणमूल कांग्रेस की बढ़त से कांग्रेस को काफी संतोष मिला। श्रीमती मीरा कुमार भारत की प्रथम महिला स्पीकर बनी।

On 4th August 2009 Indian Parliament passed the Right to Education bill. By this bill the children upto the age of 14 years got the right of free education. A lot of voices were raised against the 2G spectrum case and at last on 21 October 2009 CBI registered a case and on 22nd October some raids were made. In fact Swan Telecom, TATA Docomo and Unitech etc. took spectrum at a very cheap price but they sold that or a part of that at a very high rates. Government received a number of complaints in this regard. On 2nd May a NGO named Telecom Watch Dogs registered a complaint with Chief Vigilance Commissioner in this regard. On 19th May one individual also send a complaint to CVC in this matter. Then the CVC asked CBI to enquire the case. On 1st July 2009 Delhi High Court declared that it was illegal to prepone the date in 2G spectrum case.

4 अगस्त 2009 को भारतीय संसद ने शिक्षा के अधिकार को मान्यता प्रदान कर दी। जिसके अनुसार अब छह से 14 साल तक के बच्चों को मुफ्त शिक्षा का अधिकार दिया गया। इधर 2G स्पेक्ट्रम को लेकर बहुत हो हल्ला मच रहा था। आखिर 21 अक्टूबर 2009 को सीबीआई ने केस दर्ज किया और 22 अक्टूबर 2009 को इस मामले में छापेमारी हुई। असल में 2008 में स्वान टेलीकॉम, टाटा डोकोमो और यूनिटेक ने सस्ते दाम पर स्पेक्ट्रम लेकर उसका कुछ हिस्सा अन्य कंपनियों को भारी मुनाफे पर भेज दिया। उसको लेकर कई शिकायतें की जा रही हैं। 2 मई 2009 को एक एन जीओ टेलीकॉम वॉच डॉग ने मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त को स्पेक्ट्रम के देने में हुई गड़बड़ियों को लेकर शिकायत दर्ज कराई। 19 मई 2009 को एक अन्य व्यक्ति ने एक और शिकायत सीवीसी में दर्ज कराई। मुख्य सतर्कता आयोग ने सीबीआई को इसकी जांच करने के आदेश दिए। 1 जुलाई 2009 को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने तिथि आगे बढ़ाने के कदम को गैरकानूनी करार दिया। 16 नवंबर 2009 को सीबीआई ने नीरा राडिया वार्ता की टेप रिकॉर्डिंग की जानकारियां मांगीl

On 16th November 2009 CBI asked about the details of Neera Radia Tape recording case. From here the case took a steep turn. Ms. Neera Radia was actually the owner of a Company named Vaishnvi Communications. It was a Public Relations Company. Many famous personalities and companies like Reliance Industries of Mr. Mukesh Ambani and Tata Tele Services were their customers. In 2008 and 2009 Income Tax department had recorded the calls of her company. CBI was asking for those recordings.

यहां से घटनाक्रम ने एक और मोड़ ले लिया। नीरा राडिया एक कंपनी चलाती है जिसका नाम है वैष्णवी कम्युनिकेशंस। इस कंपनी का काम सार्वजनिक संबंध संस्थान के रूप में काम करना है। इसके ग्राहकों में श्री मुकेश अंबानी की रिलायंस इंडस्ट्री और टाटा टेली सर्विसेज भी हैं। 2008 और 2009 में आयकर विभाग ने इनके कई फोन कॉल को रिकॉर्ड किया था। सीबीआई उन टेप की रिकॉर्डिंग मांग रही है।

After a long wait on 10th December 2009 Center announced the formation of Telangana state. This gave an end to a long struggle of people of Telangana. When Apoorv asked Jaanvi about that struggle then she told him about it in details. She said " If we look into the history of this state then we have to go back to the time when Hyderabad was merged in India. After it's merger Hyderabad state was divided in 3 parts. One part was given to Karnataka, other to Maharashtra and third was named as Telangana. Later on in November 1956 Aandhra's leaders put pressure on the Central Government and Aandhra, Raiseena and Telangana were merged to named as Aandhra Pradesh. But Telangana people were saying that the language and culture of Telangana is altogether different from that of Aandhra and they were having the doubts that Aandhra people will dominate them in Aandhra Pradesh. These differences kept on increasing and in 1969 in the leadership of Mr. Marri Chenna Reddy the Telangana Praja Samiti raised the demand of a separate Telangana State. In 1973 Loksabha Elections the Telangana Praja Samiti won most of the seats in Telangana area. But after elections Mr. Marri Chenna Reddy entered into an agreement with Mrs. Indira Gandhi and merged his party in Congress. So once again the demand for a separate Telangana was sent to the back seat.

उधर एक लंबे संघर्ष के बाद 10 दिसंबर 2009 को केंद्र ने घोषणा की कि तेलंगाना एक नया राज्य बनेगा। उससे एक लंबे समय से चला आ रहा तेलंगाना के लोगों का संघर्ष समाप्त हुआ। इस विषय मे जब अपूर्व ने जानवी से इस बारे मे पूछा तो उसने इस बारे मे विस्तार से बताया l उसने बताया "अगर इस संघर्ष का इतिहास देखे तो हैदराबाद के भारत में विलय के बाद हैदराबाद रियासत के तीन टुकड़े कर दिए गएl एक टुकड़े को कर्नाटक और दूसरे को महाराष्ट्र में मिला दिया गया और तीसरे को तेलंगाना कहा गया l बाद मे 1 नवंबर 1956 को आंध्र क्षेत्र के नेताओं के दबाव मे आंध्र, रायलसीमा और तेलंगाना को मिलाकर एक ही राज्य आंध्र प्रदेश कर दिया गया l मगर तेलंगाना समर्थकों का का कहना था कि आंध्र और तेलंगाना की भाषा और संस्कृति में बड़ा अंतर है l उन्हें यह डर भी पैदा हो गया कि आंध्र के शक्तिशाली लोगों द्धारा उनके साथ अन्याय हो सकता है l यह मतभेद बढ़ते चले गये और 1969 मे श्री मर्री चन्ना रेड्डी के नेतृत्व में ‘तेलंगाना प्रजा समिति’ ने अलग तेलंगाना राज्य की माँग उठा दी l 1973 के संसद के चुनावो में ‘तेलंगाना प्रजा समिति’ को तेलंगाना की अधिकतर लोकसभा सीटें मिलीं l मगर चुनाव के बाद श्री मर्री चन्ना रेड्डी ने प्रधानमंत्री श्रीमती इंदिरा गाँधी के साथ समझौता कर अपनी पार्टी का कांग्रेस में विलय कर दिया l तेलंगाना की मांग फिर दब गई l

Later on differences cropped up between Mr. Chander Shekhar Rao and leader of Telgu Desham Party Mr. Chander Babu Naidu who was the Chief Minister also at that time and Mr. Chander Shekhar Rao in the year 2000 started a non political movement for separate Telangana State. Later on he made a political party named as Telangana Rashtriy Samiti. Now again Telangana issue started dominating the Aandhra Pradesh politics. Congress in 2004 and 2009 Loksabha Elections promised a separate Telangana State. But when even after 2009 Congress didn't fulfill its promise then in November 2009 Mr. Chander Shekhar Rao started a hunger strike which continued for 11 days. The whole state came into the grips of tension and unrest. Looking into the circumstances the Home Minister Mr. P. C. Chidambaram announced that the process of formation of Telangana has started but the exact shape of the state is yet to be announced.

बाद मे श्री चन्द्र शेखर राव और तेलगु देशम पार्टी के नेता और आंध्र प्रदेश के तत्कालिन मुख्यमन्त्री श्री चन्द्र बाबू नायडू से विवाद होने पर, उनसे अलग होकर श्री चन्द्र शेखर राव ने वर्ष 2000 मे अलग तेलंगाना राज्य के लिए पहले एक ग़ैर राजनीतिक आंदोलन छेड़ा l फिर बाद में ‘तेलंगाना राष्ट्र समिति’ के नाम से राजनीतिक दल बना लिया l अब तेलंगाना का मुद्दा आंध्र प्रदेश की राजनीति का एक अहम मुद्दा बन गया l कांग्रेस पार्टी ने 2004 और 2009 के चुनावो में तेलंगाना राज्य का वादा किया मगर जब अपना वायदा पूरा नहीं किया तो चंद्रशेखर राव नवंबर 2009 में आमरण अनशन पर बैठ गए l 11 दिन तक चली भूख हड़ताल ने पूरे राज्य मे तनाव पैदा कर दिया l श्री चन्द्र शेखर राव की बिगड़ती हालत और बढ़ते हुए तनाव को देखते हुए केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री चिदंबरम ने 10 दिसंबर 2009 को यह घोषणा कर दी कि केंद्र सरकार ने तेलंगाना राज्य के स्थापना की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर रही है l लेकिन कैसा होगा यह राज्य उसकी जानकारी अभी आनी बाकी है।

Jessica and Shandily were getting closer slowly. Jessica belongs to a Upper Middle class family of Hyderabad. She was from a Christian family. His father was working in a Company at a higher position. Her mother was a house wife and her younger sister was studying in the college. Usually Jessica, Shandily, Dhananjay, Anuradha, Smrti and Yashasvi go out together and on Sunday they usually did their preparation for next week. Suddenly Jessica got an offer for a project in US from her Company. The project was for six months. It was a nice offer and everyone in the group were happy for her and started helping her in preparation for going to US.

आहिस्ता आहिस्ता शांडिल्य और जेसिका एक दूसरे के नजदीक आते जा रहे हैं। जेसिका हैदराबाद के एक उच्च मध्यम वर्ग के परिवार से संबंध रखती है। उसका परिवार क्रिश्चन है। उसके पिता एक बड़ी कंपनी में उच्च पद पर कार्यरत हैं। उसकी माता गृहणी है और उसकी एक और छोटी बहन है। जो कॉलेज में पढ़ रही है। अक्सर जेसिका, शांडिल्य, धनंजय, अनुराधा, यशस्वी और स्मृति शनिवार को इकठ्ठे घूमते हैं। रविवार को अपने सप्ताह की तैयारी करते हैं। तभी जेसिका को कंपनी ने एक प्रोजेक्ट पर अमेरिका जाने का पत्र दे दिया। उसे 6 महीने के लिए अमेरिका जाना है। यह उसके लिए बहुत ही बढ़िया आगे बढ़ने का अवसर था। सारी मित्र मंडली भी खुश थी। सब उसके साथ तैयारी करवाने में व्यस्त हो गए।

At last the day of her departure came and her group went to see off her in Mumbai. After her flight they went to Siddhivinayaka Temple and then came back to Pune. Next day morning when they reached Office they felt very awkward and sad when they found Jessica's Chair empty. But it was expected that new member would join soon and everyone was waiting eagerly for her/him. But a vacuum was created in Shandily's life. On third day Shandily got a call from Jessica telling that she had reached safely and Company had made arrangements for her stay in hotel for 15 days. She had joined the job also.

आखिर वह दिन भी आया जब सब मित्र मंडली अपनी गाड़ियों से जेसिका को छोड़ने मुंबई गए। जेसिका को फ्लाइट पकड़ा कर वापसी में सिद्धिविनायक जी मंदिर होते हुए रात को पुनः वापस पहुंच गए। अगले दिन सुबह जब सब ऑफिस पहुंचे तो जेसिका की खाली कुर्सी उनके मन पर उदासी ला रही थी। मगर सुना है कि एक और सदस्य उसकी जगह आने वाली है। सब उसका बड़ी उत्सुकता से इंतजार करने लगे। मगर शांडिल्य के जीवन में एक कोना खाली सा हो गया। तीसरे दिन जेसिका का फोन आया कि वह पहुंच गई है। कंपनी ने उसके लिए एक होटल में 15 दिन रहने का इंतजाम किया हुआ है। उसने ऑफिस भी ज्वाइन कर लिया है।

They were not able to talk frequently because of different timings in India and US. But they frequently Chat on phone or mail. Jessica told him that she had a good number of Indians among her colleagues and she was in search of an accommodation. In this his colleague Patnayak was helping her. She had developed friendship with another Indian girl Kamani. She told Apoorv that no body works there after Office hours but they all work sincerely during the working hours without any laxity.

It was a Saturday morning when Shandily got a call from Jessica " Hi Shandily. Have you wake up." Shandily said " Yaar today is Saturday so I am a bit relaxed." She said " Are you not going for the shopping today." Shandily said " Off course I will go but just as an unwanted guest." Jessica gave a big laughter and said " See Apoorv I got a furnished flat and will be shifting there next week." Shandily said " Oh, Wow! Who has helped, Patnayak." She said " Yes Yaar. He is nice man." Shandily said " Yes Jessica, you really feel nice when someone help you when you are away from home." Then Jessica said " O. K. Apoorv my train is there. I will call you later." Shandily made a coffee and while having it he was thinking that he was having an understanding with Jessica but there was no commitment between them. She had gone to USA and he was not sure if her project got an extension. Some time people change their job also to stay there. Only time will tell what would be the future of their relationship.

मगर समय अलग-अलग होने से दोनों मे आपस में बातचीत नहीं हो पाती मगर फोन पर या मेल पर चैटिंग हो जाती है। जेसिका ने उसे बताया कि उसके साथ काम करने वाले काफी भारतीय हैं। आजकल वह अपने रहने के लिए जगह ढूंढ रही है। इसमें उसकी सहायता पटनायक नाम का एक भारतीय कर रहा है। उसकी एक अन्य सहेली भी बन गई है। जिसका नाम कामिनी है। उसने बताया कि वहां पर सिर्फ ऑफिस समय में काम होता है। उसके अलावा बाद में कोई काम नहीं करता। मगर ऑफिस के समय में सब ईमानदारी से काम करते हैं। इधर उधर की बातें नहीं करते। भारत में शनिवार की सुबह थी कि शांडिल्य की फोन की घंटी बजी। शांडिल्य ने जैसे ही फोन उठाया दूसरी तरफ से जेसिका की आवाज आई "हाय शांडिल्य l अभी सो कर नहीं उठे।" शांडिल्य ने कहा "यार बस उठ रहा हूं। आज शनिवार है और छुट्टी है इसलिए आराम कर रहा हूं।" जेसिका बोली"आज शॉपिंग करने नहीं जाना क्या"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "जाऊंगा तो सही मगर अब कबाब में हड्डी बन कर जाना पड़ेगा"। जेसिका जोर से हंसकर बोली "अच्छा सुनो मुझे एक कमरे का फर्निश्ड फ्लैट मिल गया है। मैं अगले हफ्ते शिफ्ट हो रही हूं"। शांडिल्य बोला "ओहो वाओ l किसने मदद की पटनायक ने।" जेसिका बोली "हां यार, बहुत ही भला आदमी है"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "अगर विदेश में कोई अपना भारतीय मदद करता है तो किच्छा कितना अच्छा लगता है"। जेसिका बोली "अच्छा ट्रेन आ गई बाद में बात करती हूँ।" शांडिल्य ने कॉफी बनाई और पीते हुए सोचने लगा की जेेसिका और उसकी अंडरस्टैंडिंग तो थी मगर कोई कमिटमेंट नहीं। वह अमेरिका में गई है और हो सकता है कि उसका प्रोजेक्ट वहां कुछ और समय के लिए बढ़ जाए। या फिर कई बार भारतीय वहां जाकर कंपनी बदल कर दूसरी कंपनी में भी चले जाते हैं। उनको इस संबंध का क्या भविषय होगा यह तो समय समय ही बताएगा।

On the other side Vatika, Rashmi and Anirudh were busy in the preparation of their Semester Exams. They were not getting time to meet frequently for fun. Though they were having different nature but they were very fast friends. Rashmi and Anirudh always treated Vatika as a kid. Otherwise also Vatika by nature was very sensitive and innocent. She was having a nature of getting puzzeled on every small thing. As she was having exams pressure in those day so to come out of the pressure she used to talk to Shandily every day. Apoorv and Nisha were also getting updates about Shandily through her. Shandily also always treated her as his younger sister. Actually Vatika did not get love and protection from her Biological father Jivesh, so she was a neglected child. She was also a lone child so sense of insecurity was there in her mind. But now with Shandily and Apoorv she was gaining confidence and feeling secured.

उधर वाटिका, रश्मि और अनिरुद्ध अपने सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा की तैयारी में लगे हुए हैं। अब समय कम ही निकल पाता है कि कहीं घूमने जाने का। हालांकि तीनों की नेचर अलग-अलग है मगर दोस्ती पक्की है। अनिरुद्ध और रश्मि हमेशा वाटिका को बच्चा समझते हैं। असल में वाटिका अभी है भी बहुत नाजुक और मासूम। कुछ भी बात हो तो बहुत जल्दी घबरा जाती है। आज कल पढ़ाई के दबाव से बचने के लिए वह रोज शांडिल्य को फोन कर लेती है। उससे अब अपूर्व और निशा को भी शांडिल्य का हाल-चाल पता लगता रहता है। शांडिल्य, वाटिका को हमेशा छोटी बहन मानता है। वाटिका एक बहुत ही सहमी हुई लड़की है। उसे बचपन से पिता का भरपूर प्यार नहीं मिला। फिर वह एक अकेली संतान है। उसमें एक स्वाभाविक असुरक्षा की भावना है। मगर अब अपूर्व और शांडिल्य के साथ मिलने के बाद। उसे लगने लगा है कि वह सुरक्षित है अपने परिवार के साथ है।

After Jessica now Shandily was coming back in his normal life. In place of Jessica new entrant was Namita. She was having her family local in Pune. She was a Punjabi girl of upper middle class family. Her father was having a Petrol Pump. She was a reserved nature girl who was misunderstood to be a proudy girl in first impression. Jessica and Shandily used to talk twice in a week. She had shifted to her new apartment and was busy in her project. But on 15th December onwards her Christmas vacation started. Jessica was very happy because she was having fun with her new friends. Apart from Kamani and Patnayak she had a new American friend named John. On 26th December Shandily got a call from Jessica that they had a great fun on Christmas. All the Disco and pubs were full. There was a great rush on the roads. She had came back in morning and was going to sleep. Shandily noted that she had not said even once that she was missing Shandily. After that he didn't get any call from her till new year and even on New Year he got just a message. Shandily celebrated New Year as usual with his friends on his flat. They all had a fun but Shandily was missing something. He didn't show it to anyone because he had seen his father in the similar circumstances for years together.

उधर जेसिका के जाने के बाद शांडिल्य आहिस्ता आहिस्ता अपनी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में वापस आता जा रहा था। जेसिका की जगह जो लड़की आई है उसका नाम नमिता है। और उसका परिवार पुणे में ही रहता है। हालांकि वह पंजाबी है। मगर उसके पिता का पुणे में पेट्रोल पंप है। नमिता भी एक उच्च उच्च मध्यम वर्ग के परिवार से आई हुई साधारण लड़की है। जो रिजर्व नेचर की है। सिर्फ मतलब की बात करती है। इसी वजह से उसकी छवि अभिमानी सी बन गई है। शांडिल्य और जेसिका की सप्ताह में एक दो बार बात हो ही जाती है। जेसिका ने अपने अपार्टमेंट में शिफ्ट कर लिया तथा अपने प्रोजेक्ट में व्यस्त है। मगर 15 दिसंबर को वहां पर किसमिस की तथा नववर्ष की धूम शुरू हो गई। ऑफिस बंद हो गए। जेसिका बहुत ही खुश है। क्योंकि वहां पर खूब मस्ती कर रही है। उसकी टीम में काफी लोग उसके मित्र बन गए हैं। उनमें पटनायक, कामनी और एक अमेरिकन जॉन उसके काफी नजदीकी हो गए हैं। क्रिसमिस के अगले दिन जेसिका का फोन शांडिल्य को आया कि उसने क्रिसमस पर खूब मस्ती की। सारे डिस्को सारे पब सब फुल थे। लोग सड़क पर ही बीयर पीकर मस्ती कर रहे थे। सारी रात घूम फिर कर मस्ती करके अब वापस आई हूं और अब सोने जा रही हूं। शांडिल्य सोच रहा था की जेसिका ने एक बार भी नहीं कहा कि वह शांडिल्य को मिस कर रही है। खैर वह अपने विचार को झटका देकर काम करने लगा। उसके बाद नव वर्ष तक कोई फोन नहीं आया। नव वर्ष पर भी एक मैसेज ही आया। शांडिल्य और उसकी मित्र मंडली ने नव वर्ष हमेशा की तरह इकट्ठे मनाया। शांडिल्य के फ्लैट पर इस सब ने पार्टी की और मस्ती की। मगर शांडिल्य के जिंदगी का कोई खाना खानी खाली रह गया। वह शायद इसलिए खुश रहकर उसे भूलता रहा क्योंकि उसे उसने अपने पापा को सालों तक ऐसी स्थिति में देखने की आदत है।

In Delhi Apoorv and Nisha decided to celebrate New Year in the club. They took Vatika also along with them. Jaanvi also came there. Jaanvi ordered for Beers. She ordered one beer for Vatika also. In the beginning Vatika hesitate to take beer but Jaanvi said " Listen Vatika if you have never taken it then it's nice. But if you wish to have it then in beginning you start taking it in our company so that you may understand to have it properly. Usually the younger people when start taking drinks then in hurry they consume more drinks in less time. So they don't enjoy the drinks and it become harmful for their health also. There is famous saying that 1st peg give you 60% enjoyment, 2nd peg 30%, 3rd peg 20% and after that you are wasting it in Gutter. In today's lifestyle such parties are common especially in the field where you are working. In such parties some time people make fun of others also. So either you decide that you will never take drinks or otherwise you take a training by having it with us." Then Vatika picked up her beer mug, with out saying anything.

उधर दिल्ली में इस बार अपूर्व और निशा ने नव वर्ष क्लब में मनाने का फैसला किया। वह वाटिका को भी अपने साथ ले गए। जानवी भी वहीं पर आ गई थी। जानवी ने आकर बियर का ऑर्डर किया। उसने एक बीयर वाटिका के लिए भी मंगा ली। वाटिका मना करती रही तो जानवी ने कहा "देखो बेटा, अगर आप नहीं पीती तो बहुत अच्छा है। मगर अगर पीने की इच्छा है तो शुरू में हमारे सामने बैठकर ही पीना। ताकि तुम सही तरह से पीना सीख सको। अक्सर बच्चे जब शुरू में पीना शुरू करते हैं। तो बड़ों से छुपकर पीते हैं। और जल्दी में ज्यादा पी लेते हैं। वह ठीक से न मजा उठा पाते हैं, और न ठीक से पचा पाते हैं। कहा जाता है की पहला पेग 60% नशा करता है दूसरा 30% और तीसरा 20% और उसके बाद तो नाली में बहाने वाली बात होती है। आज का जो माहौल चल रहा है और जिस तरह का कोर्स तुम कर रही हो। उसमें ऐसी पार्टियां होती रहती हैं। उसमें लोग कई बार एक दूसरे का तमाशा भी बनाते हैं। तो समझ लो। या तो तुम यह पक्का फैसला कर लो कि कभी नहीं पीनी या फिर कुछ दिन हमारे साथ पीकर इसकी ट्रेनिंग ले लो।" वाटीका ने नजर झुका कर बियर का मग उठा लिया।

Year 2010 was the year of Commonwealth Games. But the tales of mismanagement and corruption were there everywhere. The preparation work was very slow. Every body was doubtful that whether preparations would complete in time. Anyway Games were scheduled between 3rd October to 14th October so enough time was there. The budget of ₹8324 crores were sanctioned for games. Out of that Delhi Government did provide ₹1770 crores and rest was arranged by other Government authorities working in their own fields.

सन 2010 शुरू हुआ। यह भारत में कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स का साल है। मगर गेम से पहले ही बदइंतजामी और घोटालों की चर्चाएं हर तरफ फैल गई। काम की गति इतनी धीमी कि सब को यह भय सता रहा है की खेल हो भी पाएंगे कि नहीं। खैर खेल तो 3 अक्टूबर से 14 अक्टूबर 2010 तक होने हैं। अभी तो समय है। बताया जा रहा है की कुल 8324 करोड़ रुपए का बजट पास हुआ है। 1770 करोड़ दिल्ली सरकार के खर्च होने हैं तथा अन्य सरकारी एजेंसियां भी अपने अपने क्षेत्र में काम करेंगे।

In the evening of 13th Feburary 2010 a bomb blast rocked famous German Bakery in Pune. 17 people died and around 60 were injured in the incident. German Bakery is a known place of Pune. It is an Yahudi area of Chabad House near Osho Ashram. It is a favorite place for foreign tourists. At that time also its sitting capacity was full and a lot of people were waiting outside. In the evening when Apoorv, Nisha and Vatika were having their evening tea suddenly they saw this news as a Breaking News. After seeing this news they immediately call Shandily in panic. Shandily told them that he was well and all the people in his circle were also safe. He told that panic was there but nothing was to worry because the Security Agencies were on high alert.

तभी 13 फरवरी 2010 को शाम को जर्मन बेकरी पुणे में एक धमाका हुआ। जिसमें 17 लोगों की मृत्यु हुई और 60 के करीब घायल हो गए। जर्मन बेकरी पुणे के की मशहूर बेकरी मानी जाती है। यह कोरेगांव में यहूदी चाबाद हाउस और ओशो आश्रम के पास है। यह ज्यादातर विदेशी पर्यटकों का पसंदीदा स्थान है। और भरा रहता है। जब धमाका हुआ उस वक्त यहां पर बैठने की सभी सीटें फुल थी। काफी लोग बाहर प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे। यह खबर जब टीवी पर आई तब अपूर्व, निशा और वाटिका शाम की चाय पी रहे थे। यह खबर देखते ही वह घबरा गए और शांडिल्य को फोन किया। उसने बताया कि वह और उसके सभी जानने वाले सुरक्षित हैं। मगर धमाके के बाद पूरे क्षेत्र में सनसनी फैली हुई है। सुरक्षा एजेंसियां बहुत सतर्क हैं इसलिए घबराने की कोई बात नहीं है।

In 2G Spectrum the CAG had alleged a lot of irregularities. They had written in their reports that instead of first cum first get policy if the Government had adopted the Auction policy then they might have got ₹1.76 lakh crores. When in club Apoorv asked Jaanvi about the details of this then she said " In the year 2008 when spectrum was given at the rate prevailing in 2001 the companies who procured these had sold their whole quota or a part of quota at a very high rates. It was mandatory for these companies to complete their work with in 12 months but they didn't complete that also. Supreme Court in his verdict said the decision of prepone of the date was illegal.

In the various articles published regarding Neera Radia tapes it became clear that how these companies were lobbying to place their favorites on the top positions in their favorite companies. Not only in companies but these agencies were lobbying to posted their favorite Ministers in favorite departments. Ms. Barkha Dutt's name also did figure in the reports. She gave her clarification also. Now the auction of 3G had also started.

उधर 2G स्पेक्ट्रम में सीएजी ने भारी गड़बड़ी के आरोप लगाए। उनका कहना है कि पहले आओ पहले पाओ की बजाय इसकी बोली लगाई जाती तो सरकार को 1 लाख 76 हजार करोड़ का फायदा होता। जब क्लब मे अपूर्व ने जानवी से इसका विवरण पूछा तो उसने बताया "2008 में 2001 के दरों पर स्पेक्ट्रम बेचा गया। कंपनियों ने जो लाइसेंस लिए उसका कुछ हिस्सा या पूरा लाइसेंस दूसरी कंपनियों को भारी मुनाफे में बेच दिया। इन कंपनियों को अपना काम 12 महीने में पूरा करना था। इन्होंने वह भी नहीं किया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी यह फैसला सुनाया की अंतिम तिथि का आगे बढ़ाया जाना गैरकानूनी था। नीरा राडिया की वार्तालाप के कई टेप भी मीडिया में प्रकाशित हुए। उन से पता चला की कंपनियां अपने फायदे के लिए कैसे इन एजेंसियों से लॉबिंग करवाती हैं तथा यंहा तक की कंपनियां अपने पसंद के उच्चाधिकारियों को कैसे नियुक्त कराती हैं। यही नही बल्कि मंत्रियों को भी नियुक्त करवाने में उनकी लॉबिंग करती हैं। इन आरोपों में सीनियर संवाददाता कुमारी बरखा दत्त पर भी शामिल होने के आरोप लगे। हालांकि उन्होंने अपनी सफाई भी दी। देश में अब 3 जी स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी की प्रक्रिया भी शुरू हो गई है।"

Apoorv said " See Jaanvi th UPA 2 is more unbalanced then UPA 1. Let us what will be it's impact." Jaanvi said " Allegations are also on daughter of DMK supreemo Mr. Karunaanidhi's daughter Ms. Kanimoji to be a party in 2G Scam. Allegations are that she is attached to Kalaignar TV against whom allegations of taking bribes from Swan TV are levelled. Promoter of Shahid Balwa and D. B. Reality Mr. Vinod Goenka is the promoter of Swan TV also. New CBI is enquiring in this matter." ( on 2 February 2011 CBI arrested Ex Telecommunications Minister Mr. A. Raja his Private Secretary and Ex Telecommunications Secretary.)

अपूर्व बोला "देखो जानवी UPA 1 के मुकाबले UPA 2 ज्यादा असन्तुलित है l देखो इसके क्या परिणाम निकलते है l" जानवी ने बताया कि "आरोप तो डीएमके प्रमुख श्री एम करुणानिधी की बेटी सुश्री कानीमोई पर भी 2जी घोटाले मे शामिल होने के लगे है l आरोपों के मुताबिक सुश्री कानीमोई के संबंध उस कलाइगनार टीवी से है जिसपर 2जी आवंटन में स्वान टेलिकॉम प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से कमीशन लेने का आरोप हैं l शाहिद बालवा और डीबी रियल्टी लिमिटेड के श्री विनोद गोइनका स्वान टेलिकॉम के प्रमोटर थेl अब सी बी आई इस मामले मे सबसे पूछ ताछ कर रही है l(2 फरवरी 2011 को भूतपूर्व दूर संचार मन्त्री श्री ऐ राजा उनके पूर्व निजी सचिव और पूर्व दूर संचार सचिव को सी बी आई ने गरिफ्तार कर लिया l)

In May Supreme Court gave an important decision. In the verdict it was decided that the children of Live in Couple will not get any share from Mother or Father's property. In this matter Apoorv, Nisha and Jaanvi were having different opinions. Apoorv said " The verdict of SC is appreciable because otherwise every day new disputes will come out regarding share in property." Nisha was also in favor of decision and said " Otherwise wives will have a surprise to find so many claimants of the property in various streets." But the Jaanvi was having a different view point on the issue. She said " How children can be made responsible for the acts of their parents. They never know what type of relationship their parents have. They must get share to live life respectfully because their acceptability is already not at par with normal Children. Now they will face new problems."

मई के महीने में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का एक फैसला आया। जिसमें अविवाहित युगल यानी लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाले के पैदा होने वाले बच्चों को उनके मां- बाप से अर्जित संपत्ति में से हिस्सा मिलने की बात को नकार दिया गया। इससे अपूर्व, निशा और जानवी के विचार अलग अलग थे l अपूर्व का कहना था कि कोर्ट ने सही किया है l नही तो इस तरह तो रोज झगड़े होते रहेंगे की सम्पति मे कौन कौन हिस्सेदार है l निशा का भी कहना था कि सही हुआ है l नही तो पत्नियों को पता भी नही चलेगा की उनके पति कितने सम्पति के हिस्सेदार खड़े करे जा रहे है l मगर जानवी यह कह रही थी कि बच्चे का क्या कसूर है कि उसके माँ- बाप के सम्बन्ध किस तरह के थे l इसलिए उसे हिस्सा मिलना चाहिए था ताकि वो आराम से जी सके l एक तो वैसे ही इन बच्चो की सविकार्यता समाज मे कम होती है l अब और समस्याओं का उन्हे सामना करना पड़ेगा l

31 अगस्त को संसद ने परमाणु संयंत्र से दुर्घटना की स्थिति में शीघ्र मुआवजा सुनिश्चित करने का विधेयक पास कर दिया। इसके अनुसार किसी न्यूक्लियर दुर्घटना में होने वाले नुकसान की भरपाई न्यूक्लियर ऑपरेटर कंपनी की होगी। वह आगे समान बनाने वाले और सप्लायर से पैसा मांग सकता है। यह समझौता भारत और अमेरिका परमाणु समझौते को लागू करने का आखिरी कदम था। इस विधेयक के बल पर अमेरिकन कंपनियां अपने देश में इंश्योरेंस कवर ले सकती हैं।

In 2010 FCRA was also passed. In this act Political organizations those who were in Audio-Vedio production and communication line would be restricted from taking foreign aid. Such organizations can take foreign aid only after getting them registered under SCRA 2010. The Certificate under SCRA 2010 will be applicable upto 5years. Money received under FCRA 2010 can be transfered only if the receiver is also registered in FCRA. To get registered under FCRA 2010 the organization has to be active for at least 3 years. It's expenditure must be more than 10 lakhs. If it has received foreign aid of ₹ 1 crore or above then they have to announce publically their balance sheet and financial for current year and next year. Organizations registered under this act has to publish their financial statements within 9 months of the end of financial year. Those who have not received any help has to submit NIL report. Registration of so many organizations were cancelled who were not following the rules. Parliament also gave approval to the formation of a Green Tribunal. It will take care of the Green and Natural Resources of the country.

इसी तरह वर्ष 2010 में विदेशी योगदान विनियमन अधिनियम (एफसीआरए) में संशोधन किए गए। राजनीतिक प्रकृति के किसी भी संगठन, जो ऑडियो वीडियो के निर्माण और प्रसारण मे लगा हो, उस को विदेशी सहायता लेने से प्रतिबंधित किया गया। ऐसे संगठनों को विदेशी सहायता लेने के लिए एफसीआरए 2010 में रजिस्टर कराना पड़ेगा। एफसीआरए 2010 के अंतर्गत दिया गया प्रमाण पत्र 5 साल तक मान्य होगा। एफसीआरए 2010 में प्राप्त राशि का तब ही हस्तांतरण हो सकता जब पैसा लेने वाला भी एफसीआरए 2010 में रजिस्टर हो। किसी भी संस्थान को रजिस्टर्ड होने के लिए संस्था को 3 साल तक सक्रिय होना जरूरी है। और इस दौरान 10 लाख तक का खर्चा दिखाना भी जरूरी है। इसके अलावा एक करोड़ की विदेशी वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त की हो तो उस साल और अगले साल के भी आंकड़े सार्वजनिक करने होंगे इत्यादि। इस प्रावधान के अनुसार पंजीकृत संस्थाओं को वित्तीय साल खत्म होने के 9 महीने के अंदर अपनी आय- व्यय का विवरण, प्राप्ति और भुगतान खाते, इत्यादि के साथ एक वार्षिक रिपोर्ट जमा करानी होती है। अगर विदेशी योगदान न भी मिले तो निल रिपोर्ट जमा करानी होती है। बहुत सी संस्थाएं जो इसका पालन नहीं कर रही थी उनका पंजीकरण रद्द कर दिया गया। इसके अलावा संसद में बिल पास करके नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल के गठन को मंजूरी दे दी । यह ट्रिब्यूनल देश में हरित क्षेत्र तथा प्राकृतिक संपदा की रक्षा करेगा तथा देखभाल करेगा।

As the date of commencement of Commonwealth Games was reaching fast so every body was getting anxious. Daily new informations were coming from so called 'Sources'. Every body was talking about information from so called sources. The work was too behind its target. Apoorv was getting information from Jaanvi. The latest information was that the CVC in his reports alleged that contracts were given at a very high rates to incompetent Companies. The quality of works was poor and it was feared that a large scale corruption had taken place. The budget of ₹1000 Crore was allotted but ₹2400 crores were spent. A large scale manipulation was seen in the things purchased for players. The bogus bills were raised. Toilet paper of ₹80 was purchased in ₹6400 and bathroom mirror of ₹6400 was purchased in ₹17600. The soap dispenser of ₹300 was purchased in₹10000. Altitude training Machine of ₹9 lakhs was purchased in₹ 2 crores.

मगर इस सब के बीच सारे देश की निगाहें कॉमनवेल्थ खेलों पर लगी हुई हैं। हर रोज क्लब मे हर जगह यही बाते चलती रहती थी l रोज नई नई खबरें निकल कर आ रही थी। खेलों की तैयारी अपने लक्ष्य से बहुत पीछे चल रही थी। जानवी से सारी जानकारी अपूर्व को मिलती रहती थी l उसने बताया कि मुख्य सतर्कता आयोग ने भी अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में कॉमन वेल्थ गेमो के काम की प्रक्रिया की जांच में पाया, कि काम में ठेके ऊंचे दाम पर और उन कंपनियों को दिए गए जो इस के योग्य ही नहीं है। काम की क्वालिटी भी काफी घटिया है। इन कामों को देने में भारी भ्रष्टाचार की आशंका भी प्रकट हो रही है। चार स्टेडियम बनने थे जिनके लिए 1000 करोड़ का बजट तय किया गया। मगर खर्च किए गये 2400 करोड़ रुपए। खिलाड़ियों के लिए खरीदे गए सामान में भी बड़ी हेरा फेरी मिली। नकली बिल बनाए गए। ₹80 का टॉयलेट पेपर ₹6400 में और ₹6400 का बाथरूम का शीशा ₹17600 में खरीदा गया। साबुन का डिस्पेंसर जिसकी कीमत ₹300 है उसे 10000 रुपए में खरीदा गया। एल्टीट्यूब ट्रेनिंग मशीन जिसकी कीमत 9 लाख होती है वह दो करोड़ की कीमत में ली गई।

Just 2 months before games Organising Committee removed Joint Mr. T. S. Darbaari and Mr. M Chandan. Later on Treasurer Mr. Anil Khanna was also forced to resign because he had given the contract of Badminton to his own son. Jaanvi told Apoorv that allegations of corruption were also there on Mr. Suresh Kalmadi in purchase of Time Scoring Results Machines. The contract for these machines were to be open on 4th November 2009 but before its opening the contract was awarded on 12 October 2009 to a Swiss Company. The contract was awarded it in ₹157 crores while MSL Spain was ready to do it in ₹62 Crores. So a gap of ₹ 92 crores was there.

खेलों से करीब 2 महीने पहले खबर आयी कि आयोजन समिति ने एक संयुक्त निदेशक श्री टी एस दरबारी और श्री एम चंदन को हटा दिया। उसके बाद कोषाध्यक्ष श्री अनिल खन्ना को भी इस्तीफा देना पड़ा। जानवी ने बताया कि उन्होंने अपने बेटे की कंपनी को टेनिस कोर्ट बनाने का ठेका दे दिया था। उसने यह भी बताया कि टाइम स्कोरिंग रिजल्ट मशीन मैं घोटाले के छीटें सीधे सीधे श्री सुरेश कलमाड़ी पर पड़े। काम के ठेके का टेंडर 4 नवंबर 2009 को खोला गया मगर टेंडर खुलने से पहले ही 12 अक्टूबर 2009 को यह ठेका स्विस कंपनी को दे दिया गया। यह ठेका 157 करोड का दिया गया जबकि एम एस एल स्पेन इसे 62 करोड मैं करने को तैयार था। इसमें 94 करोड की गड़बड़ी का अंदेशा जताया जा रहा है।

In August responsibility of 11 stadiums was given to 10 bureaucrats of Joint Additional Secretary level. There responsibility was to get these stadiums ready well in time. Ticket's Sale was not getting a good response. Just 2 weeks before the games a pedestrian bridge in Jawaharlal Nehru stadium collapsed. Army was called immediately. They prepared an alternative bridge before the start of Games. It was a point of discussion in the Club that several complaints were coming from the Residential Complex made for players. In Times of India there was some news that a Spanish delegation had sent a photo in which a dog was shown to be doing 'Shit' on the bed. अगस्त के महीने में 10 उच्चाधकारी जो जॉइंट एडिशनल सेक्रेटरी के स्तर के हैं उनको 11 स्टेडियम के लिए नियुक्त किया गया। उनकी जिम्मेदारी है कि स्टेडियम समय पर तैयार हो जाएं। टिकट भी ज्यादा नहीं बिक रहे। खेलों से 2 हफ्ते पहले जवाहरलाल नेहरू स्टेडियम में पैदल पथ गिर गया। तुरंत सेना को बुलाना पड़ा। जिसने तुरंत समय से पहले एक पुल बना दिया। शाम को क्लब मे चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ था क खिलाड़ियों के लिए बनाई गई रहने की जगह को लेकर बड़ी शिकायतें सुनने को मिल रही है। टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया अखबार में खबर छपी की कॉर्टिकेशन स्कॉटिश डेलिगेशन ने एक फोटो भेजी है, जिसमें एक कुत्ता एक बिस्तर पर अपनी गंदगी फैला रहा है। बीबीसी ने पिक्चर दिखाएं जिसमें गुसलखाने की दीवारों पर पान की पीक के निशान है। और बिस्तरों की चादर पर जानवरों के पंजे के निशान हैं। तैराकी प्रतियोगिता से 1 दिन पहले पानी में पत्थर और पेंट के टुकड़े पाए गए। जिसकी वजह से प्रतियोगिता में देरी हुई।

The preparations were going on till last day. On 22nd September a part of rooftop of Weight Lifting Stadium fell down. In the evening Jaanvi told Apoorv with a big laughter that when Boxer Akhil Kumar sat on his bed then the bed fell down as Plywood was not there on a part of the bed. On 26th September Cobara snake was removed from Tennis Court by calling forest department people. Different Games Committees of various countries threatened to boycott the games due to sub standard preparations and poor security arrangements. But some how matter was sorted out. Shungalu Committee was formed to look into the corruption allegations while agencies like ED, Income Tax and CBI were already doing their job. The total scam was of ₹20000Crores. Every body was surprised to see the Inaugural Ceremony. It was marvelous and was of International standard and was praised every where. But when Mr. Suresh Kalmadi stood to give his speech a lot of hooting started. The games were completed on time. But these games will always be remembered for its scams.

आखरी समय तक स्टेडियम में तैयारियां चलती रही। 22 सितंबर को भारोत्तोलन वाले स्टेडियम की छत का एक हिस्सा गिर गया। शाम को जानवी ने हंस हंस कर सुनाया कि बॉक्सर अखिल कुमार जब अपने बेड पर बैठे तो बेड नीचे बैठ गया। देखने पर उन्होंने पाया कि काफी हिस्से में प्लाई ही नहीं लगाई गई थी। 26 सितंबर को टेनिस कोर्ट से वन अधिकारियों को बुलाकर कोबरा सांप को निकाला गया। खेल शुरू होने से कुछ दिन पहले तक कई देशों की खेल संस्थाओं ने सुरक्षा कारणों से तथा घटिया तैयारी को लेकर बायकाट की धमकियां दी। मगर किसी तरह मसले को सुलझा लिया गया। खेलों में हुए भ्रष्टाचार की जांच के लिए शुंगलू कमेटी बना दी गई। बाकी एजेंसियां जैसे सीबीआई, ईडी, इनकम टैक्स आदि पहले ही काम कर रही हैं। अनुमान से इन खेलों में 20000 करोड का घोटाला हुआ l मगर जब खेल शुरू हुए उसके उद्घाटन को देखकर सब दंग रह गए। उद्घाटन समारोह बहुत शानदार और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का था। हर तरफ इसकी प्रशंसा हुई। मगर जैसे ही श्री सुरेश कलमाड़ी अपना स्वागत भाषण देने लगे तो बहुत हूँटिंग हुई। खेल अपने समय पर खत्म हो गए। मगर इन खेलों को घोटालों के लिए हमेशा याद रखा जाएगा।

When country was coming out from the shocks of Commonwealth Games scams then only another Scam in LIC Housing Finance came into light. In this CEO of LIC Housing Finance and 8 top officials of Nationalised banks were arrested. Apart from them CMD of a Private Company Money Matters Ltd and it's 2 other employees were also arrested. This company was acting as an agent between the banks and it's lenders. This company was arranging the loans for Reality Companies from these banks by overlooking and bypassing the mandatory rules. In lieu of this it was giving financial benefits to the officials. In this scam raids were done in Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Central Bank of India and LIC Housing Finance. According to CBI the companies which were benefited were Lavasa Corporation, Oberoi Reality LTD, Aashapura Minecam Ltd, MGF Land Ltd, S. M. R, D. B. Reality, Suzelon Energy Ltd., Mantri Reality LTD, Kumar Developer Ltd. As per CBI the balance sheet was manipulated, the properties were overvalued to get the loans. Apart from CBI the Finance Ministry and concerned banks had started their own departmental enquiries also.

अभी देश राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों के घोटालों से उभर ही रहा था कि लोन घोटाले की खबरें आनी शुरू हो गई। सीबीआई ने एल आई सी हाउसिंग फाइनेंस के सी ई ओ और सरकारी बैंकों के आठ व्यक्ति गिरफ्तार किए। जिसमें से 3 सरकारी बैंकों के शीर्ष अधिकारी थे। मुंबई स्थित कंपनी मनी मेटल्स लिमिटेड के सीएमडी और दो अन्य कर्मचारी भी गिरफ्तार किए गए। यह कंपनी बैंकों और रियल्टी कंपनियों के बीच में बीचौलिए का काम करती है। रियलिटी कंपनियों को बैंकों से लोन दिलाने के लिए आवश्यक दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लंघन करके, कुछ अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर लोन दिलवा देती थी और उसके बदले में अधिकारियों को आर्थिक फायदे पहुंचाती थी। इसमें एलआईसी हाउसिंग फाइनेंस, बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया और पीएनबी में कई जगह छापेमारी हुई। सीबीआई के अनुसार जिन कंपनियों को फायदा पहुंचाया गया उनमें लवासा कॉर्पोरेशन, ओबरॉय रियल्टी लिमिटेड, आशापुरा माइनकेम लिमिटेड, सुजलॉन एनर्जी लिमिटेड, डीबी रियलिटी लिमिटेड, एस एम आर, एमजीएफ लैंड लिमिटेड, मंत्री रियलिटी लिमिटेड, कुमार डेवलपर लिमिटेड है। सीबीआई को यह भी शक है कि इन कंपनियों ने संपत्तियों की कीमत भी बढ़ाकर दिखाई है तथा बैलेंस शीट में भी हेराफेरी की है। ताकि लोन लिया जा सके। सीबीआई के इलावा वित्त मंत्रालय और संबंधित बैंकों ने भी इसकी अपने स्तर पर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

Another big Scam which came into light in 2010 was of Aadarsh Group Housing Society. This Scam was noticed when MMRDA gave N. O. C. to the Society but Navy objected on this due to the Security reasons. When the reporters asked about this then Navy sources confirmed that they had objected. Now the media personnel investigated the whole case from the records. This Society was established for the War Widows, their dependents and for staff of Defense Ministry. In July 1999 the Society applied for land in Colaba area and Government allotted land to them. On 4th October 2004 the SDM handed over the land to them. Also in 2003 this issue was raised but could not get the momentum. On 27th October 2009 the Western Naval Command asked detail information about the Society from Dy. Registrar of Co operative Societies. It was disclosed in the information that the Mother in law and other relatives of Chief Minister were having flats in this Society.

2010 में एक और घोटाला चर्चा में रहा। वह है आदर्श ग्रुप हाउसिंग सोसाइटी घोटाला। यह घोटाला तब चर्चा में आया जब 16 सितंबर 2010 को एमएमआरडीए ने आदर्श ग्रुप हाउसिंग सोसाइटी को कब्जा प्रमाण पत्र दिया, मगर नौसेना ने सुरक्षा कारणों से इस सोसाइटी का विरोध किया। जानवी ने बताया कि जब पत्रकारों ने पूछा तो नौसेना ने पुष्टि की कि उन्होंने सोसाइटी का विरोध किया है। अब मीडिया को इस सोसाइटी का सारा रिकॉर्ड खंगालने पर पता चला कि यह सोसाइटी युद्ध में शहीद हुए सैनिकों की विधवाओं, आश्रितों और रक्षा मंत्रालय के कर्मचारियों के लिए बनाई गई थी। जुलाई 1999 मैं सोसाइटी ने कोलाबा इलाके में जमीन के लिए सरकार के पास आवेदन किया और सरकार ने उन्हें जमीन दे दी। 4 अक्टूबर 2004 को सोसाइटी को जिलाधिकारी ने जमीन दे दी। 2003 में भी मीडिया में यह मुद्दा उठा था। मगर वह तब दब गया था। 27 अक्टूबर 2009 को पश्चिमी नौसेना कमान ने को-ऑपरेटिव के डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार से सोसाइटी की विस्तृत जानकारी मांगी। मीडिया की पड़ताल से पता चला की सोसाइटी में महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक चव्हाण की सास और अन्य रिश्तेदारों के भी फ्लैट हैं।

Now the questions were raised about the allotment of flats to Civilians. Jaanvi came to know from her reporter friends that initially this Society was sanctioned of 6 storied buildings but later on it was increased upto 21 storied buildings. For this NOC was not taken from Navy. Environmental norms were also violated in a big way. The roots of scams were also reaching to Ex Chief Minister Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh, Mr. Sushil Shinde and Mr. Shivaji Rao. Daily new names of bureaucrats and politicians were coming into light. In a reply to RTI it was informed that the sanctions for 40% flats to be allotted to Civilians was given by Mr. Ashok Chauhan. At last on 31st October the BEST gave a notice asking for possession letter from the Society. On 3rd November the MMRDA cancelled the possession letter of the Society. BEST cutoff electricity of the Society and BMC disconnected the water supply.

अब प्रश्न उठने लगे कि इस सोसाइटी में सिविलियंस को फ्लैट कैसे मिले। आहिस्ता -आहिस्ता परतें खुलने लगी। जानवी को अपने पत्रकार मित्रो से पता चला कि यह सोसाइटी मूलतः 6 मंजिल की बननी थी। मगर उसे बढ़ाकर 21 मंजिल तक कर दिया गया। नौसेना का नो ऑब्जेक्शन सर्टिफिकेट भी नहीं लिया गया। पर्यावरण की घोर उपेक्षा की गई। घोटाले की आंच पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री विलासराव देशमुख, श्री सुशील शिंदे और श्री शिवाजी राव तक पहुंची। बहुत से नौकरशाहो और राजनीतिज्ञों के फ्लैट इस सोसाइटी में पाए जाने लगे। रोज नए नए नामों का खुलासा होने लगा। एक आरटीआई से इस बात का भी खुलासा हुआ की 40% फ्लैट सिविलियंस को बेचने की अनुमति भी श्री अशोक चव्हाण ने दी थी। यह भी खुलासा हुआ कि बहुत से अधिकारियों ने अपने बच्चों के नाम फ्लैट लिए हुए हैं । आखिर शोर मचाने पर 31 अक्टूबर 2010 को बृहमुम्बई बिजली आपूर्ति एवं परिवहन (बेस्ट) ने कब्जा प्रमाण पत्र मांगते हुए नोटिस जारी कर दिया। 3 नवंबर 2010 को एमएमआरडीए ने सोसाइटी का कब्जा प्रमाण पत्र रद्द कर दिया। बेस्ट ने सोसाइटी की बिजली काट दी। बीएमसी ने पानी काट दिया।

One day in the evening when Jaanvi, Nisha and Apoorv was sitting together at the same time on TV screen some residents of Aadarsh Housing Society were seen to be crying. Then Nisha said " Yaar some relief must be given to them who have purchased these flats in resale." But Jaanvi said " Have these allottes ever think that these houses were made for the Defense Personal who are fighting on the borders and some have sacrificed their lives also. Now on what grounds they are asking relief on humanitarian grounds."

On the 9th November 2010 Mr. Ashok Chavan resigned from the post of Chief Minister and on 11th November Mr. Prithvi Raj Chauhan took oath as the new Chief Minister of Maharashtra. On 22nd November 2010 the Society filed a case in the Bombay High Court for restoration of Electricity and water. On 23rd December 2010 the High Court refused to give any relief and said it seems that who so ever had signed the file was allotted a flat in the Society. Court fixed the date of next hearing after one month. The case was referred to CBI and Chief Minister Mr. Prithvi Raj Chauhan established a Commission to investigate the matter. In next hearing the Court ordered the demolition of the Society but gave 12 weeks time to file an appeal. Government was instructed to take action against the guilty officers. In flat owners list the name of Ex Railway Minister Mr. Suresh Prabhu, NCP leader Mr. Jitender Awahd, Congress leader Mr. Baba Sahib Kupekar, BJP leader Mr. Ajay Sancheti, Mr. Jatin Shah and Ms. Aarti Thakur were there. People were disappointed because some names of the leaders of the party were there who claims to be a Party with difference.

आदर्श सोसायटी के लोगों ने बहुत शोर मचाया। टीवी पर आकर वह मानवता की दुहाई देते रहे। आपस मे बातचीत करते वक्त निशा का कहना था की कुछ लोगो ने री सेल मे यह फ्लैट खरीदे उनका क्या कसूर है l मगर जानवी का यह कहना था कि यह मानवता तब कहांं थी जब यह लोग शहीदों की विधवाओं के घरों में हेरा फेरी से जा बसे थे। 9 नवंबर 2010 को श्री अशोक चव्हाण ने महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। 11 नवंबर 2010 को श्री पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण नए मुख्यमंत्री बने। आखिर 22 नवंबर 2010 को सोसायटी बिजल पानी काटे जााने और प्रमाण पत्र रद्द किए जाने को के विरुद्ध मुंबई हाई कोर्ट पहुंची। 21 दिसंबर 2010 को हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि यह सरासर धोखेबाजी और भ्रष्टाचार का मामला है। ऐसे लगता है कि जिसने भी कोई संबंधित फाइल पास की उसे ही एक फ्लैट देे दिया गया। 23 दिसंबर 2010 को हाईकोर्ट ने कोई राहत देने से इंकार कर दिया। कोर्ट ने अगली सुनवाई की तिथि एक महीने बाद की दे दी। केस सीबीआई केेे पास चला गया श्री मुख्यमंत्री श्री पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण ने केस की जांच केे लिए एक आयोग बना दिया। हाई कोर्ट नेे ऑर्डर पास करके सोसाइटी को ध्वस्त करने के आदेश दे दिए। साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील के लिए 12 हफ्ते का समय दिया। सरकार को कहा की वह दोषी अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करेंं। सोसायटी में फ्लैट लेने वालों में पूर्व रेल मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभु, एनसीपी नेता श्री जितेंद्र अव्हाड, कांग्रेसी नेता श्री बाबा साहेब कुपेकर, भाजपा नेता श्री अजय संचेती, आरती ठाकुर और श्री जयंत शाह शामिल थे। जनता हैरान है कि एक दूसरे की विरोधी पार्टी के लोग इसमें शामिल हैं। जो पार्टी अपने को पार्टी विद डिफरेंस कहती थी उसके भी नेता इसमें शामिल पाए गए। इसी लिए जनता में इन पार्टियों पर से विश्वास उठता जा रहा है। मगर कोई विकल्प भी तो कहीं नजर नहींं आ रहा।

In the absence of Jessica Shandily was feeling very bored so he made a program with Dhananjay to go to Goa in long weekend of 4 days. They discussed with other people in the group. They all get ready to join them. Because Namita was a colleague and she was sitting next to Shandily so he asked his group people whether to ask her or not. Girls were saying that there was no need to ask her but boys were saying that just for formality sake it might be put into her knowledge. Chances of her accompany them were very less. At last it was decided that Shandily would ask her. In the Coffee break in the evening Shandily said " Namita let us have a coffee. " She just stand up without saying anything. In Canteen Shandily said" Namita may I ask you one thing if you don't mind." Namita said " Oh sure you may ask anything." Shandily said " I have noticed that you don't mix up with us. I just want to know that whether your parents don't like it or something else is the reason. I mean some break up etc." Namita said while smiling " Oh No. Break up is possible only when you have affair but I don't have any affair. As far as my family is concerned so they themselves ask me to get mix up with others and enjoy. But I am by nature very introvert." Shandily said "Thank God I have seen you smiling. Actually in this weekend Dhanajay, Anuradha, Smriti, Yashsvi and me are making program to go to Goa. Will you accompany us." Namita said " Let me talk to my mother once. I know she will never refuse. I will let you know before going home." Then after Coffee they came back to their seats. After half an hour she came to him and said "O.K. I will accompany you people. Please book the tickets accordingly." Shandily send the message to everyone in group. Girls sent stickers of very bad mood while boys sent smiles.

इधर जेसिका के जाने के बाद शांडिल्य और धनंजय का प्रोग्राम बना कि चलो कुछ दिन गोवा बिता के आया जाए। अपने ग्रुप में उन्होंने जाने की बात की तो सब तैयार हो गए। 4 दिन का लंबा वीकेंड था तो उनका प्रोग्राम फाइनल हो गया। क्योंकि नमिता भी उनके पास बैठती है। तो उसे भी पूछा जाए कि नहीं इस बारे में मतभेद हो गया। लड़कियों का कहना था कि वह बहुत घमंडी और बोर है। इसलिए उससे नहीं पूछना चाहिए। वही लड़कों का कहना था कि एक बार पूछ लेना चाहिए। क्योंकि उसके जाने के चांस तो वैसे ही बहुत कम है। आखिर शांडिल्य की ड्यूटी लगाई गई कि नमिता से पूछे। शाम को जब कॉफी ब्रेक हुई तो शांडिल्य ने नमिता से पूछा "नमिता कॉफी पीने चलें क्या"। नमिता चुपचाप खड़ी हो गई। और दोनों कॉफी पीने के लिए चले गए। कैंटीन में शांडिल्य ने पूछा "नमिता एक बात पूछूं बुरा तो नहीं मानोगी।" नमिता ने कहा "नहीं ऐसी तो कोई बात नहीं है। आप निश्चिंत होकर पूछिए"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "नमिता मैं अक्सर देखता हूं कि तुम बहुत खामोश रहती हो। और हम सब में मिक्सअप नहीं होती। क्या वजह है। क्या तुम्हारे घर वाले इसे पसंद नहीं करते या कोई और बात है। आई मीन की के ब्रेकअप वगैरा तो नहीं हुआ।" नमिता मुस्कुरा उठी और बोली "ऐसी कोई बात नहीं है। अब ब्रेकअप तो तब हो जब कोई शुरू हो मेरे। घर में ऐसी कोई बंदिश नहीं है। वह तो खुद कहते हैं कि घुमा फिरा करो। मगर मेरा शुरू से ही स्वभाव है कि मैं अंतर्मुखी (रिजर्व नेचर) की हूं।" शांडिल्य हंसकर बोला "चलो इस बहाने मुस्कुराई तो सही। असल में मैं, धनंजय, अनुराधा, स्मृति और यशस्वी इस लोंग वीकेंड पर गोवा जाने का प्रोग्राम बना रहे हैं। तुम चलोगी क्या।" नमिता ने कहा "मैं घर में एक बार बात कर लेती हूं। वैसे तो वह मना नहीं करेंगे। मगर फिर भी मैं बात करके बताती हूं"। उसके बाद बात करते हुए कॉफी पीकर वापस आ गए। शाम को ऑफिस से निकलने से पहले नमिता आई। और उसने बताया कि घर में बात हो गई है। और वह चलेगी। शांडिल्य ने सब को मैसेज कर दिया कि वह उनके साथ चल रही है लड़कियों के गंदे गंदे मुंह बनाए जाने के मैसेज उसे आने लगे। लड़कों ने इस्मालिया भेजी।

In the evening when Shandily reached home two girls and Dhananjay were already there. They were having a hot discussion. Anuradha and Smriti were saying that they don't want to go to get bored, so they were interested to get the program cancelled. Dhananjay was saying that if they do so then Namita would understand the reason behind that and Shandily would feel insulted. So the program should remain unchanged. Shandily got angry and said " How can you form your opinion with out knowing her. Even if you all cancel your program even then I will go alone with her." Dhananjay said "I will accompany you." Anuradha immediately said " Dhananjay I will not allow you to go alone. So Smriti let us also go." They all gave a big laughter.

शाम को घर पहुंचे तो दोनों लड़कियां और धनंजय पहले से ही मौजूद थे। उनकी पहले से ही बहस चल रही थी। अनुराधा और स्मृति का कहना था कि वह बोर होने के लिए नहीं जाना चाहती। अतः बेहतर है कि प्रोग्राम कैंसिल कर दिया जाए। जबकि धनंजय का यह कहना था कि सबके कहने पर ही शांडिल्य ने उससे बात की है। अगर ऐसा किया तो वह समझ जाएगी। इसमें शांडिल्य का अपमान होगा। इसलिए प्रोग्राम वैसा ही रहना चाहिए। जब शांडिल्य ने सुना तो उसे गुस्सा आ गया और बोला" आप किसी को ठीक से जाने बगैर उसके लिए ऐसा ओपिनियन कैसे बना सकते हैं। अगर तुम सब जाने का कैंसिल भी कर दो तब भी मैं तो उसके साथ अकेला ही चला जाऊंगा।" धनंजय बोला "यार मैं भी तेरे साथ चलूंगा"। अनुराधा बोली "धनंजय मैं तो तेरे को अकेले नहीं जाने दूंगी। क्यों स्मृति हम भी चलते हैं"। और सब जोर से हंस पड़े।

Next day they all sat together to plan the program. They booked their Air Tickets for Friday. They booked their hotel in South Goa near Colva beach. Next two days they all were busy in preparation of journey. Now Namita was more friendly with Aaradhana and Smriti. In the morning they all reached the Airport in time. Anuradha and Smriti were in jeans and top. Namita reached a bit late and was wearing Punjabi Patiala combination of Yellow Shirt and Black Salwar. Smriti and Anuradha both were surprised to see her " Yaar Namita you are looking Great. But Yaar we are going to Goa not to Amritsar." Namita said while laughing " Yaar wearing Punjabi dress while going to Amritsar is a very normal thing but wearing Punjabi suit while going to Goa is something special. Let the people of Goa know that a Punjaban is there in Goa." Then Dhananjay said " Please hurry up as Security check will also take some time." They all put their luggage in trolley and get in. They reached Goa by 11.00 a.m. and reached their hotel by taking taxis. They were given welcome drink when they reached hotel. They got the keys of their rooms. They had booked 2 suites having two interlinked rooms in each suite. All the three girls stayed in one suite and 3 boys in other suite. After making program for the evening they all went to their rooms to take rest.

अगले दिन लंच ब्रेक में इकट्ठे बैठे जिसमें नमिता भी थी। शुक्रवार की फ्लाइट की टिकटें बुक कराई गई। साउथ गोवा में कोलवा बीच के पास एक होटल में कमरे बुक कराए गए। अगले 2 दिन जाने की तैयारी में बीते। अब नमिता भी स्मृति और अनुराधा से खुल गई थी। उनकी आपस में काफी दोस्ती हो गई। सुबह सब लोग समय पर एयरपोर्ट पहुंच गए। स्मृति और अनुराधा ने जींस और टॉप डाल रखी थी। नमिता बाद में पहुंची और उसने पीली कमीज और काली सलवार का पटियाला टाइप पंजाबी सूट डाला हुआ था। उसे देखकर समृति और अनुराधा दोनों हैरानी से बोल उठी "नमिता गजब लग रही हो। यार हम गोवा जा रहे हैं कि अमृतसर"। नमिता हंस कर बोली "अगर अमृतसर जाते हुए पंजाबी सूट डाला तो क्या किया। मजा तो तभी आता है जब गोवा जाते हुए पता चले कि कोई पंजाबन आई है"। तभी धनंजय बोला "अरे जल्दी करो चैक इन भी करना है। सिक्योरिटी चेक मैं भी काफी टाइम लग जाता है"। सभी अपना अपना समान ट्रॉली में रखकर अंदर चल दिए। दिनके 11:00 बजे वह गोवा एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचे। और टैक्सी पकड़कर होटल पहुंच गए। होटल पहुंच कर उन्हें वेलकम ड्रिंक दिया गया। फिर उनके कमरों की चाबी दी गई। दो फैमिली सूट थे जिनमें दो कमरे थे। जो आपस में जुड़े हुए थे। एक में तीनों लड़के और दूसरे में तीनों लड़कियां ठहर गई। शाम को बाहर जाने का प्रोग्राम बना कर सब आराम करने लगे। बीच-बीच में जिसको भी लगती भूख लगती वह उठकर रूम सर्विस पर खाने को कुछ मंगवा कर खा लेता।

In the evening they all went to beach which was at walking distance from their hotel. It was going to be a Sunset. A lot of people were there at beach. Shandily was going to take the photographs but Namita stopped him and said " My Grandma told me that we should not take photographs of the Sunset." All the three boys laughed but girls supported Nisha and Anuradha said " If it is not necessary, then one should accept the sayings of elderly people." Then they all started loitering there on the beach. After some time Dhananjay and Anuradha slowly moved towards sea after giving signal to each other. Few minutes after them Smriti and Yashsvi also slipped. Now Shandily and Namita were left alone.

शाम को सब तैयार होकर बीच के लिए निकले जो वहां से वाकिंग डिस्टेंस पर थी। जैसे बीच पर पहुंचे सूर्यास्त होने वाला था। काफी चहल-पहल थी। जैसे ही शांडिल्य वहां फोटो खींचने लगा। तो नमिता ने उसे रोक लिया बोली "मेरी दादी कहती है कि कभी डूबते सूरज की फोटो नहीं लेनी चाहिए"। तीनों लड़के हंस पड़े। मगर दोनों लड़कियों ने नमिता को सपोर्ट किया। अगर वह काम आपके लिए जरूरी न हो तो जो बुजुर्ग कुछ कहते हैं तो उसे मान लेना चाहिए। फिर वह सब वहां पर टहलने लगे। टहलते टहलते पहले तो धनंजय और अनुराधा हल्के से इशारा करके निकल गए। और दोनों समुंदर की लहरों की तरफ बढ़ गए। कुछ क्षणों बाद यशस्वी और स्मृति भी चुपचाप खिसक लिए। अब रह गई शांडिल्य और नमिता।

Shandily said while smiling

"Are you also willing to go to sea or just want to see it from a distance." Namita said " Let us go there and sit on that rock to do friendship with Sea first." They both moved towards that rock. Shandily said " Namita have you ever been to Goa earlier." Namita said " Yes I came here earlier when I was of 5 years only. My Grandma took me for a Horse Cart ride on the beach." Shandily said " Shall we repeat the Horse Cart ride." Namita said " I am not a kid now." Shandily said " Then let us do something which is suitable for adults. Let us have beer." He pulled up two beer cans from his shoulder bag and gave one to Namita. In the meantime Coast Guards started announcing and warning every body to move to a safe distance as it was high tide time. After some time they all four were seen to be coming with soaked clothes. As they reached near Smriti said " Wo. Enjoying beer." Shandily said " You also have enjoyed in sea." She squirmed and said " Leave it Yaar we also need beer." Shandily gave beer to everyone. Like that they enjoyed there for few hours and came back to their hotel after that. They went to their rooms after having dinner because it was hectic the last day night due to packing and all.

शांडिल्य ने हल्के से मुस्कुराते हुए कहा "क्या तुम भी समुंदर में जा कर पानी से खेलना चाहती हो या वहां सामने चट्टान पर बैठकर समुंदर का नजारा देखना चाहती हो"। नमिता ने कहा "चलो पहले चट्टान पर बैठकर समंदर से दोस्ती तो कर ले"। फिर दोनों मुस्कुराते हुए उस चट्टान पर जा बैठे। शांडिल्य ने कहा "नमिता क्या तुम पहले भी गोवा आई हो।" नमिता ने कहा "पहले एक बार आई हूं। जब सिर्फ 5 साल की थी। मुझे बस इतना याद है कि मैं समुंदर के किनारे घोड़ा गाड़ी में बैठकर घूमी थी।" शांडिल्य बोला "चलो फिर घोड़ा गाड़ी में घूमना चाहोगी"। नमिता बोली "मैं अब बच्ची थोड़े ना हूं।" शांडिल्य ने हंसकर कहा "चलो फिर बड़ों वाला काम करते हैं। एक एक बियर पीते हैं"। और उसने अपने पिट्ठू बैग से दो बीयर निकाल ली। दोनों बैठकर बीयर पीने लगे। तभी कोस्ट गार्ड सबको सुरक्षित दूरी पर जाने की घोषणा करने लगे। क्योंकि हाइटाइड का खतरा हो रहा था। इतने में वो चारों भी आते नजर आए। वह पूरी तरह भीगे हुए थे। लगता है कि समुंदर में काफी अठखेलियां करके आए हैं। समृृति ने आते कहा" अरे वाह! अकेले-अकेले बियर का मजा लिया जा रहा है"। शांडिल्य तुरंत बोला "तुम भी तो अकेले-अकेले समुंदर का मजा ले कर आ रहे हो।" स्मृति झेेेपकर बोली "अरे छोड़ो यार, बियर तो हमें भी चाहिए"। शांडिल्य नेे सबको एक एक बियर का टिन पकड़ा दिया। इसी तरह मस्ती करते वह होटल वापस आ गए और खाना खाकर सो गए। क्योंकि पिछली रात को तैयारी करते हुए काफी देर तक जागते रहे थे।

Next day morning when Shandily waked up he found that both of his friends were missing from the room. He prepared a cup of tea for him and came out in the balcony. He saw that his two friends and all three girls were in Swimming pool. He also finished his tea and jumped in the pool after changing his clothes. After enjoying there they all came back to their rooms and get ready to go out. They started waiting for Cab after having their breakfast. They had booked a Cab for sightseeing. That Cab took them to the different beaches and to a Church where the body of a Purtagali Saint was kept in a glass box and that body use to taken out of that Church once in 10 years. On that auspicious day the whole Goa use to do the celebrations. They went to Agauda Fort also. They liked Dola-Pola beach very much. This beach was named after a couple of Young lovers. They came back late in the evening. They went to their rooms and get fresh up. Then they came down stairs to the bar. They ordered drinks as per their tastes. They kept enjoying till late in the night and came back to their rooms.

अगली सुबह शांडिल्य ने जब उठकर देखा तो दोनों दोस्त नदारद थे। उसने चाय बनाई और बालकनी में से देखा तो दोनों दोस्त और तीनों लड़कियां स्विमिंग पूल में थी। शांडिल्य ने भी चाय खत्म की और कपड़े बदल कर स्विमिंग पूल में कूद गया। काफी देर पूल में मस्ती करने के बाद वह सब निकल कर अपने कमरों की तरफ जाकर नहा धोकर तैयार होकर नीचे आ गए। ब्रेकफास्ट करके गाड़ी का इंतजार करने लगे। क्योंकि उन्होंने गोवा की पर्यटक स्थलों पर घुमने के लिए गाड़ी बुक कर रखी थी। उस गाड़ी में उन्होंने विभिन्न समुद्र तटों को देखा, शहर की चर्च में भी गए जहां एक पुर्तगाली संत का शरीर सैकड़ों वर्षो से रखा हुआ है। हर 10 साल में उसे बाहर निकालकर पूरे शहर में भ्रमण कराया जाता है। उस समय वहां उत्सव सा माहौल होता है। अगोड़ा फोर्ट भी गए । मगर सबसे ज्यादा उन्हें आकर्षित किया ढोला -पोला बीच ने। जो कि एक प्रेमी युगल की याद में बनी हुई है। वापस आते आते रात हो गई। सब फ्रेश होकर नीचे बार में आ गए। सब ने अपनी अपनी पसंद के ड्रिंक मंगवा लिए। इसी तरह देर रात तक बातें करते हुए वह सब सोने चले गए.

They had planned to go to the Cruise ship next day. They took three bikes on hire from the hotel. They get up in the morning and got ready because the Cruise had the fixed timings. All the three boys had one bike each. On one bike it was Dhananjay and Aaradhana on second one it was Yashsvi and Smriti. On third one it was Shandily and Namita. Initially Namita was a bit hesitant and was trying to keep hold of the Carrier rod on the back. Then Shandily smiled and said " Namita we are in Goa. If you try to sit in a very formal way then you will draw more attention. So it is better if you sit like a friend." Then Namita felt shy and took hold of the Shandily's shoulder.

अगले दिन सुबह उन्होंने क्रूज़ पर जाने का प्रोग्राम बनाया। घूमने के लिए होटल वालों से तीन बाइक किराए पर ले ली। सुबह उठकर सब तैयार हो गए। क्योंकि क्रूज़ पर जाने का निर्धारित समय होता है। तीनों लड़कों ने एक बाइक ले ली। एक पर यशस्वी और स्मृति थे दूसरी पर धनंजय और अनुराधा, तीसरे पर शांडिल्य और नमिता। नमिता जब बैठी तो वह शर्माकर शांडिल्य के कंधे को पकड़ने की बजाय पीछे कैरियर को पकड़ने की कोशिश करने लगी। शांडिल्य ने हंसकर कहा "नमिता यह यह गोवा है। यहां अगर बहन भाई जैसे बैठोगी तो लोगों की ज्यादा नजर में आओगी। इसलिए दोस्त की तरह बैठो।" नमिता झेंप कर शांडिल्य को कंधों से पकड़ कर बैठ गई। असल में जब तक किसी के प्रति आकर्षण न हो तो, नजदीकियां या दूरी का भाव नहीं आता। मगर एक बार आकर्षण उत्पन्न होने से सतर्कता खुद ब खुद आ जाती है।

Once you do not have attraction for someone then you never take care of the distance between the two but once you start feeling attraction for someone then you become conscious of the touching and all. In fact in the free environment of Goa and in the group out of 6 people 4 people were engaged, so it was but natural that Shandily and Namita were feeling attraction for each other. Actually Shandily was in relationship with Jessica earlier but as then she was in US and it was also not sure that when would she came back. So Shandily was also getting attracted toward Namita. On the other side Namita had never stayed out of her family and due to her introvert nature she didn't have any affair till date. When she sat with Shandily and felt his nearness then her sentiments started dominating her and her hands slipped down to Shandily's waist. Shandily smiled and saw her in the back mirror. She was feeling shy and looking on the other side. But she wished in her heart that journey may continue for ever. She was in love but she also knew that Shandily was in relationship with Jessica so she was not sure about the feelings of Shandily. In today's life Break up is not a big thing but relationship for more than 2 years with out break up is a surprise. They reached near the Cruise and parked the bike. They bought the tickets and entered in to the Cruise.

असल में गोवा का माहौल और साथ में जो 6 लोग हैं उनमें से 4 अंगेजड हैं। इसलिए नमिता और शांडिल्य में आकर्षण स्वाभाविक है। हालांकि शांडिल्य तो जेसिका के साथ काफी समय अंगेज रहा। मगर क्योंकि वह अब देश से बाहर है तो शांडिल्य भी नमिता की तरफ आकर्षित हो रहा है। जबकि घरेलू वातावरण में रहने के कारण और अपने स्वभाव की वजह से नमिता अभी तक इन बातों से दूर है। बाइक पर शांडिल्य के साथ बैठकर उसके स्पर्श की उसे बहुत प्यारी अनुभूति हुई। आहिस्ता आहिस्ता उसका हाथ कंधे से फिसल कर कमर पर आ गया। शांडिल्य शीशे में देख कर मुस्कुरा पड़ा। वहीं नमिता शर्मा कर दूसरी तरफ देख रही थी। वह चाह रही थी की बाइक चलती रहे और ऐसे ही बैठी रहे। मगर उसे यह भी पता है कि जब जेसिका भारत में थी तब शांडिल्य के साथ उसके संबंध थे। इसलिए वह दुविधा में थी कि शांडिल्य उसके यानी नमिता के बारे में क्या सोचता है। आज समाज का जो माहौल है उसमें ब्रेकअप होना चकित नहीं करता। मगर दो-तीन साल तक बिना ब्रेक अप के रिलेशनशिप का चलना ज्यादा चकित करता है। वह क्रूज के बाहर पहुंचकर अपनी अपनी बाइक को स्टैंड पर लगाने लगे। टिकट ली और अंदर चले गए।

At one location they were to jump from ramp to ship and Shandily holds the hand of Namita to help her in that. But even after entering in to the ship she kept holding Shandily's hand. Shandily also did not try to get his hand free. After some time when Cruise started its journey then drinks were served on payment basis. They all took beer and in the meantime program of Music started. Then suddenly Dhananjay took the Mike from the anchor and said " There is a couple here who have come together but they have never danced together. I request them to come forward and dance together. In case the do not come then I will have to bring them here." Shandily looked at Namita. But she gave the cue that she didn't know dancing. Shandily went near her and took hold of her hand. They both started dancing. There was a clapping from all sides. Shandily noticed that she actually didn't know dancing but he gave her slow steps and after few minutes they came back to their seats. They enjoyed the Cruise program for 2 hrs.and then came out of the Cruise.

एक जगह पर जंहा रैंप से क्रूूूज़ में जाना था वहां पर शांडिल्य ने नमिता का हाथ पकड़ कर पार करवाया। तो काफी देर तक नमिता ने शांडिल्य का हाथ नहीं छोड़ा। शांडिल्य ने भी कोशिश नहीं की। थोड़ी देर में जब क्रूज़ पानी में आगे बढ़ा तो वहां पर पेमेंट पर ड्रिंक सर्व किए जाने लगे। सबने एक एक बियर ले ली और फिर वहां पर म्यूजिक का प्रोग्राम शुरू हो गया। बीच में धनंजय ने एनाउंसर से माइक लेकर घोषणा की कि यहां पर एक जोड़ा है। जो साथ तो आया है मगर उन्होंने कभी इकट्ठा डांस नहीं किया। मैं उन्हें गुजारिश करता हूं कि वह खुद स्टेज पर आ जाएं। नहीं तो मैं उन्हें पकड़ कर लाऊंगा। शांडिल्य ने नमिता की तरफ देखा तो उसने इशारे से कहा कि उसे डांस नहीं आता। शांडिल्य उठा और नमिता का हाथ पकड़कर स्टेज पर ले गया। तुरंत ही सब तरफ से तालियां बज उठी और म्यूजिक बजने लगा। वाकई नमिता को डांस ज्यादा नहीं आता। मगर शांडिल्य ने उसे आहिस्ता आहिस्ता नचाया। कुछ देर बाद ही वह वापस आ गए तथा बाकी प्रोग्राम चलते रहे। 2 घंटे क्रूज़ पर बिताकर वह वापस आ गए।

Then they went to the market for shopping. As they were busy in shopping suddenly it became cloudy. They asked the shopkeeper to pack the articles they had purchased and send those to their hotel. After coming out of market they started their bikes and rushed to the hotel. But in the way rain started. Namita tried to take shelter behind Shandily. In this process she got too close to Shandily. That was her first experience of closeness with someone. She was filled deep in emotions. Though Shandily was in relationship earlier also but the innocence of Namita was touching deep in his heart. After coming back to hotel they went to bar and had their drinks. Then they had their food and went to sleep. Their flight was in the afternoon next day. In the morning they entered the swimming pool and enjoyed their for some time. Then they took the breakfast and packed their luggage and went to Airport. They came back to Pune with sweet memories. Also a new relationship had started growing in that trip.

सामने मार्केट में जाकर शॉपिंग करने लगे। धीरे-धीरे शाम होने लगी और बादल छा गए। फटाफट सबने सामान पैक करवा कर दुकानदार को कहा कि वह सामान होटल पहुंचा दे। अपनी अपनी बाइक पर वह वापस चल दिए। रास्ते में बारिश शुरू हो गई। नमिता भीगने से बचने के लिए शांडिल्य के पीछे छुपने लगी। मगर बारिश और शांडिल्य से निकटता ने उसके मन को और भी भिगो दिया। शांडिल्य भी उसके प्रथम आकर्षण की अनुभूति कर रहा है। शांडिल्य पहले भी रिलेशनशिप में रह चुका है मगर नमिता का भोलापन और विश्वास का भाव उसे आनंदित कर रहा था। खैर कमरे में जाकर सब ने चेंज करके नीचे बार में ड्रिंक लिए और खाना खाकर सो गए। अगले दिन दोपहर की फ्लाइट थी सुबह उठकर सब पूल में आ गए। काफी समय वहां बिता कर नाश्ता करके वापस आ गए। अपना सामान पैक किया और एयरपोर्ट की तरफ चल दिए। गोवा से वापस आकर सब अपने-अपने घर आ गए। मगर गोवा में एक नए रिश्ते का बीज भी पड़ गया था।

In 3rd week of January the Governor of Karnataka gave approval to file a case against Chief Minister Mr. B. S. Yadurappa in the illegal Mining case. But BJP protested against this and marked it as violation of Constitution. Apoorv was having a feeling that Mr. B. S. Yadurappa may be the first in office Chief Minister against whom a case would be filed in the Court. But he resigned from Chief Ministership of the state. Mr. B. S. Kalmadi was also removed from the post of Chairman of Commonwealth Organizing Committee. By the end of February Ex Minister Mr. A. Raja, Ex Telecom Secretary, Ex Chief adviser of Mr. A. Raja, Mr. Shahid Usman Balwa the promoter of Swan were arrested by CBI. The Mumbai High Court maintained the Death Penalty of Kasab. On 3rd March 2011 the Supreme Court dismissed the appointment of Chief Vigilance Commissioner Mr. P. V. Thomas. Supreme Court was of the view that the selection committee did not take proper care of the cases against him. Supreme Court also said that the honesty should be the prime consideration while considering anybody for that position. People had taken note of the fact that a person with doubtful integrity was posted on such an important post.

जनवरी के तीसरे सप्ताह में अवैध खनन घोटाले में घिरे कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री श्री बी एस येदुरप्पा के खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाने की अनुमति कर्नाटक के राज्यपाल ने दे दी। इससे भाजपा भड़क गई और इसे संविधान का उल्लंघन बताया। अपूर्व को लग रहा था कि श्री येदुरप्पा शायद पहले ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री बन जाएंगे जिन पर पद पर रहते हुए मुकदमा चलेगा। मगर उन्होंने इस्तीफा दे दिया। श्री सुरेश कलमाड़ी को भी कॉमन वेल्थ गेम आयोजन समिति के पद से हटा दिया गया। फरवरी आते आते श्री ए राजा, पूर्व टेलीकम सेक्रेटरी, ए राजा के पूर्व नीति सलाहकार, और स्वान के परमोटर श्री शाहिद उस्मान बलवा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया और केस सीबीआई को सौंप दिया। कसाब की मृत्यु दंड की सजा मुंबई हाई कोर्ट ने बरकरार रखी। 3 मार्च 2011 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त श्री पी जे थामस की नियुक्ति को रद्द कर दिया। कोर्ट का मानना है कि उनकी अनुशंसा करने वाली समिति ने उनके खिलाफ चल रहे मामलों पर गौर नहीं किया। कोर्ट का यह भी कहना है कि इस पद पर नियुक्त होने वाले व्यक्ति की व्यक्तिगत ईमानदारी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है और उसका ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए। देश बहुत गौर से यह सब देख रहा है। जो व्यक्ति दूसरों के भ्रष्टाचार पर नजर रखने के लिए सर्वोच्च पद पर नियुक्त किया गया उस पर खुद पर आरोप हैं।

One day evening Jaanvi met Apoorv and Nisha at their residence. During discussion Jaanvi said " A lot of frustration is there in the country due to corruption prevailing in the system. Now few people have formed an organization named India against Corruption. In this organization Mr. Anna Hazare, Mr. Arvind Kejariwal, Justice Santosh Hegde, Mr Prashant Bhushan and Ms. Mega Patekar are there. Mr. Anna Hajaare has declared that from 5th April onwards he will sit on a fast up to death at Jantar Mantar if a strong Lokpal Bill is not passed by the Parliament. The Government took it lightly in the beginning. They were confident that if BJP will try to expose their Coruption then they too have a list of corruption done by the BJP people. So the people were getting disappointed from both of them. But now a new hope of ending corruption is attracting people. The main attraction of this movement is that they are not allowing leaders of any party to come to their stage. Even Ms. Uma Bharati was not allowed to come on the stage and adress the people. As a result she sit along with general public there. As soon as such news was brodcasted on the channel the general public were attracted and they started coming there."

शाम को जानवी आज अपूर्व और निशा को मिलने उनके घर आ गई। बात चली जो जानवी ने बताया कि देश में जनता अंदर ही अंदर आक्रोश से भरती जा रही है। ऐसे में कुछ लोगो ने भ्रष्टचार के विरोध के लिए एक संगठन का निर्माण किया है। जिसका नाम रखा गया है 'इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन'। इसमें श्री अन्ना हजारे, श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल, जस्टिस संतोष हेगडे, श्री प्रशांत भूषण और सुश्री मेघा पाटेकर हैं। देश में विभिन्न स्तर पर फैले हुए भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने के लिए एक सशक्त लोकपाल बिल के लिए कि श्री अन्ना हजारे ने 5 अप्रैल 2011 को जन्तर मन्तर पर आमरण अनशन पर बैठने की घोषणा कर दी। सरकार ने पहले तो इसकी उपेक्षा की। उसे लगा कि पहले ही कितने अनशन जंतर-मंतर पर चलते रहते हैं एक और चलेगा तो क्या फर्क पड़ेगा। कांग्रेस इस बात को लेकर भी निश्चिंत थी की जब भाजपा उसके घोटालों की बात करती है तो वह भी उनके घोटाले गिनाने शुरू हो जाते हैं। भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने की तो बात ही खत्म हो गई। ऐसे में यह एक आवाज जनता के लिए एक नई आशा के रूप में दिखी। फिर सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है कि इसमें किसी भी राजनीतिक पार्टी के नेता को स्टेज पर चढ़ने की मनाही है। भाजपा की नेता सुश्री उमा भारती को भी स्टेज पर नहीं आने दिया गया। जैसे जैसे लोगों को पता चलता गया कारवां बड़ा होता गया। मीडिया पर भी खबरें चलने लगी।

After that the Government waked up and formed a Committee of 10 members to discuss that matter. Out of 10 the 5 were from Government and rest of 5 were Social Workers. Mr. Pranav Mukharjee was the President of this committee and Mr. Prashaant Bhushan was made the Vice President. On 16th May the first meeting of this committee was held. Mr. Anna Hazare insisted for the live Telecast of that meeting but Government was not ready for that. After a lot of discussion it was decided that Audio recording of the meeting would be done. It was also decided that Government will give a strong Lokpal Bill before 15th August. The Government kept it lingering on for one or the other issue. On 30th May 2011 the Government made it clear to the Committee that MP, MLA and Judges should be kept away from Lokpal. But the Social group was not ready for that.

अब सरकार भी जागी और 9 अप्रैल 2011 को एक 10 सदस्य समिति बना दी। जिसमें 5 सदस्य सरकार के हैं और 5 सदस्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं। श्री प्रणव मुखर्जी को इसका चेयरमैन और वरिष्ठ वकील और सामाजिक संगठनों की ओर से नियुक्त श्री शांति भूषण को इसका वाइस चेयरमैन बनाया गया। 16 मई को इसकी पहली बैठक हुई। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने मांग की कि मीटिंग का सीधा प्रसारण किया जाए। मगर सरकार ने इंकार कर दिया। बड़ी हील हुज्जत के बाद यह फैसला हुआ कि इसकी ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की जाए। यह भी फैसला किया गया कि 15 अगस्त 2011 से पहले जन लोकपाल बिल पास हो जाए। मगर सरकार की ओर से विभिन्न मुद्दों पर न नूकर होती रही। पांचवी बैठक 30 मई 2011 को हुई। उसमें सरकारी प्रतिनिधियों ने यह स्पष्ट कर दिया कि सरकारी मंत्रियों, सांसदों और न्यायाधीशों को लोकपाल से बाहर रखा जाना चाहिए। इस पर नागरिक समाज राजी नहीं हुआ।

In between Baba Ramdev started 'Swabhiman Yatra' in the country. This journey was to bring back Black Money, punish those who were doing Black Marketing and declare the property purchased from the black market as the National Property. Baba Ramdev had declared to sit on fast upto death for these demands from 6th June in Ramleela Ground. On 4th June he reached Delhi and on the airport Central Minister Mr. Pranav Mukharjee and Mr. Kapil Sibbal were there to talk to him. They had a long discussion on the Airport. Next day Baba Ramdev had a long discussion with Mr. Kapil Sibbal and Mr. Subodh Kant Sahay in a 5star hotel in Delhi. After discussion Baba Ramdev left the hotel with out saying anything.

इसी दौरान एक और घटनाक्रम चल रहा था। बाबा रामदेव ने 'भारत स्वाभिमान' आंदोलन नाम से पूरे देश में यात्रा की। यह यात्रा काले धन को वापस लाने, काले धन को देश की संपत्ति घोषित करने तथा काले धन वालों को सख्त सजा के प्रावधानों को लेकर थी। जब 4 जून 2011 को आमरण अनशन से 2 दिन पहले बाबा रामदेव दिल्ली के हवाई अड्डे पर उतरे, तो उनसे बातचीत के लिए सरकार के मंत्री श्री प्रणब मुखर्जी और श्री कपिल सिब्बल वहां मौजूद थे। हवाई अड्डे पर काफी देर बातचीत होती रही। अगले दिन एक पांच सितारा होटल में श्री कपिल सिब्बल और श्री सुबोध कांत सहाय ने बाबा रामदेव से लंबी बातचीत की। बातचीत के बाद बिना कुछ बोले बाबा रामदेव वहां से चले गए।

Media started announcing that Government had reached an agreement with Baba Ramdev. Channels were reporting from the reliable source that Government to neutralize the impact of Anna Aandolan now they had reached an agreement with Baba Ramdev. In the evening Baba reached in Ramleela Ground for fast. There were about 30000 people in the ground. It was felt by the media persons that Baba Ramdev was waiting for any message. In the meantime somebody told that Mr. P. Chidambaram was on the TV and showing a letter and explaining that Dharana was illegal because the sanction was given only for one day Yoga Camp of 5000 people. At this Baba Ramdev fumed and declared that Dharana would continue till the fulfillment of their demands. He also requested the crowd not to be indulged in violence.

मीडिया में यह खबर चलने लगी कि सरकार ने बाबा रामदेव को मना लिया है। सूत्रों का कहना था कि अन्ना आंदोलन से परेशान सरकार ने बाबा रामदेव को मना लिया। ताकि अन्ना आंदोलन का प्रभाव कम किया जा सके। शाम को जब बाबा रामदेव रामलीला ग्राउंड पहुंचे तो वहां 30 हजार के करीब लोग उपस्थित थे। अनशन शुरू होने से पहले ही ऐसा लग रहा था कि बाबा रामदेव को किसी मैसेज का इंतजार है। मगर तभी किसी ने बताया कि श्री पी चिदंबरम प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करके एक पत्र मीडिया को दिखा रहे हैं कि रामलीला मैदान पर जो धरना चल रहा है वह गैरकानूनी है। क्योंकि बाबा रामदेव के एक सहयोगी श्री बालकृष्ण ने जो स्वीकृति ली है वह योग शिविर की है। और 5000 लोगों की है। उनकी स्वीकृति भी सिर्फ 1 दिन की है। इस पर बाबा रामदेव भड़क गए और घोषणा कर दी कि वह अपनी मांगे पूरी होने तक यहां से नहीं हिलेंगे। उन्होंने भीड़ से यह भी कहा कि किसी तरह की कोई हिंसा ना करें।

He started his fast. Around midnight 5000 jawans of Delhi Police surrounded the Tent of Baba Ramdev and asked the public to vacate the area. Most of the people had came from far fledged areas and majority of them were ladies. There was a panic in the public there. The Police Lathi Charged there. Ladies surrounded Baba Ramdev and formed a security ring. So many people were injured. After some time it was declared that the area was vacated fully. But there was no news of Baba Ramdev's where about. Next day in the afternoon Baba Ramdev came before the press in ladies Salwar and Kameez. He alleged that Government intention was to kill him. He announced that his fast would continue in NOIDA. But as U.P Government didn't gave him permission so he changed the venue to Haridwar.

उन्होंने अनशन शुरू कर दिया। रात को 12:00 बजे के बाद पुलिस ने 5000 से ज्यादा जवानों के साथ रामलीला ग्राउंड को घेर लिया l आंदोलनकारियों को मैदान खाली करने को कहा। ज्यादातर लोग दूर-दराज के जगहो से आए हुए थे। और महिलाओं की संख्या ज्यादा थी। लोग एकदम घबरा गए और अपना सामान समेट कर इधर-उधर भागने लगे। भगदड़ मच गई। पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज कर दिया। महिलाओं ने बाबा रामदेव के आसपास सुरक्षा घेरा बना लिया। लाठीचार्ज में कई लोग घायल हो गए l उसके बाद यही खबर आई की रामलीला ग्राउंड खाली करा लिया गया है। मगर बाबा रामदेव के बारे में कोई खबर नहीं थी। अगले दिन दोपहर को बाबा रामदेव हरिद्वार में प्रेस के सामने सलवार सूट में आए और प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की कि सरकार उन्हें मरवाना चाहती है। उन्होंने अपना अनशन जारी रखने की घोषणा की। हालांकि पहले उन्होंने नोएडा में अनशन करने की बात की l मगर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की इजाजत न मिलने के कारण हरिद्वार में ही अनशन शुरू कर दिया।

In club when Apoorv met Jaanvi then he asked " What happened with Baba Ramdev on that day." Jaanvi said " When lathi charge was started at that time 3-4 ladies took away an injured woman. They crossed the first security ring of police. When they moved towards a taxi then a police man asked them to take the help of Ambulance. But they refused. That created a doubt in the mind of policeman and he removed the Dupatta from the face and he found it was Baba Ramdev. Police took him in the custody. Next day morning when people saw the news on their T. V. Screen they felt bad. It was a general opinion that it means nobody can protest against the Government. People were especially against Mr. Kapil Sibbal and Mr. P. Chidambaram. Anyway Baba Ramdev was taken to Haridwar by plane and he addressed that press conference."

अपूर्व ने जानवी से पूछा कि बाबा रामदेव के साथ हुआ कैसे। तो उसने बताया "जब महिलाओं पर भी लाठीचार्ज शुरू हो गया, तो तीन चार महिलाएं एक घायल महिला को सहारा देकर बाहर निकल गई। पुलिस के पहले घेरे को सफलता से पार कर गई। सड़क पर वह टैक्सी की ओर बड़ी तभी एक पुलिस वाले ने उन्हें एक एंबुलेंस की तरफ चलने का इशारा किया। तो उन्होंने मना कर दिया। पुलिस वालों को शक हो गया और जब मुंह से दुपट्टा हटाया गया तो बाबा रामदेव थे। उसके बाद बाबा रामदेव को पुलिस ने अपनी हिरासत में ले लिया। जब सुबह यह खबर फैली तो पूरे देश में आक्रोश फैल गया। सब को यह लगा कि यह कैसी सरकार है कि कोई विरोध नहीं कर सकता। लोग खासतौर पर श्री कपिल सिब्बल और श्री चिदंबरम के बहुत खिलाफ हो गए। बाबा रामदेव को दिल्ली से वायुयान के रास्ते हरिद्वार भेजा गया। वहां पर पहुंचकर उन्होंने अपनी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की।

Apoorv said "It is a general practice that when in power the parties has different face. Anyway what do you think what will be the next step." Jaanvi said " Government is very insensitive. Baba Ramdev was not inclined towards any party till date can go to any side against Congress. Mr. Kapil Sibbal and Mr. P. Chidambaram has created another enemy of Congress due to their action. It is possible that BJP may approach Baba Ramdev to support him and get his sympathy. In Indian culture people do not accept the attack on a person wearing Saint's clothes. They took it as an insult to their society. Congress will pay for this in next election. Problem in Congress is this that some prominent leaders are cut off from the masses but they are included in all the decision making committees. Because they are away from the people so they took unpopular decisions which creates problems for the grassroots level workers. The latest example of it is this action of Mr. Kapil Sibbal and Mr. P. Chidambaram."

अपूर्व ने पूछा कि आगे क्या होने की उम्मीद है। जानवी ने कहा की सरकार पूरी तरह असंवेदनशील है। बाबा रामदेव जो अब तक किसी के साथ भी नहीं थे, वो अब किसी भी तरफ जा सकते है। उनको कांग्रेस ने अपना दुश्मन बना लिया। इसमें श्री पी चिदंबरम और श्री कपिल सिब्बल की गलती ज्यादा मानी जा रही है। हो सकता है कि भाजपा इस मौके लपक ले। क्योंकि भारतीय जनमानस में अभी भी गेरुआ वस्त्र डालें किसी से दुर्व्यवहार को कभी भी मान्यता नहीं मिलती। और इस अपमान को समाज के अपमान की तरह देखा जाता है। इसका कांग्रेस को आने वाले चुनाव में नुकसान उठाना पड़ सकता है। कांग्रेस की समस्या है कि उसके कुछ सीनियर लीडर जो जनता से कटे हुए हैं मगर उनकी हर निर्णय लेने वाली कमेेटी में है। क्योंकि वह खुद जनमानस से बहुत दूर हैं इसलिए उनके निर्णय कांग्रेस के जमीनी कार्यकर्ताओं को बड़ी कठिन स्थिति में जनता के बीच में डाल देते हैं। उसका ताजा उदाहरण श्री पी चिदंबरम और श्री कपिल सिब्बल का यह कदम है।"

Differences were there in the Committee formed for Lokpal Bill. Mr. Kapil Sibbal was not ready to consider any suggestions of the Civil Society. At last on 21st June 2011 the Civil Society Boycotted the Committee snd announced their draft in public. According to their draft the Lokpal would be an independent body like Supreme Court and Election Commission. It would be able to enquire any leader at any post. The enquiry would be completed in one year. The trial would be completed in one year. If the charges of corruption proved then the person would pay for all the losses. Every Government employees would be duty bound to do the work in prescribed time frame otherwise would pay the fine (Citizen Charter). Anyone can send complaints of corruption in any Government departments. Appointment of Lokpal would be done in a transparent manner with people's participation. If complaint of corruption of anybody in Lokpal office would be received then the enquiry would be completed in two months.

लोकपाल को लेकर सरकार द्धारा बनायी गयी समिति में भी मतभेद बरकरार थे। श्री कपिल सिब्बल सत्ता के नशे में मदहोश थे। वह नागरिक समिति के सदस्यों की बात पर गौर करने को तैयार ही नहीं थे। आखिर 21 जून 2011 को अन्ना टीम ने समिति का बहिष्कार कर दिया और अपना जनलोकपाल का मसौदा रख दिया। उनके मसौदे के मुताबिक जनलोकपाल एक स्वतंत्र संस्था होगी। जैसे कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और चुनाव आयोग हैं। यह किसी भी नेता या अधिकारी की जांच कर सकेगी, चाहे वह किसी पर भी पद पर आसीन हो। मामले की की जांच 1 साल में पूरी करनी होगी। 1 साल मे ट्रायल पूरा करना होगा। अगर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप सिद्ध हुए तो सारे नुकसान की भरपाई करनी होगी। हर सरकारी कर्मचारी को जनता से जुड़े काम तय समय के अंदर करने होंगे। अन्यथा देरी का जुर्माना देना होगा (सिटीजन चार्टर)। किसी भी सरकारी विभाग में भ्रष्टाचार और किसी भी फंड के दुरुपयोग की शिकायत लोकपाल से की जा सकेगी। लोकपाल की नियुक्ति पारदर्शी तरीके से और जनता की भागीदारी से होगी। अगर किसी लोकपाल ऑफिस के कर्मचारी को भ्रष्ट पाया गया तो 2 महीने के अंदर जांच करनी होगी।

The Government representatives gave a draft of very weak Lokpal Bill. In that bill only Junior officers were brought under the jurisdiction of Lokpal Bill. The whole responsibility would be of complainant to prove the charges. If complainant fail to prove charges then complainant would be liable for punishment. All the appointments in Lokpal would be done by Government. Both the drafts were sent to Government. Anna Hazare declared that in place of Lokpal if Jokepal would be given then he would sit on Indefinite fast from 16th August 2011.

But the Congress strategies maker were having some things else in their minds. They were thinking that 3 years were still there in the election. If agitation goes on for few months even then by the time of election people would forget this issue. Some new issues would be there to counter this issue. But these leaders forgot that for the time being such issues people may apparently forget but such issues always remain active in their unconcious mind. Especially when they would be forced to bribe any Government officials at that time this issue would certainly strike in their mind.

जबकि सरकार के मंत्रियों की समिति ने बहुत ही कमजोर और लचर लोकपाल बिल पेश किया। उसमें सिर्फ जूनियर अधिकारियों की जांच का ही प्रावधान था। अगर आरोपी अपने आरोप साबित नहीं कर पाया तो उसे कड़ी सजा का प्रावधान था। यानी कि जांच एजेंसी की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। सारी जांच आरोपी को स्वयं ही प्रमाणित करनी होगी। सारी नियुक्तियां भी सरकार के द्वारा ही होंगी। दोनों मसौदे सरकार के पास भेज दिए गए। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने कह दिया कि अगर लोकपाल की जगह जोक पाल बिल दिया गया तो 16 अगस्त 2011 से वह आमरण अनशन पर बैठेंगे। मगर कांग्रेस के रणनीतिकारों की सोच कुछ और ही है। वह सोच रहे हैं कि अभी संसद के चुनाव में 3 साल पड़े हैं। अगर कुछ दिन आंदोलन चला भी तो चुनाव आने तक लोग भूल जाएंगे। तब तक और कई मुद्दे खड़े करके इस मुद्दे की हवा निकाल दी जाएगी। मगर शायद वह यह बात भूल गये कि जनता चाहे फौरी तौर पर भूल जाए। मगर उसके अवचेतन मन पर हर घटना एक प्रभाव छोड़ जाती है। खासतौर पर जब उसे कहीं रिश्वत देनी पड़ेगी तो यह मुद्दा हमेशा उसके दिमाग को आंदोलित करेगा।

The impact of this agitation was started reflecting on the political parties. The Governor had given the approval of filing a case against the BJP's Chief Minister of Karnataka in January but he was not resigning. But now BJP put pressure on him and he resigned on 31st July 2011. Fast by Mr. Anna Hazare was seems to be certain from 16th August because Government was not seen to present their Lokpal Bill in Parliament and were going to present the weak Lokpal Bill in the Parliament. Anna Hazare asked for the permission to sit on fast at Jantar Mantar but police declined. He gave four more sites but police didn't agree. At last Anna Hazare declared that he would sit on fast at J.P park and if police arrest him then he would not take water even. He also advised his followers to come out of their home on 16th August and move towards the J.P. Park. If the police stopped them then they may sit there for Dharna. But no violence or damage to public should be done. If anyone found to doing so then hand over them to police because some people may done such activities just to fail the agitation.

राजनीतिक पार्टियों पर इस आंदोलन का प्रभाव और दबाव नजर आना शुरू हो गया। भाजपा की कर्नाटक सरकार के मुख्यमंत्री पर अवैध खनन केस चलाने की अनुमति राज्यपाल जनवरी में ही दे चुके थे। मगर वह इस्तीफा नहीं दे रहे थे। अब भाजपा को उन पर दबाव डालना पड़ा और 31 जुलाई 2011 को उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री पद से त्यागपत्र दे दिया। उधर 16 अगस्त से श्री अन्ना हज़ारे का अनशन निश्चित लग रहा है। क्योंकि सरकार उनके जनलोकपाल बिल को संसद में रखने के मूड में नहीं थी। और अपने मंत्रियों द्वारा दिए गए लचर कमजोर जन लोकपाल बिल संसद में पेश करने वाली थी। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने जंतर मंतर पर अनशन की अनुमति मांगी। वह दिल्ली पुलिस ने नहीं दी। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने चार और स्थान सुझाए। मगर पुलिस उन पर भी नहीं मानी। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने अंत में प्रेस को बुलाकर घोषणा की कि वह जेपी पार्क में अनशन करेंगे। पुलिस ने अगर उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया तो बिना पानी पिए अनशन करेंगे। अपने सभी समर्थकों को भी कहा कि वह सभी अपने घरों से 16 अगस्त 2011 को जेपी पार्क की तरफ बढ़े। पुलिस जहां पर उन्हें रोके वहीं पर अनशन पर बैठ जाएं। मगर कहीं कोई हिंसा नहीं होनी चाहिए। किसी भी संपत्ति को कोई नुकसान नहीं पहुंचाया जाना चाहिए। अगर किसी को ऐसा करते देखे तो तुरंत खुद उसे पकड़कर पुलिस के हवाले कर दें। क्योंकि हो सकता है कि कुछ लोग आंदोलन को फेल करने के लिए ऐसी हरकतें करें।

15th August in Delhi is generally celebrated as a day of kite playing apart from the Independence Day. Apoorv, Vatika, Nisha and Jaanvi were enjoying the kite flying since morning. Apoorv was flying the kite, Nisha was holding the Charkhi, Vatika and Jaanvi were hooting. The young boys in the neighborhood were enjoying their hooting. They were ready to be defeated to enjoy their hooting. After enjoying the whole day they came down stairs in the evening. After coming down stairs when they switched on the TV they saw that Anna Hazare was sitting at Rajghat silently and hundreds of people were also sitting at his back and thosands were standing outside. After few moments he stood up and came out. The reporters surrounded him. He simply said " Fast will be there. If police arrest me then I will be on fast without taking a drop of water and Jail Bharo aandolan will also be there" With this he left.

Apoorv was so anxious and he decided not to go to the bank. From 15th August evening debates were going on as how the Government would tackle the situation. Some were saying that like Baba Ramdev Police will arrest him. Some were saying that he will go underground and would appear directly in the J. P. Park. Though Police had given him the permission for J. P. Park but along with 22 riders like No Loudspeaker, No tent, only 5000 people at the most etc. But Anna Hazare refused to accept 6 of them.

15 अगस्त 2011 का दिन था। दिल्ली में इस दिन पतंगे उड़ाई जाती हैं। अपूर्व, वाटिका, निशा और जानवी मिलकर खूब पतंग उड़ा रहे थे। अपूर्व उड़ा रहा था। निशा ने चरखी पकड़ रखी थी। वाटिका तथा जानवी हल्ला मचा रही थी। खूब मजा आ रहा था। आसपास की छतों पर पतंग उड़ा रहे नौजवानों को भी उनका हल्ला आकर्षित कर रहा था। वह पेच लगाकर अपनी पतंग जानबूझकर भी कटवाने को तैयार थे। खैर दिनभर मस्ती करने के बाद वह शाम को नीचे आए और टीवी चलाया तो देखा कि श्री अन्ना हजारे राजघाट पर शांति से ध्यान लगाए बैठे हैं। उनके पीछे सैकड़ों लोग भी चुपचाप मौन बैठे हैं l बाहर हजारों लोग भी शांति से खड़े हैं। थोड़ी देर बाद अन्ना उठे और बाहर को निकले। रिपोर्टर ने उन्हें घेर लिया तो उन्होंने कहा "अनशन तो होगा। अगर पुलिस ने उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया तो बिना पानी पिए अनशन करेंगे। तथा जेल भरो आंदोलन भी होगा।" इतना कहकर वह चल दिए। 16 अगस्त को अपूर्व का बैंक जाने का मन नहीं हुआ। कल शाम से टीवी चैनल पर अटकलें लगाई जा रही थीl कोई कह रहा था बाबा रामदेव की तरह इनको भी रातो रात गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। कोई कह रहा था कि वह रात को अंडरग्राउंड होकर सीधे अनशन स्थल पर पहुंचेंगे। क्योंकि पुलिस ने उन्हें परमिशन तो जेपी पार्क की दी है। मगर उस पर 22 शर्तें हैं। जैसे टेंट नहीं लगाएंगे, माइक नहीं लगाएंगे, 5000 से ज्यादा आदमी इकट्ठा नही होंगे आदि। मगर श्री अन्ना हज़ारे ने 6 शर्तें मानने से इनकार कर दिया है।

But nothing of that type happened. On 16th August 2011 morning at about 8.00 a.m.Anna Hazare was arrested from Mayur Vihar house where he was staying. But outside the Society thousands of supporter were waiting along with a number of Press reporters. Just to avoid them Police announced that they were taking Anna Hazare and his team to the venue for security reasons. But supporters and reporters were following the police vehicles. Then the police called the additional forces to stop them midway. The additional forces came but the supporters sat on Dharna there itself.

Through TV channels and social media the news became viral. In Delhi people with our National flag in hands found moving towards J.P Park. Police had barricaded the whole Delhi. People sat down on Dharna wherever they were stopped by Police. The police wad arresting wherever they saw the people moving towards J. P. Park with Tricolour in their hands. It was not believable that in Independent India people were arrested only for the reason that they were moving on the roads of Capital with National Flag in their hands. Slowly due to arrest of these people the condition became unmanageable and Police converted 12 stadiums into jails. On the other side Anna Hazare started his fast and was not taking water even. Anna Hazare was produced before a duty Magistrate. Anna Hazare was asked to give an affidavit that neither he nor his supporters will do any agitation. But Anna Hazare refused to give any such affidavit. Resulting this he was sent to Judicial Custody for 7 days.

मगर चैनलों के अंदाजे के मुताबिक कुछ नहीं हुआ। सुबह 16 अगस्त 2011 को 8:00 बजे के करीब श्री अन्ना हज़ारे को मयूर विहार में जहां ठहरे हुए थे वहां से हिरासत में ले लिया। मगर बाहर हजारों समर्थक सैकड़ों गाड़ियों में श्री अन्ना हजारे का इंतजार कर रहे थे। मीडिया की भी भीड़ थी। तभी पुलिस श्री अन्ना हजारे को और उनके सहयोगियों को लेकर अंदर से निकली तथा भीड़ को कहा कि सुरक्षा कारणों से श्री अन्ना हजारे को अपने गाड़ी में अनशन स्थल पर ले जा रही है। मगर समर्थक और मीडिया कहां छोड़ने वाले थे। वह उनकी गाड़ी के पीछे पीछे चलने लगे। मगर आधे रास्ते में ही अतिरिक्त पुलिस को बुलाकर मीडिया और समर्थकों को रोक दिया। समर्थको ने वहीं अनशन शुरू कर दिया। टीवी चैनल के माध्यम से और फोन के द्वारा यह खबर न सिर्फ दिल्ली बल्कि पूरे देश में फैल गई। दिल्ली में हाथ में तिरंगा लिए लोग घरों से निकलकर जे पी पार्क की तरफ बढ़ने लगे। पुलिस ने जगह-जगह अवरोध लगा रखे थे। जैसे ही किसी ग्रुप को हाथ में तिरंगा लिए जाते देखते उनको हिरासत में ले लेते । यह लग ही नहीं रहा था कि यह आजाद भारत की पुलिस है, जो तिरंगा लेकर चलने वालों को गिरफ्तार कर रही है। धीरे-धीरे बढ़ती गिरफ्तारियां को देखकर 12 स्टेडियम को कारावास में तब्दील कर दिया गया। उधर श्री अन्ना हजारे ने अपना अनशन पुलिस हिरासत में शुरू कर दिया। वह पानी भी नहीं पी रहे थे। उन्हें एक विशेष अदालत के सामने पेश करके उनके आंदोलन से शांति भंग होने की पुलिस ने बात कही। अदालत ने श्री अन्ना हजारे को निजी मुचलका भरने को कहा। जिसमें आंदोलन न करने और अपने समर्थकों को भी आंदोलन न करने की शर्तें रखी गई। मगर श्री अन्ना हजारे ने ऐसा कोई भी मुचलका भरने से इनकार कर दिया। अदालत ने उन्हें 7 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया।

The news of agitation was pouring in from all corners of India. In Delhi thousands of people were arrested and sent to Chatarpal Stadium. But as soon as the news were flashed on TV and Social media about the agitation the people started reaching Chatarpal Stadium with drinkable water and eatables for agitators. In the beginning Police tried to show the brave face and told the people that whosoever entered the stadium would not come out and would be treated as arrested. But people still were insisting to go into the Stadium. The students of Delhi University managed the trffic outside the stadium. All these people were doing all this volunterly. There was no call for doing so. Slowly the police started moving from that place and it became an open jail.

उधर सारे देश से प्रदर्शनों की खबरें आने लगी। दिल्ली में हजारों लोगों को हिरासत में लेकर छत्रसाल स्टेडियम में भेजा जाने लगा। लोगों को जब पता चला तो स्टेडियम में गिरफ्तार आंदोलनकारियों के लिए खाने पीने का सामान और पानी इत्यादि लेकर जाने लगे। कोई किसी नेता की अपील नहीं मगर लोगों के अंदर के जज्बे ने जोर मारना शुरू कर दिया। पहले तो पुलिस ने सख्ती दिखाने की कोशिश की। और कहने लगे कि जो अंदर सामान देने जाएगा उसको भी हिरासत में ले लिया जाएगा। मगर लोग इस बात को भी मानने को तैयार नहीं थे और अंदर जाने की जिद कर रहे थे। शाम होते-होते हजारों लोग स्टेडियम के अंदर और बाहर जमा हो गए। दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों ने भीड़ को नियंत्रित करके ट्रैफिक को एक तरफा चलाने का काम संभाला। पुलिस वाले धीरे-धीरे वहां से हटने शुरू हो गए।

. On the other side thosands of people gathered at India Gate. Apoorv also went there with family and by lighting a candle they gave their support to that agitation. After seeing the public support to this agitation the Government came a little down and requested the Court to give them permission to release Anna Hazare. But Anna Hazare got rigid on his stand and refused to came out of Jail until he was given the permission for agitation. When people came to know about his arrest then thousands of people were gathered in front of Tihar Jail. Protest demonstration were started on all the gates of Tihar Jail. On 17th August police tried its level best to get Anna Hazare agreed for permission of agitation at Ramleela ground for three days. Anna Hazare was ready for Ramleela ground but the condition of 3 days was not acceptable.

इधर इंडिया गेट पर हजारों लोग इकट्ठा हो जलूस में जंतर मंतर की तरफ जाने लगे। अपूर्व भी अपने परिवार के साथ इंडिया गेट पर पहुंच गया और मोमबत्ती जलाकर इस आंदोलन के प्रति अपना समर्थन जताया। पूरे देश में प्रदर्शन और मोमबत्ती जलाई जा रही थी। इस बार इस समर्थन को देखकर सरकार का नशा उतरा और शाम होते-होते पुलिस ने अदालत से श्री अन्ना हजारे को रिहा करने की इजाजत मांगीl कोर्ट ने इजाजत दे दी। मगर अब श्री अन्ना हजारे जिद पर अड़ गए और जेल से बाहर निकलने से तब तक मना कर दिया, जब तक कि उन्हें बिना शर्त आंदोलन करने की इजाजत न दी जाए। जब लोगों को यह खबर पहुंची तो तिहाड़ जेल के बाहर भी लोग इकट्ठा होना शुरू हो गए। जेल के हर गेट पर प्रदर्शन होने लगे। 17 अगस्त को पुलिस हर तरह से श्री अन्ना हजारे को मनाने की कोशिश करती रही। मगर श्री अन्ना हजारे अपनी बात पर अड़े रहे। हजारों लोग जेल के बाहर नारे लगाकर उनका समर्थन करते रहे। पुलिस ने उन्हें 3 दिन तक रामलीला ग्राउंड में हम अनशन करने की बात की। मगर श्री अन्ना हजारे को रामलीला मैदान तो मंजूर था मगर 3 दिन तक वाली शर्त मंजूर नहीं थी।

Apoorv alone reached in front of Tihar Jail. So many people were offering free meals voluneterily. But every thing was well organized. It was something extraordinary. While talking with Nisha the Apoorv was telling " Till yesterday I was thinking that our young generations is very introvert and selfish. They are only concerned about their carrier. But from yesterday to today my whole opinion is changed now. The way they are managing every thing is really appreciable. Now I feel that it was the failure of our generation to provide them a platform to fight corruption. Now when they found a platform they have managed it so well. Its really appreciable and wonderful.

अपूर्व भी सुबह से अकेला ही वहां पहुंच गया। वहां पर लोगों ने अपने-अपने फ्री स्टाल लगा रखे थे। मगर सब कुछ अनुशासित था। यह एक अजूबा था। अपूर्व जब निशा से फोन पर बात कर रहा था तो कह रहा था कि मैं तो समझता था कि हमारी युवा पीढ़ी में सामाजिक चेतना नहीं है। वह बहुत स्वार्थी और अपने तथा अपने कैरियर में खोए रहते हैं। मगर कल से आज तक मेरी धारणा बिल्कुल ही बदल गई है। जितने प्रोफेशनल तरीके से यह युवा बिना किसी नेता के सब कुछ मैनेज कर रहे हैं वह भी बिना किसी स्वार्थ के, तो यह बतलाता है की कमी हमारी है। जो इन युवाओं को कभी भ्रष्टाचार से लड़ने का मंच नहीं दिया। आज अगर किसी ने उनके विश्वास को जगाया है तो वह सब कुछ कैसे मैनेज कर रहे हैं। वह अतुलनीय है।

There was a rumor that police will remove Anna Hazare from jail in an ambulance and that ambulance will take him to Airport and will be shifted to Ralegan Sidi. A lot of activities started at all the gates of Tihar Jail. People blocked all the ways to Tihar Jail. Ambulance came but couldn't reach the gate of Tihar Jail. At last police gave permission for fast in Ramleela Ground. On 18th August Anna Hazare came out of jail in the afternoon. He started moving towards Ramleela Ground in an open Truck. Thousands of supporters were moving behind him in cars and on foot. But after Mayapuri crossing taking care of traffic position in Delhi Anna Hazare appealed his followers to reach Ramleela Ground directly. He went to Rajghat and after stay there for some time he went to Ramleela Ground. Thousands of people had already reached there. Apoorv was one of them.

तभी खबर फैली कि पुलिस श्री अन्ना हजारे को एंबुलेंस में डालकर अस्पताल ले जाने के नाम पर उन्हें रालेगण सिद्धि में भेजना चाह रही है। सब गेटों पर हलचल मच गई। जेल की तरफ जाने वाले हर सड़क को लोगों ने जाम कर दिया। एंबुलेंस आई मगर जेल तक पहुंच नहीं पाई। लोग उसके आसपास लेट गए। सारी रात लोग चौकन्ने रहे। हजारों लोग जेल के बाहर ही सोए। आखिर पुलिस ने श्री अन्ना हजारे को रामलीला मैदान में आंदोलन करने की इजाजत दे दी। 18 अगस्त 2011 की दोपहर को श्री अन्ना हजारे जेल से बाहर निकले। एक खुले ट्रक में खड़े थे और हजारों समर्थक उनके साथ पैदल और गाड़ियों में चल रहे थे। मगर शहर की यातायात की स्थिति को देखते हुए मायापुरी के बाद वह अपने समर्थकों को रामलीला ग्राउंड पहुंचने की अपील करते हुए गाड़ी में बैठ कर सीधा राजघाट गए। वहां पर कुछ देर बैठ कर वह सीधे रामलीला ग्राउंड पहुंचे। वहां पर हजारों लोग पहले ही पहुंच गए। अपूर्व भी उनमें से एक था।

As the news spread the people started reaching Ramleela Ground. In other parts of India people started candle March in support of this agitation. In the beginning Government seems to be unconcerned. But after seeing the support to this agitation they moved a little. On 21st August Anna Hazare called for Gherav of the M.Ps to know their opinion on Jan Lok Pal bill. The demonstration started and thousands of people were arrested. Some leaders were of the opinion that demonstration should be held only on the residences of ruling parties M.Ps but Anna Hazare finally announced that demonstration should be held on residence of all M.Ps to know their opinion on Janlok Pal Bill. Apoorv discussed the matter with Jaanvi(when she was present there as a Reporter). She said " In the beginning every body joined the agitation irrespective of their ideology. People from extreme left to extreme right were there. But later on when agitation has gained momentum now every body want to run this agitation according to their ideology. But Anna Hazare is supremeo of the agitation so his wordings are last and he is not guided by any particular ideology."

जैसे-जैसे खबर फैलती गई भीड़ बढ़ती चली गई। देश के अन्य भागों से भी लोग आने लगे। लोग मोमबत्तियां लेकर अपने शहर में प्रदर्शन करने लगे। पहले दो-तीन दिन तक तो सरकार ने उनके अनशन को अनदेखा किया। मगर देश में बढ़ते समर्थन को देखकर और लोगों में सरकार की असंवेदनशीलता से बढ़ते आक्रोश को देखकर, सरकार कुछ जागी। 21 अगस्त को श्री अन्ना हजारे ने आह्वान किया कि अपने अपने सांसदों और मंत्रियों के घरों के सामने धरना प्रदर्शन करें। उनसे पूछा जाए कि उनका जनलोकपाल पर क्या विचार है। सांसदों और मंत्रियों के घरों के बाहर प्रदर्शन होने शुरू हो गए। सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता हिरासत में लिए गए। हालांकि कुछ नेता यह चाहते थे कि विरोधी पक्ष के सांसदों के घर के बाहर प्रदर्शन न हो। जबकि अधिकतर का यह मानना है कि हर एक के घर के बाहर हो। अपूर्व और जानवी (जो पत्रकार के रूप मे वँहा थी) की आपसी बातचीत मे यह बात उठी कि असल में जब यह आंदोलन शुरू हुआ, तो उसमें वामपंथी से दक्षिणपंथी सभी विचारधारा के लोग जुड़ गए। हर एक को लगा कि आंदोलन उनके हिसाब से चलना चाहिए। मगर आंदोलन का केंद्र बिंदु श्री अन्ना हजारे हैं। जो किसी भी राजनीतिक विचारधारा से प्रभावित नहीं है। अतः अंतिम फैसला उनका ही है।

On 7th day Doctors found Ketone in blood and urine of Anna Hazare. His weight had also started loosing. Now he was addressing less from the Central stage and other people were addressing in place of him. No political leader was allowed to come on stage but their was no restrictions for them to sit among the General public. Just to spoil the image Congress was doing it's best. They were raising questions on the expenses. While long ques were there to donate and Committee was also getting a big number of donations online also. The Imam of Jama Masjid gave a statement in favour of Government and declared that Muslim had nothing to do with this agitation. Some Muslim leaders countered him and asked him whether Muslim were not facing the corruption. Some leaders of various communities and Castes were giving statements in favour of Government but the people of Country were firmly standing behind Anna Hazare.

सातवें दिन श्री अन्ना हजारे के मूत्र और खून में कीटोन आने शुरू हो गए। उनका वजन भी निरंतर गिरने लगा। अब तो मंच से लोगों को संबोधित भी कम करते, आंदोलन के अन्य नेता ही समर्थकों को संबोधित करते रहते। किसी भी राजनीतिक दल के नेता को स्टेज पर श्री अन्ना हजारे के साथ बैठना मना है। हां नीचे कोई भी जाकर बैठ सकता है। सरकार अपनी तरफ से आंदोलन को फेल करने की भी कोशिश में लगी हुई थी। कांग्रेस के नेता खर्चों पर सवाल उठा रहे थे। तो दूसरी तरफ स्वेच्छा से लोग दान कर रहे थे और सोशल मीडिया पर उसे दिखाया जा रहा था। जामा मस्जिद के शाही इमाम ने सरकार के पक्ष में बोलते हुए कहा कि मुसलमानों का इस आंदोलन से कुछ लेना देना नहीं है। इस पर कई मुस्लिम नेताओं ने उनसे ही पूछ लिया कि क्या भ्रष्टाचार मुस्लिम को तंग नहीं करता। किसी से कहलवाया जा रहा था कि इस आंदोलन का उनकी जाति से कोई संबंध नहीं है। मगर देश की जनता सरकारी चालो को समझकर अडिगता से श्री अन्ना हजारे के पीछे खड़ी रही।

At last Mr. Parnav Mukharjee was given the responsibility of negotiations. During discussion 3 main issues came to front line. Government representatives assured to gave the clear position on the issues next day. The discussion took place in a very positive tone and hopes were high for a positive outcome. But on 24th August Government took U Turn and refused to present the Lokpal Bill in Parliament. People were having a great resentment for two Ministers and started demonstration on residences of MPs and Ministers again. Anna Hazare's team declared a demonstration at PM residence. Police surrounded the PM Residence and closed the four Mero Stations.

आखिर श्री प्रणब मुखर्जी को बातचीत के लिए नियुक्त किया गया। बातचीत में मुख्यतः तीन मुद्दे निकल कर सामने आए। सरकारी प्रतिनिधियों ने उस पर अगले दिन स्थिति स्पष्ट करने की बात कही। बातचीत बड़ी सकारात्मक हुई और उम्मीद बन गई कि कुछ न कुछ रास्ता निकलेगा। मगर अगले दिन 24 अगस्त को सरकार ने यू-टर्न ले लिया। जनलोकपाल विधेयक को संसद में रखने से इंकार कर दिया। जनता में सरकार के दो मंत्रियों को लेकर बहुत असंतोष हो गया। सांसदों और मंत्रियों के घर पर फिर प्रदर्शन होने लगे। श्री अन्ना हजारे के समर्थकों ने प्रधानमंत्री निवास पर प्रदर्शन का आह्वान किया। पुलिस ने चारों तरफ घेरा डाल दिया। चारों मेट्रो स्टेशन बंद कर दिए।

At last Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh came to forefront and declared that Government would discuss to bring the Lokpal Bill in Parliament. Central Minister Mr. Vilas Rao Deshmukh went to Ramleela Ground to handover a letter from Parliamentarians to Anna Hazare requesting him to end his fast. Then Anna Hazare asked him to start discussion in Parliament to consider all 3 issues in which Lokpal at center and Lokayukta in every state, all officials from top to bottom should be brought in the jurisdiction of Lokayukta/Lokpal, Citizens Charters etc. He would consider to end his fast only when the discussion on these issues would start. Then Government kept it lingering on for two days. But after feeling pressure from all sides at last on 27th August the Parliament discussed this issue for the whole day and in the evening it was referred to a Permanent Statuary Committee of Parliament for discussion. Then again Mr. Vilas Rao Deshmukh was sent to Ramleela Ground with a letter to Anna Hazare requesting him to end his fast as the matter was referred to PSC for consideration. Anna Hazare agreed and declared to end his fast on 28th August 2011.

आखिर प्रधानमंत्री डॉ मनमोहन सिंह को सामने आकर कहना पड़ा कि सरकार जनलकपाल विधेयक और सरकारी विधेयक को संसद में पेश करके उस पर विचार करने को तैयार है। तभी केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री विलासराव देशमुख ने रामलीला मैदान जाकर सारी संसद की तरफ से एक पत्र दिया और अनशन खत्म करने का आग्रह किया। तब श्री अन्ना हजारे ने अपने तीनों मुद्दे जिन में केंद्र के अलावा हर राज्य में लोकायुक्त बनाने, नीचे से ऊपर तक हर अधिकारी को लोकपाल के दायरे में लाने और नागरिक चार्टर बनाएं जाने पर लोकसभा में चर्चा शुरू होने पर अनशन खत्म करने के बारे मे सोचने की बात कही। अगले 2 दिन तक सरकार इस पर टालमटोल करती रही। मगर चौतरफा दबाव बढ़ता देख आखिर 27 अगस्त 2011 को सारा दिन संसद में इन तीन मुद्दों पर विचार चलता रहा। रात को 8:00 बजे संसद ने यह प्रस्ताव पास किया कि इन तीन मुद्दों पर लोकपाल बिल को संसद की स्थाई समिति के पास विचार के लिए भेज दिया जाए। इसी आशय का पत्र लेकर एक बार फिर 27 अगस्त रात को श्री विलासराव देशमुख को श्री अन्ना हजारे के पास भेजा गया। आग्रह किया गया की क्योंकि संसद में उनके तीनों मुद्दों पर स्थाई समिति के द्वारा विचार शुरू हो गया है अतः अब उन्हें अपना अनशन खत्म कर देना चाहिए। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने उनका यह आग्रह मान लिया और अगले दिन 28 अगस्त 2011 को अपना अनशन तोड़ने की घोषणा की।

Next day on 28th August 2011 Anna Hazare ends his fast by taking juice from a Dalit Girl of Sunder Nagari Baby Simran Kaur and a Muslim Girl of Turkman Gate Baby Ikara. The whole country did celebrations. But Anna Hazare said "I think it is not a Victory. We have shown it to world that still such a big agitation is possible without any violence. People's Parliament is above all the Parliaments. Today only discussion has started and final celebrations will be done only when this Bill will be passed."

अगले दिन 28 अगस्त 2011 को श्री अन्ना हजारे ने सुंदर नगरी, दिल्ली की एक दलित समुदाय की बेटी सिमरन कौर और तुर्कमान गेट के मुस्लिम समुदाय की एक बेटी इकरा से शहद मिश्रित नारियल पानी पीकर अपना अनशन समाप्त किया। पूरे देश में जश्न मनाया गया। श्री अन्ना हजारे का कहना था कि यह पूरी जीत नहीं है। हमने सिर्फ दुनिया को यह दिखाया है कि अभी भी इतना बड़ा आंदोलन बिना हिंसा के किया जा सकता है। किसी भी संसद से ऊपर है जन संसद। अभी तो सिर्फ विचार शुरू हुआ है। असली जशन तब बनेगा जब जनलोकपाल पास हो जाएगा।

One day Apoorv and Jaanvi were discussing about the Anna Hazare's agitation. Apoorv asked "Jaanvi what do the Political analysts say about the outcome of the agitation." Jaanvi said " Most of the people have the opinion that by sending the proposal to PSC the Government has just gained time. Leaders of agitation were also worried about the Deteriorating health conditions of Anna Hazare. They were worried if Anna Hazare is hospitalized then in which direction this movement will go. It is generally seen that once the leader of the movement is not there then the agitation fizzled out. The problem of the Opposition leaders were that they all were seems to be no where equivalent to Anna Hazare. So to consolidate their positions they all need some time. The best way out of this was to send it to PSC for consideration. But no doubt the country has seen an agitation of this level after J.P.Movement about 30 years ago.

आंदोलन खत्म होने के बाद एक दिन जानवी और अपूर्व इस बात पर बात कर रहे थे की अनशन जिस तरह से खत्म हुआ उसके बारे में राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों का क्या कहना है। इस पर जानवी ने कहा " ज्यादातर लोगों का मानना है कि यह प्रस्ताव स्थाई समिति को जो भेजा गया है वह एक सरकार की समय निकालने की नीति है। आंदोलनकारी भी श्री अन्ना हजारे की बिगड़ती स्थिति को लेकर चिंतित थे। उन्हें यह चिंता थी अगर श्री अन्ना हजारे की तबीयत ज्यादा बिगड़ी और उनको अस्पताल ले जाना पड़ा तो आंदोलन का क्या होगा। कई बार ऐसा देखा गया है कि आंदोलन के नेता के मैदान से हटने के बाद, आंदोलन की हवा निकल जाती है। विपक्षी दलों की यह समस्या थी कि श्री अन्ना हजारे और उनकी टीम का कद इतना बड़ा हो गया था कि विपक्ष के बड़े-बड़े नेता भी उनके सामने बौने नजर आते थे। नतीजा सभी अपने-अपने स्थिति को तोलने और समीक्षा करके आगे की रणनीति बनाने के लिए समय चाहते थे। और उसके लिए यह एक अच्छा रास्ता था। आंदोलन खत्म हुआ। इसमें कोई शक नहीं कि 25 से 30 सालों के बाद ऐसा अनदोलन देखने को मिला है।

Jessica's project was extended for six months in USA. After coming back from Goa Namita's acceptability was increased and was added in their group. Shandily was still in touch with Jessica but they used to talk in a very formal way now a days. Jessica had seen their photographs on Instagram and she praised those also. Neither Jessica asked about Namita north Shandily ever asked about Patanayk. It is a human psychology to not ask anything about whom he/she has the maximum curiosity. Unanswered question always creates differences. It is a time when even Break up is done by giving a Break up party. Both were of introvert nature and didn't ask any questions. They knew well that they were getting a part.

One day evening Namita and Apoorv stayed late in the evening in connection with the office work. By the time they got free the rain started and Namita was not getting any cab. She became nervous. Shaandily after having a look at her face asked her " Namita have you ever been out of home in connection with your studies or job." Namita said "No". Shandily said while laughing " It's only Rain. Why you are getting so upset. Let us have a cup of Coffee."

जेसिका का प्रोजेक्ट अमेरिका में 6 महीने और बढ़ गया। गोवा से आने के बाद नमिता अब उनके ग्रुप में पूरी तरह शामिल हो गई थी। शांडिल्य की जेसिका से अभी भी बात हो जाती थी मगर बहुत ही औपचारिक बात होती थी। जेसिका ने शांडिल्य से गोवा ट्रिप के बारे में पूछा और उसने उन फोटो की भी प्रशंसा की जो उसने इंस्टाग्राम पर देखी थी। न शांडिल्य ने पटनायक के बारे में पूछा और न जेसिका ने कभी नमिता के बारे में। यह मानव की फितरत है की जिसके बारे में उसके मन में सबसे ज्यादा प्रश्न होते हैं उनके बारे में वह नहीं पूछता। मन में इन अनसुलझे प्रश्नों के वजह से दिलों में दूरी पैदा हो जाती है। अब कोई लैला मजनू का जमाना तो है नहीं, और ना ही कोई पेड़ के इर्द गिर्द चक्कर काटकर या चंद्रमा की और देख कर गाना गाने वाले हीरो- हीरोइन का जमाना है। आजकल तो ब्रेकअप भी ब्रेकअप पार्टी देकर होता है। दोनों ही गंभीर स्वभाव के कारण चुप रहे। मगर वह समझ रहे थे कि वह दूर हो चुके हैं। नमिता अब ग्रुप में शांडिल्य की अघोषित सहयोगी बन चुकी थी। एक दिन शाम को दफ्तर से काम की वजह से शांडिल्य और नमिता को देर तक रुकना पड़ा। जब तक फ्री हुए तब तक बारिश शुरु हो चुकी थी। शांडिल्य भी बाइक पर आया था। नमिता को कोई कैब नहीं मिल रही थी। नमिता के पसीने छूट रहे थे और वह बहुत घबरा रही थी। यह देखकर शांडिल्य ने पूछा "यार नमिता, तुम घर से बाहर कभी अकेली रही हो। मेरा मतलब पढ़ाई के लिए या नौकरी के लिए।"नमिता ने नकारात्मक सिर हिला दिया। शांडिल्य हंसकर बोला "तभी इतना घबरा रही हो। बारिश ही तो है रुक जाएगी। चलो कॉफी पीते हैं।"

Both went to have Coffee. Namita moved towards a table from where she could see outside. But Shaandily hold her hand and moved towards a table from where nothing of outside weather was visible and said " If you sit near a Glass window then you will keep watching outside. Let us talk some thing else than weather. Now you tell is it your first job." Namita said "Yes. I have told you earlier also." Shaandily asked " Have you ever been in relationship with anyone." She said "Not at all."

Apoorv said " See, Namita relationship does not mean that you get a Gate Pass and enter into a relationship. Actually it means when two people come close to each other and try to find out chances for marrying. But it should not be just an attraction or relationship for the sake of enjoyment. You know it well that I was in relationship with Jessica when she was in India. But now she is trying there to get her project extended. Now it seems that she is trying to find out her partner there itself. Now I feel that our expectations are also diverting. My family had suffered a lot due to a mismatched marriage. I don't want to repeat history. Now after Goa trip I am trying to find out any chances between us. I know that you too are feeling attraction for me. Now you seriously think that whether we may keep on trying in this direction or may confine ourselves to mere friends."

दोनों कॉफी पीने चले गए। नमिता एक ऐसी टेबल की तरफ बढ़ी जहां से बाहर नजर आता था मगर शांडिल्य बाजू पकड़कर एक ऐसे टेबल पर ले गया जहां से बाहर कुछ नजर नहीं आता। और कहा "अगर तुम शीशे के पास बैठोगी तो बाहर देखती रहोगी। यहां बैठो और हम बारिश के अलावा कोई बात करते हैं।" शांडिल्य ने पूछा "यह तुम्हारी पहली नौकरी है।" नमिता ने जवाब दिया "हां आपको पता तो है।" शांडिल्य ने पूछा "क्या तुम पहले कभी किसी के साथ रिलेशनशिप में रही हो।" नमिता ने शांडिल्य की तरफ देखते हुए न मैं सर हिला दिया। शांडिल्य ने कहा "देखो रिलेशनशिप में जाने के लिए ऐसा कुछ नहीं है कि कोई गेट पास मिला और अंदर दाखिल हो गए। इसका मतलब है कि दो लोगों का साथ साथ एक दूसरे के नजदीक आकर एक दूसरे को समझने की संभावनाएं तलाशना कि क्या वह एक दूसरे के साथ परिवार बना सकते हैं। सिर्फ आकर्षण या टाइमपास वाली बात नहीं होनी चाहिए। तुम्हें तो यह पता ही है की जेसिका के अमेरिका जाने से पहले हम रिलेशनशिप में थे। यानी कि हम संभावनाएं तलाश रहे थे। मगर अब उसके वहां जाकर अपना प्रोजेक्ट बढ़ाने तथा बातचीत से यह लग रहा है कि अब वह अपनी संभावनाएं वहां तलाश रही है। मेरी और उसकी अपेक्षाएं भी अलग-अलग होती नजर आ रही हैं। मेरे परिवार ने बेमेल अपेक्षाओं का नुकसान बहुत उठाया है। मैं नहीं चाहता की फिर कोई ऐसी स्थिति हमारे परिवार में आए। अब मैं यह भी बता दूं कि गोवा ट्रिप के बाद मैं यह संभावनाए तुम्हारे में तलाशने लगा हूं। मैं जानता हूं कि एक आकर्षण तुम्हारे मन में भी मेरे लिए उत्पन्न हो चुका है। मुझे लग रहा है कि अभी यह सिर्फ आकर्षण है। इसलिए मैंने तुम्हें रिलेशनशिप के बारे में अपने विचार बताएं हैं। अब आराम से इत्मीनान से इस बारे में सोच कर बताना। ताकि हम आगे बढ़ सके या यहीं पर इसे दोस्ती तक सीमित कर दें।"

Namita asked " You said that your family has suffered a lot. If you don't mind then can you please tell me in details." Then Shandily told her everything in details. Then Namita said " After trip of Goa I have developed a feeling of my Guardian for you. I belong to an upper middle class family. In our family the husband is still treated as the Guardian of his family. Whenever I will try to think over about my husband I will definitely give due weightage to emotional security. I will stand along with you in any difficult situation but if you start creating problems for me at any step of our life then I will break down. Please take care of this."

Shandily said " See Namita you have explained your view point on this issue and I have explained my view point. Now let us think seriously and then we will decide." By that time it had stopped raining. They came out of Coffee Shop. Shandily started his bike and asked Namita to ride and moved to drop her at residence.

नमिता ने पूछा "आपने कहा कि आपका परिवार काफी कुछ भुगत चुका है। अगर बुरा न माने तो कुछ बताएंगे इस बारे में।" तब शांडिल्य ने अपने परिवार के बारे में सब विस्तार से बता दिया। नमिता ने बड़े ध्यान से सुना और बोली "देखो शांडिल्य मैं जब से आपसे गोवा में आपके नजदिक आई हूं तब से आपको एक संरक्षक के रूप में देखने लगी हैं। मैं एक साधारण उच्च माध्यम वर्गीय परिवार से संबंध रखती हूं। हमारे यहां पारंपरिक रूप से अभी भी पति को संरक्षक के रूप में ही माना जाता है। मैं जब किसी पुरुष में संभावनाएं तलाश करूंगी तो भावनात्मक सुरक्षा का एक बहुत बड़ा रोल होगा। मैं आपके साथ तो जिंदगी में हर मुश्किल से मुश्किल सिथ्ति में खड़ी रहूंगी। मगर आप ही मेरे लिए मुश्किल खड़ी करेंगे तो मैं टूट जाऊंगी। इसका आपको ख्याल रखना होगा"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "देखो नमिता मैं जो समझता था वह कह दिया। और तुमने भी जो मन में था वह बता दिया। अभी कुछ और सोच लो फिर इकट्ठे विचार करेंगे।" तब तक बारिश भी बंद हो चुकी थी। कॉफी पी कर बाहर निकले और शांडिल्य ने बाइक बाहर निकाली। उसने नमिता को घर छोड़ने के लिए बिठाया। आज भी नमिता अपना हाथ शांडिल्य के कंधे पर रखे बैठी थी। मगर आज अल्हड़ता की जगह गंभीरता है। शायद यह आज की बातचीत का ही नतीजा था।

Yashasvi and Smriti declared their engagement. Their parents came and called their very close relatives and colleagues of Yashasvi and Smriti. In a very simple ceremony the did the engagement in a Banquet Hall. Though both the parents were not very happy but they were satisfied that atleast their children had informed them. All were enjoying the party. Just to attend a phone call Shandily went to a corner of the Hall. When he finished his call and turned back he found that Namita was standing there. Shandily said " Aye, what are you doing here." While smiling Namita said "Just waiting for you." Shandily asked " Is there any thing special." Namita said " When you are doing your engagement party." Shandily kept thinking for some time and then he recollect their discussion in Coffee Shop. Now he smiled and said " So Madam has taken a decision. Do your parents also know about your decision or not." Namita replied " Dear it is just a beginning. We have agreed to move on a road. Let us move and find how long can we move together. If we feel that we can move together for ever then it will be informed to others also." Shandily said " Cute. You are becoming a poet." Namita said " This is the impact of your company." In the meantime Anuradha came there and asked " What is being cooked here." Shandily said " Rice and Daal were here so we decided to cook Khichdi" and they laughed together in a big way.

इन्हीं दिनों यशस्वी और स्मृति ने अपनी सगाई की घोषणा कर दी। दोनों के माता-पिता ने आकर एक सादा समारोह में अपने कुछ चुनिंदा रिश्तेदारों को, बच्चों के स्टाफ को बुलाकर एक बैंकट हॉल में सगाई कर दी। ऐसा नहीं है कि सगाई से दोनों परिवार प्रसन्न है। मगर वह आज के माहौल में इस से ही संतुष्ट हैं कि कम से कम उन्हें सम्मान पूर्वक बताकर और बुलाकर इज्जत देकर वह सगाई कर रहे हैं। सगाई में सब मस्ती कर रहे थे। कुछ समय के लिए शांडिल्य अपनी एक हाथ में बीयर और दूसरे में फोन लेकर बैंकट के कोने में आकर घर बात करने लगा। जब बात करके पलटा तो देखा कि नमिता खड़ी है। शांडिल्य ने पूछा "यार यहां कोने में क्या कर रही हो"। नमिता ने मुस्कुरा कर कहा "तुम्हारा इंतजार"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "कोई खास बात है क्या"। नमिता ने कहा "तुम सगाई कब कर रहे हो"। शांडिल्य कुछ शांत हो हैरान होकर सोचता रहा। फिर उसे उस शाम की कैफेटेरिया वाली बात याद आ गई, तो उसने मुस्कुराकर कहा "तो जनाब ने फैसला ले लिया क्या। जनाब ने घरवालों से भी फैसला करा लिया कि अभी यह आपका अपना खुद का ही फैसला है।" नमिता बोली "अभी तो सिर्फ रास्ता चुना है। अभी तो चलकर देखेंगे कि यह राह कहां तक जाती है। अगर मंजिल सामने नजर आएगी तभी घोषणा की जाएगी।" शांडिल्य हंसकर बोला "क्या बात है जनाब, आप अभी से ही शायर बन गए"। नमिता बोली "संगत का असर हो रहा है"। और दोनों हंस पड़े। तभी अनुराधा आ गई और बोली "क्या बात है भई इस कोने में क्या खिचड़ी पक रही है"। शांडिल्य बोला "यार खिचड़ी तो इकट्ठे हो गई थी बस चूल्हे की जरूरत थी तो वह आप आ गई।" तीनों हंसते हुए हॉल में आ गए और पार्टी का मजा उठाने लगे।

From next day there was a noted change in the behavior of Namita and Shandily. They were going together for Coffee etc.and used to sit together and discussed. Now they were sharing every thing among them. Namita was also becoming more confident and mature. In friends Circle also she had started participating in discussions. Because now she was confident that someone would support her when ever she required a help. But still Namita was not very comfortable while going out with Shandily on bike. One day Namita and Shandily decided that Namita should call all the close friends to her residence to introduce them with her parents so that they become familiar. Namita in lunch time invited them for a lunch on Saturday. They all were surprised and Smriti asked " Is there any Good News." Namita replied " Oh, I know that you are engaged now but it doesn't mean that whenever anyone call you then it means an engagement party. Madam we are working together for lat six months. Except Yashasvi you all are away from home. You must be missing your home. Just to remind you of your home I am calling you for a lunch." Dhananjay said "It's Great. Yashasvi and Smriti are feeling now to be at home. For me it is a wonderful idea."

अगले दिन से ही नमिता और शांडिल्य के आपस के व्यवहार मैं बदलाव आने लगा। अब वह कॉफी पीने जाते और काफी देर तक अपनी हर तरह की बातें आपस में शेयर करते। नमिता भी अब परिपक्व होती जा रही है। जिंदगी के जिस पहलू से पहले वह घबराती थी अब वह उसका सामना करने की हिम्मत जुटाने लगी है। अपने सर्कल में अब वह दबी- दबी नहीं रहती बल्कि खुलकर भाग लेती है। शायद यह एहसास ही इंसान के लिए काफी होता है कि कोई है, जो हर हाल में उसका साथ देगा। मगर नमिता अभी भी शांडिल्य के साथ बाहर बाइक पर आती-जाती घबराती थी। 1 दिन दोनों ने फैसला किया कि शनिवार को पांचों दोस्तों को घर बुलाकर नमिता सबको अपने परिवार से मिलवाए। ताकि जान पहचान आगे बढ़ सके। तब नमिता ने बाकी चारों को घर पर आने का निमंत्रण दिया। तो वह हैरान रह गए। स्मृति ने पूछा "यार कोई खुशखबरी है क्या"। नमिता ने कहा "अब मैडम की सगाई हो गई तो अब हर एक पार्टी में खुशखबरी नजर आती है। 6 महीने से ज्यादा हो गए साथ काम करते हुए यशस्वी को छोड़कर आप सब घर से बाहर रहते हैं। आप घर को भूल न जाए इसलिए घर की याद दिलाने के लिए आप सब को बुला रही हूँ।" धनंजय बोला "क्या बात है। नमिता बहुत अच्छे। स्मृति और यशस्वी तो अब घर की तरह ही महसूस करते हैं। मुझे तो बहुत अच्छा लग रहा है।"

On Saturday they all reached Namita's residence at 11.00 a.m. Namita's father was also there at home. Namita received them at gate and took them to Drawing Room. Cold drinks were served to them. They started Gossiping there. After some time Namita's parents came there. They all stand up respectfully. Namita introduced everyone to her parents. Her father asked about family background of each of them. After talking to them for some time then he left for his Petrol Pump. Her mother went to kitchen to look after the preparations for lunch. Namita brought the Tambola game and they started playing that. At about 2.00 clock they got a call for Lunch. The main attraction was 'Sarso ka Saag with white butter.' They were served Saag, Gobhee Aaloo and Lassi. Namita's mother was preparing Chapatti and 'Maaki ki Roti' herself. While having lunch they all soaked in the sweet memories of their homes. They were wishing that Alas we could get wings and if possible could go to our home right now. After lunch they all started relaxing here and there in the room and started planning a pleasure trip to any nearby place because no long weekend was there in the near future. At last it was decided to go to Lhasa. Namita told that one of her Father's friend was having a flat there. They were not staying there permanently. So it was decided not to take any leave and stay there at her father's friend's flat if available. In the evening they took tea and came back. From next day they all got busy in their office and forgot the Lhasa program for the time being.

शनिवार को सब इकट्ठे होकर 11:00 बजे नमिता के घर पहुंचे। नमिता के पिता भी घर पर थे। नमिता ने उनका गेट पर स्वागत किया और ड्राइंग रूम में ले गई। नौकर ने सबको कोल्ड्रिंक दिया। वह सब आपस में बात करने लगे। कुछ देर बाद नमिता के माता-पिता ने कमरे में प्रवेश किया। सब उनके सम्मान में खड़े हो गए। नमिता ने उनका सबसे परिचय कराया। बातों ही बातों में नमिता के पिता सबसे उनके परिवार के बारे में पूछने लगे। थोड़ी देर बात करने के बाद वह अपने पेट्रोल पंप पर चले गए और उसकी माताजी अंदर जाकर लंच की तैयारी करने लगी। सब आपस में गपशप करने लगे और फिर नमिता तंबोला गेम ले आई। वह आपस में तंबोला खेलने लगे। 2:00 बजे के करीब वह लंच के लिए बैठे तो खाने का मुख्य मुख्य आकर्षण सरसों का साग और सफेद मक्खन था। वाकई सबको घर की याद आ गई। साग, गोभी आलू, लस्सी के साथ नमिता की माताजी खुद अपने हाथ से गेहूं की रोटी और मक्की की रोटी दोनों ही बना रही थी। उनके हाथ की रोटी खाते हुए सब वाकई अपने घर की यादों में खो गए। मन को लगने लगा कि उड़कर अपने-अपने घर पहुंच जाए। रोटी खाने के बाद सब इधर-उधर पैर फैला कर बैठ गए और बाहर घूमने का प्रोग्राम बनाने लगे। कहां पर जाएं इस बारे में कोई फैसला नहीं हो पा रहा था। कोई लंबा सप्ताह अंत भी नहीं आ रहा था। अतः एक छुट्टी भी ली जाए तो 3 दिन का प्रोग्राम की बन सकता था। आखिर फैसला हुआ कि ल्हासा चला जाए। वहां पर नमिता के पिताज जी के एक दोस्त का फ्लैट है। वहां जाकर रुका जाए और कोई छुट्टी भी नहीं ली जाए। इसके बाद शाम को सबने चाय पी और वापस आ गए। फिर आकर अगले दिन से अपने ऑफिस में काम में व्यस्त हो गए और उनके दिमाग से घूमने जाने की बात फिलहाल टल गई।

On the other side as predicted the Government started lingering on the issue of Jan Lokpal bill. At last Anna Hazare declared Hunger Strike for 3days from 27th December to 29th December 2011 and after that 'Jail Bharo Aandolan'. As Anna Hazare was not well and it used to be very cold in Delhi during those days. So it was decided to fix the venue of Hunger Strike in Mumbai. But the rent of Azad Maidaan was 3.5 lakhs per day. Team Anna was not having this much money to pay the rent. They appealed to MMRDA to take the rent symbolically but they did not agree. Then after a lot of altercations and threat to go to Court then only Team Anna got the permission for their program. As Anna was not well so arrangements were done for health Emergency in a hospital.

जैसा कि अंदेशा था सरकार ने अगस्त के बाद टालमटोल शुरू कर दी। अंत में तंग आकर श्री अन्ना हजारे ने घोषणा की कि 27 दिसंबर से 29 दिसंबर तक 3 दिन तक भूख हड़ताल करेंगे। उसके बाद जेल भरो आंदोलन शुरू होगा। मगर श्री अन्ना हजारे की तबीयत को देखते हुए क्योंकि दिल्ली में बहुत ठंड होती है, इसलिए अनशन का स्थान आजाद मैदान मुंबई में निर्धारित किया गया। मगर आजाद मैदान का किराया 3.5 लाख प्रतिदिन है और टीम अन्ना के पास इतना पैसा नहीं था। एमएमआरडीए से अपील की गई की किराया संकेतिक तौर पर लिया जाए। बड़ी नोकझोंक और अदालत में जाने की धमकी देने के बाद टीम अन्ना को आजाद मैदान में आंदोलन करने की इजाजत मिली। श्री अन्ना हजारे की तबीयत अभी भी ठीक नहीं थी और आपातकालीन स्थिति के लिए एक अस्पताल से भी प्रबंध कर लिया गया।

On 27th December 2011 Lokpal Bill was presented in the Lok Sabha. But the bill presented in the Lok Sabha was not the same bill which Anna Hazare had submitted with the Government. So Anna Hazare decided to go for Hunger Strike. But this time the much of the people were not there. Analysts were giving so many reasons for this. It was a general view that Anna Movement was more popular in Northern India. Moreover opposition parties were also dragging their feets back. Because they were realizing that Anna Hazare was becoming very popular among the people and it may not become a threat to their leadership also. In their own language they decided to clip the wings.

27 दिसंबर 2011 को लोकपाल बिल लोकसभा में प्रस्तुत किया गया। मगर इस को लेकर कई मुद्दों पर सरकार और टीम अन्ना में कई जगह मतभेद थे। इसलिए श्री अन्ना हजारे ने निर्णय लिया कि वह भूख हड़ताल पर जाएंगे। मगर इस बार भीड़ इतनी नहीं हो पाई। इसके कई कारण बताए जाने लगे। मगर लग रहा है श्री अन्ना हजारे को ज्यादा समर्थन दिल्ली और आसपास के राज्यों से मिला था। फिर विरोधी दल भी अब अन्ना आंदोलन के पीछे से हाथ खींच रहे है। उनको डर है कि श्री अन्ना हजारे का कद इतना ऊंचा होता जा रहा है कि उन नेताओं का कद कहीं छोटा न रह जाए। वह अपनी भाषा में उनके पर कतरने की बात करने लगे।

Government passed the bill in Lok Sabha and sent it to Rajya Sabha. Due to deteriorating health conditions of Anna Hazare and less turn out of people the hunger Strike was suspended in between. Encouraged from this the Government intentionally delayed this bill and on the last of the session two more bill were lined up before this bill. Long discussions were held on those bill. Very less time was left for this bill. The discussions started but could not be completed. So the bill could not be passed in Rajya Sabha and was once again dropped. Lokpal Bill was presented in various forms in 1969,1971,1977,1985,1989,1996,1998, 2001,2005,2008 and now in 2011 but could never get passed.

सरकार ने लोकसभा में बिल पास करके राज्यसभा में भेज दिया। उधर श्री अन्ना हजारे की बुखार से बिगड़ती तबीयत और कम भीड़ को देखते हुए आंदोलन स्थगित करना पड़ा। इससे सरकार का हौसला और बढ़ गया। उन्होंने बिल राज्यसभा में पेश करने में जानबूझकर देरी कर दी। इस बिल से पहले दो अन्य बिल पेश करके उन पर लंबी बहस कराई। आखरी दिन इस बिल पर बहस शुरू हुई और वह पूरी न हो सकी। अतः यह बिल राज्यसभा में गिर गया। लोकपाल बिल को अनेक रूप में 1969, 1971, 1977, 1985,1989, 1996, 1998, 2001, 2005, 2008 और 2011 में पेश किया गया। मगर कभी भी पास नहीं हो सका।

On 19th January 2012 Apoorv received a call from Jaanvi that Mr. Suresh Kalmadi had got bail in Commonwealth Games Scam. CBI could not present anything in the Court to prove that Mr. Kalmadi had any role in the scam. But Court put the restrictions that without prior permission Mr. Kalmadi would not leave country. Apoorv was retired in July 2011. Anna Aandolan had kept him busy. Vatika was busy in bank and Vatika had her college. After a busy life Apoorv was not used to sit at home. Otherwise also due to trade union activities he was a social activist. He got a chance to be active in Social life again due to Anna Aandolan. Though he was not holding any position but he was very active in the agitation and was attending all the programs. Like other thousands of volunteers he did consider him to be a part of that agitation. Perhaps that was the feeling which persuaded thousands of people to attend the programs even without any formal call. Just one announcement was sufficient to call the people.

19 जनवरी 2012 को जानवी का अपूर्व को फोन आया कि श्री सुरेश कलमाड़ी को जमानत मिल गई है। सीबीआई कुछ ऐसा पेश नहीं कर सकी की श्री सुरेश कलमाड़ी का कोई हाथ इस घोटाले में हो। कोर्ट ने आदेश में यह भी कहा कि श्री सुरेश कलमाडी देश छोड़कर बाहर नहीं जाएंगे। अपूर्व जुलाई 2011 में रिटायर हो चुके हैं। अन्ना आंदोलन उनके लिए वरदान सिद्ध हुआ। निशा बैंक चली जाती, वाटिका अपने कॉलेज। सारी उम्र व्यस्त रहने के बाद अपूर्व अब घर बैठने का आदी नहीं थे। वैसे भी वह एक सामाजिक प्राणी रहा है। क्योंकि वह ट्रेड यूनियन में बहुत एक्टिव था। अन्ना आंदोलन से एक बार फिर उसे सामाजिक गतिविधियों में भाग लेने का मौका मिला। हालांकि वह औपचारिक रूप से इस आंदोलन में किसी पद पर नहीं था l मगर फिर भी इस आंदोलन में हर जगह जाता और अपने आप को इस आंदोलन का एक हिस्सा मानता था। उस जैसे लाखों लोग हैं जो बिना किसी पद के अपने आप को इस आंदोलन से इतना जुड़े हुए पाते थे कि उनको लगता था कि वह खुद ही इस आंदोलन के संचालक हैं। शायद यही भावना थी की अन्ना आंदोलन में बिना किसी को बुलावा दिए लोग खुद ब खुद प्रोग्राम में इकट्ठे हो जाते थे। महज एक घोषणा की जरूरत होती थी।

In the evening when Nisha and Vatika returned home the discussion again started on Commonwealth Scam. Vatika said "But Papa a Scam was there. Over valuation, bad quality of construction and tenders to their own people at higher rates so what was that if there was no Scam. Apoorv said " See Vatika he has just got a bail. He is not acquitted. Now CBI will present the evidences during the trial. Let us see what happens."

शाम को जब निशा वाटिका घर वापस आए तो चाय पीते हुए चर्चा फिर कॉमनवेल्थ घोटाले की चल पड़ी। वाटिका बोली "पर पापा घोटाला तो हुआ है। जो महंगा सामान खरीदा गया, जो ठेके ज्यादा पैसे में दिए गए, वह क्या था।" अपूर्व ने कहा "बेटा श्री सुरेश कलमाड़ी को सिर्फ जमानत मिली है। आरोप मुक्त नहीं किया गया। अभी सीबीआई ने कुछ और तथ्य सामने रखने हैं।" और इसके बाद उनकी बातचीत दूसरी तरफ मुड़ गई।

On 2nd February 2012 there was a hearing in the case of 2G spectrum case in Supreme Court. Apoorv was very anxious. He sat down in front of TV to get the update and he had requested Jaanvi also to give him update immediately. In the afternoon there was a flash on TV that Supreme Court had cancelled the 2G spectrum Licenses of 122 Companies which were given to them under the policy of First come, First Get. After few minutes he received a call from Jaanvi. She told that Supreme Court said that in the verdict that in 2 G spectrum allotment some irregularities were there and legal formalities were not fulfilled and it seems that some companies were favoured. So keeping in view the following facts the license of all these companies were cancelled. The Government was also directed to complete the process of auction of 2G spectrum within 4 months. People like Apoorv got a sigh of relief. Before Anna Aandolan people had accepted Corruption as their fate but now people got vigilant again.

2 फरवरी 2012 को 2G स्पेक्ट्रम केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई की। अपूर्व आज टीवी के सामने ही बैठा था। जानवी को भी कह रखा था कि जैसे ही कोई खबर आए बताना। दोपहर बाद टीवी पर फ्लैश आने लगा की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2G स्पेक्ट्रम में 122 कंपनियों के लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिए। जो उन्होंने पहले आओ और पहले पाओ की नीति के अंतर्गत मिले थे। कुछ देर बाद जानवी का फोन आया उसने बताया कि कोर्ट का कहना है कि 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम देने में अनियमितताएं थी। और वैधानिक प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं हुआ। ऐसा लगता है की किन्हीं खास कंपनियों को फायदा पहुंचाने की कोशिश की गई है। अतः इन लाइसेंसों को रद्द किया जाता है। सरकार को यह भी कहा जाता है कि 4 महीने के अंदर 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाए। अपूर्व जैसे करोड़ों देशवासियों को थोड़ी राहत महसूस हुई, की चलो कुछ तो हुआ। अन्ना आंदोलन का एक तो फायदा दिख रहा है कि भ्रष्टाचार को पहले जहां जनता ने अपना भाग्य समझ रखा था, वह दोबारा उस पर सतर्कता पूर्वक ध्यान देने लगे हैं।

In the evening when Jaanvi visited Apoorv's home then she gave details to Apoorv and said " See Congress leadership is still not taking a serious note of the situation. They have failed to access the loss of image of the party due to all these incidents. On the other side BJP and RSS are sending their volunteers to the ground level to propagate against UPA Government. They are also supporting the other organizations who are working against the Government. But this time they are taking care that no outside organization may become so strong as was happened in Anna Andoln. Also Congress is criticizing Gujarat Model too much. But it is becoming counter productive because by this criticism the people becoming more curious to know about Gujrat Model. No one is going to visit to see Gujrat Model but they are accepting whatever BJP saying about Gujrat Model. Congress is still in illusion that Nehru and Gandhi's name is the solution to all their problems." Apoorv said " Let us see what happens."

शाम को जानवी आई और बोली कांग्रेस के नेता इन घोटालों से उनकी पार्टी की छवि को होने वाले नुकसान को ठीक से समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं। वहीं भाजपा और आरएसएस न सिर्फ खुद जनता में जाकर इन घोटालों का प्रचार कर रहे हैं, बल्कि अन्य समाजसेवी संगठन जो इन मुद्दों पर बोल रहे हैं उनको भी सीमित समर्थन दे रहे हैं। मगर अब वह इस बारे में गौर करने लगे हैं कि उनके समर्थन से फिर कोई अन्य संगठन अगस्त 2011 जैसा बड़ा आंदोलन न कर पाए। जो कि उनके कंट्रोल में न हो एक और बात जो कांग्रेस नहीं समझ पा रही है कि वह गुजरात मॉडल की जितनी निंदा कर रही है उतना ही लोगों के मन में यह जिज्ञासा पैदा हो रही है कि यह मॉडल है क्या। कोई न तो गुजरात जा कर देखता है, पर भाजपा और आरएसएस के कार्यकर्ता आम जनता के बीच उस मॉडल की सुनहरी तस्वीर पेश कर रहे हैं। कांग्रेस अभी भी गांधी परिवार के नाम को रामबाण औषधि समझकर सत्ता में बने रहने का भ्रम पाल रही है।" अपूर्व बोला "हां देखते हैं आगे क्या होता है"।

One day in lunch time they again started discussions about Lhasa pleasure trip. They asked Namita whether she had asked her uncle. She told that she had confirmed it on the same day and he agreed to give them flat for stay. But since no body did show any interest after that so she remained silent. By taking their Coffee mugs up in the air they all cheers and decided to go there next weekend. Again in the Coffee break they assembled again and decided who will bring what. Lunch from Namita's home, breakfast from Anuradha, whiskey, beer, soda, glass, salads, Namkeen etc would be arranged by Boys. Rest they would arrange from there. Rest of the week they spent in doing arrangements for trip.

On Saturday morning they started earlier. They all were in a relaxed mood. Just to avoid their own fatigue they hired a taxi. They took a break in the way and had breakfast there. They reached Lhasa at about 12.00 Noon and did a lot of photography in the way. When they reached there they were feeling as they had reached in some other country. The township was so beautiful having a lake in the center and flats on the lakeside on slightly hill. The whole lake was visible from balcony. There was small parks and shopping complexes on the lakeside. Roads were well maintained. In every park there were swings for children and in the adjoining markets eatables and decoration materials etc. were available. Provisions of boating was also there. Big boats were available for group boating and small boats for individual boating were also available.

एक दिन लंच में सब इकट्ठे बैठे थे। तभी एक बार फिर एक बार फिर ल्हासा जाने की बात चल पड़ी। सबने नमिता से पूछा की ल्हासा जाने के बारे में उसने पूछा कि नहीं। नमिता बोली "मैंने तो तभी बात कर ली थी, मगर फिर किसी ने इंटरेस्ट ही नहीं दिखाया तो मैं भी चुप रही। वह तो अपना फ्लैट देने के लिए तैयार है"। सब ने अपने कॉफी मग उठाकर चियरस किया और अगले शनिवार वहां जाने का प्रोग्राम बनाया। कॉफी ब्रेक में यह फैसला हुआ कि कौन क्या बना कर लाएगा। लंच नमिता के घर से आएगा। स्मृति और अनुराधा ब्रेकफास्ट बना कर लाएंगे। लड़के बियर, व्हिस्की, सोडा, पानी, नमकीन, अंडे, पनीर ,सब्जी सलाद का समान लेकर आएंगे। बाकी वहां पर किचन है और समान भी पड़ा हुआ है। हफ्ते के बाकी दिन तैयारी में बीते। शनिवार सुबह वह निकले सब रिलैक्स मूड में शार्ट डालकर आए। खुद ड्राइविंग की थकान से बचने के लिए उन्होंने इनोवा गाड़ी किराए पर ले ली। रास्ते में एक जगह बैठ कर सब ने नाश्ता किया और ब्रेक ली। फिर रास्ते में वह फोटोग्राफी करते हुए करीब 12:00 बजे के बाद ल्हासा टाउनशिप पहुंचे। वंहा पहुंचे तो लगा कि किसी और ही देश में पहुंच गए हैं। एक बहुत सुंदर झील उसके दोनों तरफ पहाड़ी पर बने एक जैसे फ्लैट। जिनकी बालकनी में से झील का पूरा नजारा स्पष्ट नजर आता था। सड़के बहुत सुंदर। झील के किनारे सुंदर पार्क। जिनमें बच्चों के झूलने के लिए झूले। हर पार्क के साथ शॉपिंग कंपलेक्स। जिसमें सजावट, खाने पीने का सामान मिल रहा था। बोटिंग का प्रबंध था। बड़ी बोट थी जिसमें की कई लोग इकट्ठे वोटिंग कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा छोटी बोट थी जो अपने लिए व्यक्तिगत तौर पर ली जा सकती हैं।

First of all they went to their flat. It was a beautiful flat having two bedrooms. They all had their lunch of Gobhi Aaloo, Parantha, rice, Matar Paneer etc. After that they went to the lake side. Anuradha and Dhananjay took one boat, Smriti and Yashasvi another boat. Then Shandily and Namita took third boat. They enjoyed boating for one hour and then went to market complex. Then they all requested Yashasvi to bring the beer bottles from fridge in the flat. By that time it was evening and Yashasvi and Smriti went to a lonely corner of the park and sit there on a bench. Yashasvi and Smriti were engaged so they had an excuse but Anuradha and Dhananjay were also interested to go alone but they were hesitating because they didn't know about the relationship between Shandily and Namita. They were feeling awkward if they leave Shandily and Namita alone. Understanding their hesitation Shandily and Namita went to another corner of park and sat on a bench there. Anuradha and Dhananjay were surprised but they thought that just to facilitate them Shandily had acted like that. They also went to next park. After an hour Dhananjay and Anuradha thought that Shandily and Namita may be feeling bored so they came back. But when they reached near Shandily and Namita they were surprised to see that they both were enjoying evening and were sitting like love birds holding each other's hand. Looking at Dhananjay and Namita now Shandily and Namita also got up and they all four started moving towards Smriti and Yashasvi. After looking at them Yashasvi and Smriti also came and joined them.

पहले वह अपने फ्लैट में गए। फ्लैट बहुत खूबसूरत है और इसमें दो बेडरूम थे। सब ने वहां आलू गोभी की सब्जी, पराठे ,मटर पनीर, चावल और आचार के साथ खाना खाया। खाना खा कर नीचे घूमने निकल गए। अनुराधा और धनंजय ने एक बोट ली। स्मृति और यशस्वी ने दूसरी। अब वह चारों शांडिल्य की तरफ देखने लगे। शांडिल्य ने अपने और नमिता के लिए एक बोट ले ली। 1 घंटे तक वह लोग बोटिंग करते रहे। फिर बाहर निकल कर शॉपिंग कंपलेक्स में घूमने लगे। फिर यशस्वी को भेजकर जो फ्रिज मैं बीयर लगवाई थी वह मंगवा ली। अब तक शाम ढल चुकी थी। अब स्मृति और यशस्वी की ऑफिशल मंगनी हो चुकी है। वह झील के एक सुनसान इलाके में एक बेंच पर बैठ गए। अब धनंजय और अनुराधा भी अलग बैठना चाह रहे थे। मगर शांडिल्य और नमिता को अकेला छोड़ नहीं पा रहे थे। क्योंकि उन्हें अभी उनके संबंधों के बारे में पता नहीं था। वह तो यही समझते हैं कि शांडिल्य और जेसिका का अभी भी संबंध है। शांडिल्य ने उनकी मनोस्थिति समझते हुए नमिता का हाथ पकड़कर एक बेंच पर बैठ गया। अब अनुराधा और धनंजय हैरानी से उन को देखते हुए आगे बढ़ गए। अभी भी उन्हें लग रहा था कि हमें सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए शांडिल्य ने ऐसा किया है। काफी देर के बाद जब धनंजय और अनुराधा यह सोच कर की वापस चले और वापिस मुड़े, तो वह देखकर हैरान रह गए कि शांडिल्य और नमिता लव बर्ड की तरह एक-दूसरे का हाथ पकड़कर शाम की रंगीनियों का मजा उठा रहे हैं। उन्हें आया देखकर वह अलग हो गए अब चारों इकट्ठे चलने लगे। आगे जाकर यशस्वी और स्मृति उनको देखकर उठ गए और उनके साथ आ गए।

Now all the three ladies started whispering. After some time Anuradha asked Shandily " Is it true." Shandily said " What is true." Anuradha said " Don't try to be over smart and bluff me. Had I knew that you are going to do break up with Jessica then I would have left Dhananjay and joined you. It is not fair. First you have relationship with Jessica and now with Namita. Don't you ever think about me. Any way let us enjoy a break up party today." Shandily said " But Jessica is not here so without her how can we organize a break up party." Anuradha said " Don't worry, I will call her online. Otherwise also if Jessica is not there I will represent her. It is my break up also because after Jessica it was my turn but I am out of que without entering in the game. I may now tell you that Jessica and Patnayak are in live in relationship there and they are sharing a flat. We didn't tell you this because we were feeling that you may feel bad. Now cheer up for the party." Shandily said " Yaar Dhananjay please take care of her. What she is saying in your presence." Dhananjay said " Yaar I can't be a Majnoo and tear up my clothes. It is O. K. Take it easy." They ordered starters after reaching at flat and started their party with whiskey and beer. From Jessica's side Anuradha gave a break up hug to Shandily and started the party.

अब तीनों महिलाओं में खुसर पुसर होने लगी। थोड़ी देर बाद अनुराधा ने शांडिल्य से पूछा "यह सब सच है क्या"। शांडिल्य बोला "क्या सच है"। अनुराधा बोली "यार ज्यादा बनो मत। अगर मुझे पता होता न कि तू जेसिका से ब्रेकअप करने वाला है तो मैं धनंजय को छोड़कर तेरे साथ आ जाती। यह गलत बात है यार। पहले तो तू जेसिका के साथ रहा। अब नमिता के साथ। हम क्या किसी गिनती में नहीं आते। अब तो ब्रेकअप पार्टी बनती ही है।" शांडिल्य बोला "जिस से ब्रेकअप हुआ वह तो यहां है ही नहीं। तो पार्टी कैसी।" अनुराधा बोली "तू चिंता मत कर यार मैं अभी उसको 1 घंटे बाद ऑनलाइन लेकर पार्टी में शामिल कर लूंगी। वैसे हमें तो पता है कि जेसिका और पटनायक एक ही फ्लैट में लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रह रहे हैं। हमने तो तुम्हें इसलिए नहीं बताया था कि तुम्हें बुरा लगेगा। वैसे जेसिका की तरफ से मैं पार्टी में रहूंगी। क्योंकि जेसिका के बाद मेरा नंबर तो लगने से पहले ही कट गया। तो मेरी भी तो ब्रेकअप पार्टी हुई कि नहीं"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "यार धनंजय यह क्या कह रही है। भाई कुछ तो संभाल"। धनंजय हंसते हुए बोला "यार अब मैं मजनू की तरह कपड़े फाड़ कर तो नहीं घूम सकता। जो जब तक जैसे चलता है उसे तब तक वैसा चलने दो। फिर देखा जाएगा।" फिर सबने रूम पर पहुंच कर स्टार्टर मंगाए। व्हिस्की बियर बगैरा सजाई और पार्टी शुरू की। सबने अपने-अपने ड्रिंक उठाएं और जेसिका की तरफ से अनुराधा ने ब्रेकअप हग किया और पार्टी शुरू हुई।

Party continued till late in the night. They enjoyed music and dance. After party all the three girls adjusted in one room and three boys in the other room. Next morning Smriti get up in the morning and prepared tea for all of them. She asked all of them to get up and have tea. After tea they all went out for a morning walk. There was very quite and calm around because most of the tourist came in the morning and went back in the evening. They all were feeling very close to nature. A lake in between hills was looking so cool and peaceful. No body was even talking to others and all were really enjoying closeness to Nature. They came back to their flat after roaming there for some time. They prepared their breakfast and after having that they came out. After enjoying there on the lakeside they had their lunch in a restaurant there. After that they came back and packed up. They moved towards Pune in the afternoon and reached Pune late in the evening. They had a wonderful trip.

पार्टी देर रात तक चलती रही। सब लोग संगीत लगा के नाचते रहे। बाद में तीनों लड़कियां एक रूम में, लड़के दूसरे रूम में जैसे जगह मिली वैसे एडजस्ट हो गए। अगले दिन सुबह स्मृति सबसे पहले उठी। उसने सबके लिए चाय बनाई और उनको उठाकर कहा चाय पी कर फ्रेश होकर सब सुबह की सैर के लिए चलो। टूरिस्ट सुबह आकर ज्यादातर शाम को वापस चले जाते हैं। तो सुबह बहुत शांति थी। सब को लग रहा था कि जैसे वह प्रकृति के बहुत नजदीक हैं। पहाड़ों के बीच में यह एक शांत सी झील बहुत अच्छी अनुभूति देती है। बहुत देर तक घूम कर अपने फ्लैट पर वापस आकर जो सामान साथ लेकर आए थे उसका नाश्ता बनाया। और फिर बाहर आ गए। घूम फिर कर दोपहर का लंच उन्होंने बाहर किया और फ्लैट में आकर वापसी की तैयारी कर ली। दोपहर बाद वह वहां से निकले और रात होने से पहले पुणे वापस पहुंच गए। यह एक बहुत ही यादगार ट्रिप रहा।

On 14 th March 2012 Railway Minister Mr. Dinesh Trivedi presented the Railway Budget. He told that Railway was in ICU and proposed a little increase in passengers fare. The Prime Minister praised that budget. But with in one hour of presentation of the budget the Railway Minister faced strong opposition from it's own party MPs. Trinamool Congress spokespersons were speaking vehemently against this budget in TV Channel debates. Now question was that whether Railway Minister would stay or had to resign. The TMC was giving hints that he would have to resign. Congress people were saying that it should be prerogatives of the Prime Minister to decide that who should stay or who should resign. But in Coalition Government the Prime Minister was to take care of its coalition partners. So the Congress leaders on other side were also saying that it was the internal matter of TMC. Ms. Mamta Banerjee made it clear that no increase in passengers fare would be tolerated.

14 मार्च 2012 रेल मंत्री श्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी ने अपना रेलवे बजट पेश किया। इसमें उन्होंने रेल विभाग को आईसीयू में बताते हुए यात्री रेल किराए में कुछ बढ़ोतरी का प्रस्ताव पेश किया। प्रधानमंत्री ने उनके बजट की प्रशंसा की। मगर 1 घंटे के अंदर ही रेल मंत्री को अपनी पार्टी तृणमूल कांग्रेस के सांसदों का विरोध झेलना पड़ा। तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने रेल बजट की धज्जियां उड़ाई। सब चैनलों पर बहस शुरू हो गई। बहस का मुद्दा यह बनाया गया कि क्या श्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी अब रेल मंत्री रहेंगे के जाएंगे। तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेता यह संकेत देने लगे कि उन्हें जाना होगा। कांग्रेस के लोग कह रहे थे की यह अधिकार प्रधानमंत्री का होना चाहिए, कि कौन मंत्री रहेगा और कौन जाएगा। मगर गठबंधन की मजबूरियों के साथ जब सरकार चलती है तो सहयोगी दलों की इच्छाओं का ध्यान रखना पड़ता है। साथ में ही कांग्रेस के नेता यह भी कह रहे थे कि यह तृणमूल कांग्रेस का अंदरूनी मामला है। सुश्री ममता बनर्जी ने यह स्पष्ट कह दिया कि यात्री भाड़े में कोई वृद्धि बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

In the evening when Apoorv and Nisha reached the club then Jaanvi also joined them. They started discussion on that topic. Nisha was of the opinion that it should be the prerogative of the Prime Minister to decide that who should be a Minister in his cabinet. On the contrary Apoorv said " It is a coalition Government so all the constituent parties of the coalition has the right to decide that who will be the Minister from their quota." Jaanvi said "A group of Congress leadership are also saying that even if TMC expels Mr. Dinesh Trivedi than Congress shall take him in Congress and appoint him Railway Minister from Congress Party Quota."

Nisha said " But profitability of Railway should be taken care of." Jaanvi in an aggressive tone said " Yaar you people turn every thing towards profitability. Every Indian is paying taxes directly or indirectly. Even if a poor man purchase a Chappel he is also paying tax indirectly because the shopkeeper has included in the price the taxes which he has paid to various agencies of Government. In the beginning after Independence Defence, health, education, transportation etc.were included in the Social responsibility of the Government and were not included in the Profit and loss preview. But after liberalization every thing except Defence was included in to the preview of Profit and loss. Railway is the cheapest mode of transportation in the country for poor people. If fare has to be revised then the upper classes may be asked to pay more and leave the lower class." Apoorv said "Yes balance should be maintained between the two and Government should give some subsidies to lower class. The whole burden should not be transferred to them. Leave it now. I am fed up of listening such debates on TV. "

शाम को जब अपूर्व और निशा क्लब पहुंचे तो जानवी भी आ गई। तीनों में इस मुद्दे पर बात होने लगी। निशा का कहना था कि यह प्रधानमंत्री का फैसला होना चाहिए कि कौन मंत्री बनेगा। वही अपूर्व का कहना था कि क्योंकि यह गठबंधन सरकार है इसलिए किस पार्टी के कोटे से कौन मंत्री बनेगा यह उस पार्टी का निर्णय होना चाहिए। जानवी ने बताया कि कांग्रेस में भी यही चर्चा है कि अगर सुश्री ममता बैनर्जी ने श्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी को पार्टी से निकाला तो कांग्रेस को उन्हें अपनी पार्टी में लेकर रेल मंत्री रखना चाहिए। निशा बोली "अरे भाई रेलवे की प्रॉफिटेबिलिटी का ध्यान तो रखना ही चाहिए"। जानवी भड़क गई "यार तुम लोगों की भी यही तो समस्या है। हर बात में प्रॉफिटेबिलिटी को ले आते हो। टेक्स तो किसी ना किसी रूप में हर देशवासी देता है। एक गरीब जब चप्पल खरीदता है तो उस पर टैक्स लगा होता है। जो की चप्पल बनाने वाले ने दिया होता है, और वह ग्राहक से ले रहा होता है। पहले डिफेंस, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, परिवहन आदि कुछ सेवाएं देशवासियों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा के नाम पर दी जाती थी। जो कि लाभ हानि के दायरे से बाहर आती थी। जबसे उदारीकरण का दौर शुरू हुआ तब से डिफेन्स को छोड़कर हर विभाग को लाभ हानि के नजरिए से देखा जाने लगा। रेलवे तो हर एक के लिए परिवहन का साधन है। अगर बढ़ाना है तो ऊपर की क्लास का बढ़ाओ। नीचे वालों को छोड़ दो।" अपूर्व बोला "भाई दोनों में बैलेंस करके चलो। हां सरकार को कुछ सब्सिडी तो देनी ही चाहिए। सारा बोझ नीचे तबके के उपभोक्ताओं पर तो नहीं डाला जा सकता। चलो छोड़ो यह सब टीवी पर देख कर थक जाता हूं"।

Jaanvi said "Apoorv now you have the time why don't you start going to NGO office". Apoorv gave an affirmative answer. After that they had discussion on other issues and came back after having dinner. For next 3-4 days the issue of Railway Minister dominated the headlines of TV screens. Mr. Dinesh Trivedi was insisting that he should get in writing the instructions of Ms. Mamata Banarji to resign. At last on 19th March 2012 he sent his resignation. On the advise of Ms. Mamta Benarjee the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Mukul Rai as Railway Minister. This was the first case of its type where the Railway Minister did present the Railway Budget but couldn't try to get it passed.

जानवी बोली "अपूर्व अब तुम्हारे पास समय है। एनजीओ ऑफिस चले जाया करो"। अपूर्व ने तुरंत सहमति जताते हुए कहा "हां यह ठीक है"। इसके बाद अन्य बातें करते हुए खाना खाकर वह घर आ गए। अगले तीन-चार दिन यह मुद्दा टीवी पर छाया रहा। श्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी कह रहे थे कि सुश्री ममता बनर्जी उन्हें लिखित रूप में दें तब वह इस्तीफा देंगे। आखिर 19 मार्च 2012 को उन्होंने अपना इस्तीफा भेज दिया। और सुश्री ममता बनर्जी के कहने पर श्री मुकुल राय को रेल मंत्री बना दिया गया। भारतीय लोकतंत्र में यह पहला मौका था जब किसी रेल मंत्री ने अपना बजट पेश किया मगर वह पास करवाने के लिए कोशिश भी नहीं कर सका।

On 15th May 2012 a CBI Court gave bail to the Ex Telecommunications Minister Mr. A. Raja on the bail bond of 20 lakhs. Court instructed Mr. A. Raja to not go to his home state Tamilanaadu without it's permission. On 31st May CVC handed over the enquiry of Coal Scam to CBI. Also Army Chief Gen. V. K. Singh got retired and Gen. Bikram Singh took the charge of New Army Chief on 31st May. Gen. V. K. Singh's service period in its last days was very controversial. He took the matter of his date of birth to Supreme Court and later on he withdrew his case. Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev announced a joint rally at Jantar Mantar on 3rd June against Corruption. Jaanvi told Apoorv that the differences had cropped up in Team Anna. Leaders of leftist ideology like Mr. Prashaant Bhushan, Ms. Mega Patekar etc. were not ready to share stage with Baba Ramdev. On 3rd June only Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was there with Anna Hazare at the stage with Baba Ramdev and even Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was not feeling comfortable. Apoorv went there and noted that the expected turn out of people were also not there.

15 मई 2012 को एक सीबीआई अदालत ने पूर्व दूरसंचार मंत्री श्री ए के राजा को 20 लाख के निजी मुचलके पर जमानत दे दी। उनकी जमानत के साथ यह भी कहा गया कि वह बिना इजाजत अपने गृह राज्य तमिलनाडु नहीं जा सकेंगे। 31 मई 2012 को सीवीसी ने कोयला आवंटन की जांच सीबीआई के हवाले कर दी। 31 मई 2012 को ही स्थल सेना प्रमुख जनरल वीके सिंह के रिटायर होने पर जनरल बिक्रम सिंह ने थल सेना प्रमुख का कार्यभार संभाला। जनरल वीके सिंह का कार्यकाल का अंतिम कुछ समय में काफी विवादों में रहा। वो अपनी जन्मतिथि को लेकर जो विवाद था उसे वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक ले गए। मगर बाद में उन्होंने अपना केस वापस ले लिया। 3 जून 2012 को श्री अन्ना हजारे और बाबा रामदेव ने एक सांझा प्रोग्राम भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन को लेकर जंतर मंतर पर किया। अपूर्व को जानवी ने बताया कि इस बात को लेकर टीम अन्ना में मतभेद उभर कर आए हैं। श्री प्रशांत भूषण, सुश्री मेधा पाटेकर आदि कई वामपंथी विचारधारा की तरफ झुकाव रखने वाले लोग इस प्रोग्राम में नहीं आएगे। प्रोग्राम हुआ श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल तो वहां पर आए। मगर वह भी असहज लग रहे थे। अपूर्व भी वहां गया था।मगर वहां पर अपेक्षित भीड़ नहीं थी।

On 22nd June 2012 Kolkata High Court gave a verdict that the law made by West Bengal Government was Unconstitutional according to which the land acquired by the previous Government was to returned back to the farmers. So Court dismissed the said law. Then Ms. Mamta Benarjee announced that her Government would take this matter to the Supreme Court.

22 जून 2012 को कोलकाताा हाईकोर्ट की खंडपीठ का एक फैसला आया कि पश्चिचिम बंगाल की सरकार ने किसानों को वापस करने का जो कानून बनायाा है वह असंवैधानिक है। अतः उसको खारिज किया जााता है। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री सुश्री ममता बनर्जी ने यह घोषणा की कि वह इस केस को सुप्रीम कोर्ट लेकर जाएगी।

In first week of July the activities regarding the fast upto death program of Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and his team was started. The fast was to be from 25th July 2012. According to Jaanvi this time the Government was also adamant. Mr. Pranav Mukharjee was contesting election for the post of President of India. The other senior leaders of the Congress were of the view that the agitation had lost the support of the public and they were quoting the less turn out of people in Mumbai program and 3rd June program. But they were miscalculating because the Anna Andoln in August 2011 was burst out of the people against the corruption prevailing in the system. They were supressing their emotions for a long time. But after that agitation and after seeing the indifferent attitude of the Government they decided in their mind to vote out this Government. Just to run the routines of their life it was not possible for everyone to come there to support the movement. But to punish the Government and voted them out was decided by the people but to whom they would support was not decided. Jaanvi had offered Apoorv to introduce him with the leadership of the Andolan but he said that he was comfortable as a volunteer only.

जुलाई के प्रथम सप्ताह से ही दिल्ली में हलचल शुरू हो गई। जानवी समय-समय पर अपूर्व को बताती रहती थी कि 25 जुलाई 2012 से अरविंद केजरीवाल जो आमरण अनशन पर अपने साथियों के साथ बैठने वाले हैं, उसकी क्या तैयारियां चल रही हैं। जानवी के सूत्रों के अनुसार सरकार भी इस बार झुकने को तैयार नहीं है। श्री प्रणव मुखर्जी अब राष्ट्रपति का चुनाव लड़ने वाले हैं। उनके बाद जो सीनियर कांग्रेस के नेता हैं वह इस बात पर जोर दे रहे हैं कि मुंबई में और 3 जून को आंदोलन को अपेक्षित समर्थन नहीं मिला। इसके लिए वह अपनी पीठ थपथपा रहे हैं। साथ में कह रहे हैं कि इस आंदोलन की हवा अब निकल चुकी है। मगर वह शायद भूल रहे थे कि इस आंदोलन ने कांग्रेस के विरुद्ध जनता के दिलों में एक छवि बना दी है। जनता ने कांग्रेस के विरोध में वोट करने का मन तो बना लिया है। मगर यह वोट किस तरफ जाएगा वह समय ही बताएगा। रही भीड़ की बात तो अगस्त 2011 के आंदोलन में लोगों का आक्रोश फूटा था। जो वर्षों से दबा हुआ था। अब उस गुस्से को निकालकर लोगों ने मन बना लिया की अब तो चुनाव में ही गुस्सा निकालेंगे। अब सब काम का छोड़कर आंदोलन में आने की बजाय सरकार को चुनाव में मजा दिखाने के लिए लोग तैयार बैठे हैं। जानवी ने कई बार अपूर्व को कहा कि उसे आंदोलन के लोगों से मिलवाकर आगे बढ़ा सकती है। मगर अपूर्व ने मना कर दिया। वह एक समर्थक के रोल में ही रहना चाहता था।

In the first week of July CBI arrested Mr. Pardeep Vyas the Secretary Expenditure in Maharashtra Government in connection with Adarsh Housing Society Scam. At the time of arrest he was a working officer. The name of Ex Chief Minister Mr. Ashok Chavan and other 12 high rank officials were already there and 9 of them were already arrested by CBI. The Congress was already on target of the opposition for this.

In Coal Scam there was a hue and cry in the country due to CAG report. Fingers were raised against the Prime Minister also because he was the Coal Minister at that time. Allegations were that the a lot of irregularities were found in distribution of Coal Mines distributed in between 2004 to 2009. The Coal mines were allotted to Private Sector at a very low prices without auction. So the country had lost a big amount due to that. Team Anna was raising this issue Vigorously and were doing preparations for their agitation from 25th July.

जुलाई के प्रथम सप्ताह में सीबीआई ने महाराष्ट्र के वित्त विभाग में सेक्रेटरी एक्सपेंडिचर श्री प्रदीप व्यास को आदर्श हाउसिंग सोसायटी घोटाला केस में गिरफ्तार कर लिया। उस वक्त वो कार्यरत थे। महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक चव्हान और 12 अन्य उच्च अधिकारियों के नाम भी सीबीआई की चार्जशीट में थे। उनमें से 9 को पहले ही गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका था। घोटाले पर लगातार कांग्रेस निशाने पर थी। कोयला खदान के आवंटन में सीएजी (कैग) की रिपोर्ट पर पहले ही देश में शोर मचा हुआ है। उसमें प्रधानमंत्री डॉ मनमोहन सिंह के ऊपर भी उंगली उठाई जा रही थी। आरोप थे कि 2004 से 2009 के बीच कोयले खदानों को अनियमित तरीके से बांटा गया। बेहद कम दामों पर बिना नीलामी के कोयला खदानों को प्राइवेट सेक्टर को दिया गया। जिससे देश को भारी नुकसान हुआ। क्योंकि प्रधानमंत्री उस समय कोयला मंत्री भी थे। इसलिए सीधे उन पर भी उंगली उठ रही थी। और उनके इस्तीफे की मांग भी उठ रही थी। कांग्रेस की छवि दिन प्रतिदिन जनता में धूमिल होती जा रही थी। टीम अन्ना लगातार इस पर सवाल उठा रही थी और जुलाई अंत में होने वाले जंतर मंतर पर अपने अनशन की तैयारी में पूरी तरह जुटी हुई थी।

In the end of July Mr. Arvind Kejriwal started his hunger strike. Taking into consideration bad health conditions of Anna Hazare he was requested not to sit on hunger strike. Anna agreed to that. Team Anna was demanding Lokpal Bill similar to that of purposed by Team Anna in 2011. Out of 35 Central Ministers the 15 Ministers were having corruption charges against them. A SIT should be constituted to enquire into those allegations. Fast Track courts should be constituted for Corruption cases.

अखिर जुलाई के अंतिम दिनों में जंतर मन्तर पर श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल अपने साथियों के साथ भूख हड़ताल पर बैठ गए। श्री अन्ना हजारे की खराब सेहत को देखते हुए उनसे यह अनुरोध किया गया कि वह अनशन पर न बैठे। श्री अन्ना हजारे ने इस अनुरोध को मान भी लिया। टीम अन्ना की मांग थी कि लोकपाल विधेयक को सख्त बना कर जल्द ही कानून बनाया जाए। केंद्र के 35 में से 15 मंत्रियों पर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप हैं, उनकी जांच के लिए एसआईटी बनाई जाए। भ्रष्टाचार संबंधित मुद्दों में कार्रवाई के लिए फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनाए जाएं।

From very first day of Andolan Apoorv used to be there on Jantar Mantar from Morning till evening. He had made a few new friends there. They used to discuss on various issues and used to go to Connought Place for a walk. A lot of rush used to be there in Lunch hours and on holidays. Media was not giving coverage to the agitation this time. The people were criticising the media houses for that. Political parties were also not giving much support to them. Government attitude was also negative. Anna Hazare announced to join hunger Strike from 28th July. Volunteers were enthusiastic for this. Because media coverage was not there so focus this time was on Social Media. The volunteers were using social media platforms vigrously. The Congress leaders were seen saying that they had never fought any election so they knew nothing about politics. Let them fight and win even a single Corporate seats and then talk to us.

आंदोलन के पहले दिन से ही अपूर्व सुबह से लेकर शाम तक जंतर मंतर पर ही रहता। वहां पर उसके कई दोस्त भी बन गए। वहां पर दिन भर देश और समाज के हालात पर चर्चा करते और बीच में कनॉट प्लेस घुम आते। वहां पर लंच के समय और शाम को छुट्टी के दिन भीड़ रहती। मीडिया इस बार आंदोलन को कवरेज नहीं दे रहा था। लोग बातचीत में मीडिया हाउस के प्रबंधकों पर भी आरोप लगा रहे थे। राजनीतिक पार्टियां भी इस बार आंदोलन को ज्यादा समर्थन नहीं दे रही थी। सरकार का रुख भी नकारात्मक था। 28 जुलाई 2012 को श्री अन्ना हजारे ने भी आंदोलन पर बैठने की घोषणा कर दी। उनके अनशन पर बैठने से एक नया उत्साह आ गया। इस बार आंदोलन की कवरेज मीडिया नहीं बल्कि सोशल मीडिया से की जा रही थी। आंदोलन के लोग सोशल मीडिया का खुलकर इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे। मगर सरकार इस बार बिल्कुल अड़ी हुई दिख रही थी। सरकार के मंत्री भड़काऊ बयान देते हुए घूम रहे थे कि अगर उन में दम है तो मुंसिपालिटी के पार्षद का चुनाव तो जीतकर दिखाएं।

At last Team Anna asked suggestions from workers whether they should form a new party or not. They requested their workers to send their suggestions with in 48 hours. Most of the workers gave their suggestions in favour of forming a new party. Apoorv also sent his suggestion in favour forming a party. Anna Hazare said that he was not going to join any party. But if some of his friends want to make a party then it's O.K. Because some how we have to provide an alternative to people.

आखिर टीम अन्ना ने कार्यकर्ताओं से सलाह मांगी की 48 घंटे में सलाह दें कि उन्हें पार्टी बनानी चाहिए कि नहीं। अधिकतर लोगों ने यह सलाह दी कि पार्टी बनानी चाहिए। अपूर्व ने भी यही राय दी की पार्टी बनानी चाहिए। श्री अन्ना हजारे का यह कहना था कि मैं किसी पार्टी में नहीं जाऊंगा और न ही कोई चुनाव लड़ लूंगा। मगर मेरे कोई साथी अगर पार्टी बनाना चाहते हैं तो वह ठीक है। क्योंकि हमें विकल्प तो देना ही होगा।

Mr. Arvind Kejriwal asked from general public their suggestions about the name of the party and Constitution of the party. It was a topic of discussion in Apoorv's house also. Nisha was saying that the team Anna would get divided on this issue. Till date Team Anna was working under the direction of Anna Hazare and implementation part was done by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and others.Apoorv said " When Anna Hazare himself has given the approval then what is the problem. Can't they work as BJP and RSS are working together." Anyway the agitation was called off and prepration was started for a new party.

श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने लोगों से पार्टी का नाम का सुझाव भी मांगा। उन्होंने कहा की पार्टी किस तरह की हो इस बारे में सुझाव दें। अपूर्व के घर पर भी यही चर्चा थी। निशा कह रही है कि इस तरह टीम अन्ना विभाजित हो जाएगी। उनकी एकता ही उनकी ताकत है। मार्गदर्शन श्री अन्ना हजारे का होता था और इंप्लीमेंटेशन श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और उनकी टीम करती थी। यह अलग हो जाएंगे तो कमजोर हो जाएंगे। अपूर्व का कहना था कि श्री अन्ना हजारे ने जब खुद ही विकल्प देने की बात कही है, तो क्या वह राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ और भाजपा की तरह की व्यवस्था बनाकर काम नहीं कर सकते। खैर श्री अन्ना हजारे और टीम की भूख हड़ताल खत्म हुई। पूरे देश की निगाहें उनके अगले घटनाक्रम की तरफ लग गई।

On the other side the report of CAG was placed in the Parliament. In that total loss of ₹10 lakhs 67 thousands Crores was shown due to irregularities in allotment of Coal mines between 2004 to 2009. The irregularities were going on since 1993 but CAG had audited only for the period of 2004 to 2009. On 6th September Supreme Court gave orders to conduct CBI investigation under it's own supervision in this matter. In two other incidents on 20th October 2012 the license of Kingfisher Airlines was cancelled and on 21st November 2012 Kasab was hanged.

उधर अगस्त 2012 को सीएजी की रिपोर्ट सदन के पटल पर रखी गई। इसमें 2004 से 2009 तक कोयला खदानों के आवंटन में अनियमितताओं का के चलते 10 लाख 67 हजार करोड़ का घाटा सरकार को दिखाया गया। यह अनियमितताएं तो 1993 से ही चली आ रही थी मगर सीएजी ने 2004 से 2009 के बीच हुए घटनाक्रम की रिपोर्ट रखी थी। 6 सितंबर 2012 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई जांच अपनी देखरेख में करवाने के आदेश दे दिए। उधर 20 अक्टूबर 2012 को किंगफिशर एयरलाइंस का लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिया गया। 21 नवंबर 2012 को कसाब को फांसी दे दी गईl

Jaanvi was giving regular inputs to Apoorv about the formation of the new party. BJP was very upset after the announcement of formation of a new party. Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was saying that there party would not be a left leaning or right leaning party. Their ultimate aim would be to serve people and change the system. We would use whatever we find good for people in left and whatever good for people in right ideology. Because this party came out from the opposition of Congress Government so BJP was feeling that the anti Congress votes would be divided. So BJP contacted Anna Hazare through Ms. Kiran Bedi and Ex Army Chief Gen. V. K. Singh. They convinced him not to have any contact with Mr. Arvind Kejriwal because if after coming into power any charges of corruption would be leveled against their Government then finger would be raised towards Anna Hazare also. As a result Anna Hazare who was not against formation of a party on 3rd August had declared on 19th September 2012 that if Mr. Arvind Kejriwal would form a party then he would not be having any link with Mr. Arvind Kejriwal.

जानवी को पता था की अपूर्व पार्टी बनने की इंतजार में है। इसलिए वह पार्टी बनने के बारे में उसको बताती रहती थी। जंतर मंतर पर पार्टी बनाने की घोषणा के बाद टीम अन्ना में गतिविधियां तेज हो गई। भाजपा के सूत्रों ने भी अपनी गतिविधियां बढ़ा दी। श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल बार-बार कह रहे थे कि हम न वामपंथी हैं न दक्षिणपंथी। हम तो बस सिस्टम बदलने आए हैं। जो काम वामपंथी विचारधारा से बनेंगे उन्हें वामपंथी विचारधारा से बनाएंगे और जो दक्षिणपंथी विचारधारा से बनेंगे उन्हें दक्षिणपंथी विचारधारा से बनाएंगे। मगर भाजपा नहीं चाहती थी कि पार्टी बने। क्योंकि यह पार्टी कांग्रेस सरकार के विरोध के आंदोलन से निकली थी। अतः भाजपा का वोट बैंक और आंदोलन से निकली पार्टी का वोट बैंक दोनों ही कांग्रेस के विरोधी वोट बैंक का हिस्सा होंगे। अतः भाजपा ने सुश्री किरण बेदी और रिटायर्ड थल सेना प्रमुख जनरल वीके सिंह आदि के द्वारा श्री अन्ना हजारे से संपर्क साधा और उन्हें समझाया कि उन्हें वोटों की राजनीति से दूरी बनाए रखनी चाहिए। क्योंकि अगर कल को चुनाव जीतने के बाद सरकार में किसी ने भ्रष्टाचार किया तो छींटे उन पर भी पड़ेंगे। जहां श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पार्टी बनाने की तैयारी कर रहे थे, वही सुश्री किरण बेदी और उनके साथी श्री अन्ना हजारे को श्री केजरीवाल से सब संपर्क खत्म करने के लिए मनाने में लगे थे। जो श्री अन्ना हजारे 3 अगस्त 2012 को पार्टी के विरोध ने नहीं थे वही 19 सितंबर 2012 को श्री अन्ना हजारे ने पार्टी बनाने की सूरत में श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल से कोई संबंध न रखने की घोषणा कर दी।

But by that time all preprations for formation of a party was almost done. On 2nd October 2012 Mr. Arvind Kejriwal declared the formation of a new party. Party was formed on 26th November 2012. Party was named as 'Aam Aadmi Party' and it's election symbol was 'Broom'. Apoorv was also very happy on that day and he distributed sweets. There were thousands of people like Apoorv who distributed sweets of their own. The Constitution of party was already formed on 24 November 2012. The National Council of 320 people and Executive Council of 23 members were formed. The party started working and membership drive was started and lakhs of people joined party within no time.

मगर तब तक पार्टी बनाने की तैयारी हो चुकी थी। और 2 अक्टूबर 2012 को श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने पार्टी बनाने की घोषणा कर दी। 26 नवंबर 2012 को पार्टी की स्थापना की गई। पार्टी का नाम 'आम आदमी पार्टी', रखा गया और पार्टी का निशान झाड़ू रखा गया। अपूर्व भी उस दिन बहुत खुश था। उसने भी उस दिन लड्डू बांटेl उस जैसे हजारों लोग थे जो सक्रिय न होते हुए भी खुशियां मना रहे थेl पार्टी का संविधान 24 नवंबर 2012 को ही बन गया था। 320 सदस्यों की नेशनल काउंसिल और 23 सदस्यों की एग्जीक्यूटिव काउंसिल बना ली गई। पार्टी ने काम करना शुरू कर दिया। सदस्यता अभियान शुरू कर दिया गया। भारी संख्या में लोग जुड़ने लगे।

So in the end of November Apoorv, Nisha and Vatika reached Pune. After reaching Pune Nisha asked Shandily " Now tell Shandily upto what extent your relationship has reached." Shandily said " Mama actually after break up with Jessica I have entered into relationship with Namita because Jessica is trying to get settled there. Me and Namita has decided to get married but her parents do not know anything. They are local here. I don't know how they will react." Vatika jumped and said " Bhai, then we will enjoy Vada Pav every day. You yourself will becomefat like a Vada." Shandily said while smiling " Even today we usually take Vada in the breakfast. It is so tasty. But they are Punjabi but settled in Pune for a long time. They are having a Petrol Pump here." Apoorv said " O. K you talk to Namita then I will however try to contact her father." Shandily said "O. K. Papa I will talk to her tomorrow."

शांडिल्य ने अपनी और नमिता की बातचीत आगे बढ़ाने के लिए, अपूर्व को सारी बात बता कर उन से अनुरोध किया कि वह सब चाहे कुछ दिनों के लिए ही आए, मगर पुणे आ जाए और बात आगे बढ़ाने की कोशिश करें। अतः नवंबर के आखिरी सप्ताह में अपूर्व, निशा और वाटिका पुणे पहुंच गए। पुणे पहुंचकर निशा ने शांडिल्य से बात छेड़ी "बेटा अब जेसिका तो अमेरिका चली गई ।और निकट भविष्य में उसके जल्दी वापस आने की संभावनाएं नहीं नजर आती। ऐसे में तुम्हारा और नमिता का संबंध कहां तक पहुंचा।" शांडिल्य ने जवाब दिया "मां जैसिका से तो मेरा ब्रेकअप हो चुका है। नमिता और मैं शादी का फैसला कर चुके हैं। मगर अभी उसके घर वालों को नहीं पता। और वह लोकल ही रहते हैं। न जाने कैसे रिईक्ट करें"। वाटिका जो अब तक चुप बैठी थी एकदम उछल पड़ी और बोली "फिर तो भाई बड़ा पाव खा कर खुद ही बड़ा हो जाएगा" शांडिल्य ने हंसकर कहा "वह तो वैसे ही चाय के साथ रोज खाते हैंl खाने में मजा आ जाता है। मगर यह फैमिली तो पंजाबी है। मगर शुरू से यही रहते हैं। उनका पेट्रोल पंप है"। अपूर्व बोले "अच्छा तो तुम उस लड़की से बात कर लेना। मैं किसी बहाने जाकर उसके मां-बाप को इशारा कर के देखूंगा " शांडिल्य बोला "ठीक है पापा मैं कल उससे बात करता हूं"।

Next day when they went out for sightseeing then Shandily called Namita in Aaga Khan Palace and introduced her with his family. Apoorv, Nisha and Vatika liked her very much. They felt that Namita was also so innocent like Vatika. Vatika and Namita mixed up very soon and shared their numbers also. After sight seeing they went to a nearby Mall and entered into a Coffee Shop. Then Apoorv said " So, Namita your family is based in Pune only." Namita said "Yes uncle. Please come to us some time." Apoorv said " Definitely we will come."

अगले दिन सब घूमने गए और शांडिल्य ने आगा खान पैलेस में नमिता को बुलाकर अपने परिवार से मिलाया। अपूर्व, निशा और वाटिका को नमिता बहुत अच्छी लगी। वह वाटिका की तरह है। सीधी तथा भोली भाली सी है। थोड़ी ही देर में दोनों में बहुत दोस्ती हो गई। उन्होंने एक दूसरे से अपने नंबर भी शेयर कर लिए। आगा खां पैलेस के बाद वह एक मॉल में चले गए। वहां पर कॉफी पीने के लिए बैठ गए, तो अपूर्व ने नमिता को कहा "बेटा आपका परिवार तो पुणे में ही रहता है।" नमिता ने कहा "जी अंकल। आप किसी दिन आइए घर पर।" अपूर्व बोला "बेटा जरूर आएंगे"।

When they reached back at home then they discussed about Namita. They all had liked her very much. Vatika said" Brother you marry her soon. I will come and stay with her for few months. I liked her very much." Shandily said "She is as crazy as you are." They all laughed together. Apoorv said " O. K. Shandily let us visit their petrol pump tomorrow. Has her father ever seen you." Shandily said " Yes Papa once they called us for a lunch. Then I met him there." Apoorv said "O.K.we will meet him tomorrow."

जब घर वापस पहुंचे तो रात को आपस में बातचीत हुई। सबको नमिता बहुत अच्छी लगी। वाटिका बोलिए "भाई जल्दी से शादी कर ले। मैं भी तेरे पास आकर कुछ महीने रहूंगी। मुझे तो नमिता बहुत अच्छी लगी।" शांडिल्य हंसकर बोला "जैसे तू झल्ली है वैसे ही वह झल्ली है।" सब हंसने लगे। फिर अपूर्व ने कहा "शांडिल्य बेटा पहले मैं और तुम उनके पेट्रोल पंप पर बहाने से चलते हैं। उन्होंने तेरे को तो देखा हुआ है।" शांडिल्य बोला "हां पापा एक बार हम सबको उन्होंने खाने पर बुलाया था। तब मिला था।" उनसे अपूर्व बोला "ठीक है, कल चलते हैं"।

Next day Apoorv anf Shandily went to Namita's father's Petrol Pump to get petrol. After getting filled petrol in their car they went to meet Namita's father in cabin. In the Cabin Shandily introduced Apoorv with Namita's father and told him that his family had came to Pune to stay with him for few days. Namita's father shake hands with Apoorv and offered them to sit. He called his office boy and asked to bring cold drinks for them. After that both the elderly men started talking to each other and soon they became intimate with each other. Namita's father invited Apoorv with family for a lunch which Apoorv accepted. It was decided that on Saturday Apoorv's family would visit Namita's house for a lunch. After coming back from there Shandily informed Namita about their meeting with her father and about their purposed meeting on Saturday so that Namita could go home mentally prepared to answer any questions.

अगले दिन अपूर्व और शांडिल्य दोनों नमिता के पिता के पेट्रोल पंप पर पेट्रोल डलवाने चले गए। गाड़ी में पेट्रोल डलवा कर शांडिल्य और अपूर्व नमिता के पिता से मिलने उनके केबिन में गए। शांडिल्य ने अपूर्व को नमिता के पिता से मिलवाया और कहा 'अंकल यह मेरे पिताजी हैं। हमारी फैमिली आजकल पुणे आई हुई है।" नमिता के पिता ने खड़े होकर अपूर्व से हाथ मिलाया और उन्हें बैठने के लिए कहा। तुरंत एक लड़के को बुलाकर कोल्ड ड्रिंक मंगा लिए। दोनों में बातें शुरू हो गई और एक दूसरे से अच्छी जान से पहचान हो गई। जब चलने लगे तो नमिता के पिता ने उनको सपरिवार अपने घर आने का न्योता दिया। जिसे अपूर्व ने स्वीकार कर लिया। फैसला हुआ कि आने वाले शनिवार को दोनों फैमिली इकट्ठे नमिता के घर पर मिलेंगे। शाम को शांडिल्य ने नमिता को सब कुछ बता दिया। नमिता भी दिमागी तौर पर तैयार होकर घर गई ताकि वह किसी भी बात का जवाब देने की मनोस्थिति मै हो।

In the evening when Namita reached home and sat together for Dinner at that time Namita's father said" Namita that boy Shandily who came to our home for lunch on that day has visited our petrol pump today along with his father. I found them to be a gentle family so I called them at Lunch on Saturday. Your brother Rakesh will go to the pump on Saturday and I will stay home to receive them." Namita's mother get attentive as soon as he listened about a boy. The mother of a young girl like Namita in middle class family in our country always remains attentive for a suitable match for her daughter. So she immediately intervened and said " Namita is he the same boy who was telling that he belongs to a Punjabi family of Delhi." Namita said "Yes Mama, the same guy." Namita's mother said " The boy was nice and seems to be from a good family." Then the topic ended there but Namita knew that the idea had clicked in the mind of her mother. Namita was getting anxious to tell everything to Shandily. After dinner she came upstairs into her bedroom and told everything to Shandily on phone.

शाम को जब नमिता के घर में सब डिनर पर बैठे तो उसके पिता ने कहा "नमिता आज तुम्हारा सहकर्मी शांडिल्य पंप पर अपने पिताजी के साथ आया था। अच्छे लोग लग रहे हैं। मैंने उन्हें खाने पर शनिवार को बुलाया है। पंप पर तुम्हारा भाई राकेश बैठ जाएगा मैं उस दिन घर पर ही रहूंगा।" नमिता की माताजी बड़ी ध्यान से उन दोनों की बात सुन रही थी। हिंदुस्तान में एक जवान लड़की की मां, वह भी नमिता जैसे मध्यम वर्ग की लड़की की, वह तो जैसे ही किसी लड़के की बात सुनती है, वह चौकन्नी हो जाती है। हर मां अपने बच्चों को काफी समझती है। बशर्ते कि वह सब इकट्ठे रहते हो। नमिता की माता ने तुरंत प्रश्न किया "वही ना जो उस दिन हमारे घर आया था। वह कह रहा था कि वह पंजाबी परिवार से है और दिल्ली में रहते हैं।" नमिता ने जवाब दिया "हां ममा वही है।" उसकी माता जी बोली "लड़का तो ठीक लग रहा था।" उसके बाद बात वही खत्म हो गई। और घर की बातें चलने लगी। मगर नमिता के मन में लड्डू फूट रहे थे और वह शांडिल्य को सारी बात बताने को बेचैन थी। खाना खाने के बाद उसने अपने कमरे में जाकर शांडिल्य को सारी बात बता दी।

Next day Shandily went to his office on the pretext of an urgent work. In the office the whole group sat together to discuss how to finalize the things. In the evening when Namita reached home and was taking tea with her mother at that time her mother asked "Namita now tell me does that boy has any girl friend or not." Namita said " Mom we go to the office to work there. We all are friends there." Namita's mother said " I mean is he involved with any where or not." Namita said " It seems that you are cooking any Khicari in your mind." Namita's mother said " When pulse is lying at home then mother always try to find out rice from somewhere and cook a nice khicari." With this they both laughed together. After that Namita said " Listen Mom Shandily is a nice guy. But from that point of view have to test him from your parameters". With this Namita started the TV and started watching a serial. After some time when her father returned from petrol pump then Namita heard that her mother was discussing about Shandily with her father but she was not able to understand properly.

अगले दिन काम का बहाना मार कर शांडिल्य ऑफिस चला गया। ऑफिस में सारी मित्र मंडली इकट्ठे हुई और यह बात पर परामर्श हुआ की कैसे किया जाए। सभी की इच्छा है कि यह संबंध जल्द से जल्द बन जाए। शाम को जब नमिता घर पहुंची तो उसकी माताजी उसके कमरे में आ गई और बोली "अच्छा यह तो बता इकट्ठे काम करते हो, कि उसकी कोई गर्लफ्रेंड तो नहीं है।" नमिता ने कहा "मां हम दफ्तर में काम करने जाते हैं और हम सभी दोस्त हैं।" मां बोली "नहीं मैं तो यह पूछ रही थी कि कोई चक्कर वर्कर तो नहीं चल रहा उसका " नमिता ने पूछा "मां तुम्हारे दिमाग में लगता है कोई खिचड़ी पक रही है।" मां बोली "जब दाल घर में पड़ी हो तो चावल ढूंढकर खिचड़ी पकाने की इच्छा तो होती है।" और दोनों हंस पड़ी । नमिता ने हंसते हुए मां से कहा 'देखो मां शांडिल्य अच्छा लड़का है। मगर जिस तरह आप सोच रही हैं, उस तरह से आप खुद ही परखे।" इतना कहकर उसने टीवी चला दिया और सीरियल देखने लगे। थोड़ी देर में उसके पिता भी पेट्रोल पंप से आ गए उनकी तथा नमिता की माता जी की बातें करने की आवाजें आने लगी। यह तो नमिता को समझ आ रहा था कि वह शांडिल्य के बारे में ही बात कर रहे हैं। पर पूरी बात उसे समझ नहीं आ रही थी।

There were a lot of activities at Namita home on Saturday. They were arranging everything in order. They were making arrangements for initially snacks and then lunch. Namita's mother advised Namita to wear Punjabi dress only. Pretending to be very innocent Namita said " Why Mom?" Her mother said " Because I am saying. That's all."

At about 11.00 a.m. Shandily and his family reached at Namita's house. Namita's father received them at gate. They all came into the drawing room and servant served them cold drinks. Then Namita and her brother Rakesh also came there. They all started chatting. After having tea Shandily, Namita, Vatika and Rakesh went to Namita's room. They started gossiping there. Apoorv and Jitender(Namita's father) started discussion on various issues while sitting in drawing room. Namita's mother took Nisha to the inner portion of the house. Nisha also took a round of their house along with Namita's mother. After they sat together in the lobby opposite kitchen.

After lunch they all sat together in Drawing room. During the discussion Jitender asked Shandily " Shandily do you have any plans to go to Foreign for job." Shandily said "Uncle I don't mind to go out of India provided I am paid atleast this much money so that me and my family can lead a comfortable life there. I have seen that in most of the cases the people who go there on project basis lead a very tough life. I don't understand what is the fun of going away from my own people and leading a tough life there. It is better to live here in my own people and have a comfortable life here. The facilities of servants etc.which we are enjoying here they can't even dream of such facilities there." Jitender said " You are having very good thinking otherwise today's young generation is mad to go out of India." After having discussion on other issues and having tea they came back home.

शनिवार को नमिता के घर पर सुबह से ही हलचल थी। सारे घर को व्यवस्थित किया जा रहा था। पहले जलपान और फिर लंच की तैयारी चल रही थी। नमिता को उसकी मां समझा रही थी की पंजाबी परंपरिक ड्रेस ही डालें। जींस वगैरह नहीं। नमिता ने बड़े भोले बनकर पूछा "क्यों मां"। मां ने कहा "मैं कह रही हूं इसलिए"। 11:00 बजे के करीब शांडिल्य और उसका परिवार नमिता के घर आ गया। नमिता के पिता ने आगे बढ़कर शांडिल्य के पिता का स्वागत किया। सब घर के अंदर आकर बैठ गए नौकर आकर सबको कोल्ड ड्रिंक दे गया। तभी नमिता और उसके भाई राकेश भी अंदर आए। बाते शुरू हो गई। चाय पी गई और राकेश, शांडिल्य, वाटिका और नमिता सब मिलकर नमिता के कमरे में चले गए। और वहां गपशप करने लगे। जितेंद्र (नमिता के पिता) और अपूर्व ड्राइंग रूम में ही बातें करने लगे। दोनों की माताएं अंदर चली गई और नमिता की माताजी निशा को घर दिखाने लगी। फिर किचन के सामने लॉबी में बैठकर दोनों बातें करने लगी। लंच के बाद सब इकट्ठे हुए और वहीं पर बातचीत होती रही। नमिता के पिता ने शांडिल्य से पूछा 'क्यों बेटा तुम्हारा तो विदेश जाने का इरादा नहीं है"। शांडिल्य ने कहा "अंकल मुझे विदेश जाने में कोई एतराज नहीं है। मगर कंपनी मुझे इतना पैसा दे दे कि मैं और मेरा परिवार सब सुख सुविधाओं के साथ वहां पर रह सके। मगर आमतौर पर जो लोग वहां गए हैं वह हर तरह की कंजूसी करके ही वहां रह पाते हैं। अगर अपनों से दूर जाकर ऐसी ही जिंदगी जीनी है तो उससे अच्छा तो मैं यहीं पर हूं। जो नौकर चाकर और सुख सुविधाएं यहां पर हम ले रहे हैं उसकी तो वहां पर लोग कल्पना भी नहीं करते।" जितेंद्र ने कहा "बहुत अच्छे विचार है तुम्हारे। वरना आजकल तो बच्चे बस बाहर जाने को उतावले रहते हैं।" फिर इधर उधर की बातें करते रहे और शाम को चाय पीकर वापस आ गए।

Shandily's family was already agreed now the discussion started in Namita's family also. Namita's father and mother were ready but her brother Rakesh was having some reservations. In his opinion Namita was brought up in a business family and Shandily's family was of service people. The life style of a service men family used to be very different from that of a business family. So, opinion of Namita should be taken in the matter. They called Namita and asked about her opinion in the matter. She said " As far as expenditure is concerned I have no problem and for other aspects you take care of." So, at last it was decided that Namita's father would talk to Apoorv the next day.

शांडिल्य के परिवार की सहमति तो पहले से ही बनी हुई थी। नमिता के परिवार में भी चर्चा शुरू हो गई। नमिता के माता-पिता को तो सब पसंद है। मगर भाई का यह कहना था कि नमिता एक व्यापारी परिवार में पली है। और उसका खर्चा करने का तरीका कुछ और है। जबकि वह एक नौकरी पेशा लोगों का परिवार है। जो अपनी सीमित आय में ही गुजारा करना जानते हैं। नमिता से पूछ लिया जाए। अतः नमिता को बुलाया गया तथा उसे बताया गया की शांडिल्य के साथ उसके रिश्ते की बात करने के बारे में सोच रहे हैं। राकेश की शंका के बारे में भी उसे बताया गया। नमिता बोली "जहां तक खर्चे का सवाल है, तो उसमें मुझे कोई समस्या नहीं है। बाकी बातों पर आप सोच ले।" अब आखिर में यह फैसला हुआ कि कल नमिता के पिता इस बारे में अपूर्व से बात करेंगे।

Next day Jitender called Apoorv for Coffee in Coffee Shop in a Mall opposite his petrol pump. Apoorv's family understood the purpose of his call. Now the discussion started in their family that whether Apoorv should make him clear about their family background or not. Apoorv was of a firm view that he should made everything clear to Jitender if he shows any interest in this relationship. After a lot of discussion Apoorv's view point was accepted.

अगले दिन सुबह जितेंद्र ने अपूर्व को दोपहर की कॉफी पर अपने पंप के सामने वाले मॉल में आमंत्रित किया। अपूर्व का परिवार समझ गया कि वह किस लिए बुला रहे हैं अब उनमें इस बात को लेकर चर्चा शुरू हो गई कि अगर वह शादी की बात करें तो परिवार के बारे में सब कुछ बताया जाए कि नहीं। अपूर्व इस बात पर अड़े हुए थे कि सब कुछ बता देना चाहिए। ताकि बाद में कोई डर न हो। काफी विचार के बाद अपूर्व की बात मान ली गई।

Next day Apoorv met Jitender in Coffee shop. Jitender told Apoorv about the wish of his family. Apoorv assured him that he would discuss the proposal in the family and let him know accordingly. Apoorv also told everything about his family background to Jitender. There was a consensus at Shandily's family but in Namita's family a new discussion started. Namita's mother being a house wife finding it very awkward after listening to all these things. On the other side Jitender and Rakesh were appreciating the sincerity of Apoorv because he had explained everything in the beginning itself. When it was brought to knowledge of Namita she supported the view point of her father and brother. Then her mother also agreed and Jitender was asked to convey their decision and fix up a meeting with them.

अगले दिन अपूर्व और जितेंद्र कॉफी पर मिले। जितेंद्र ने अपूर्व को अपने परिवार की इच्छा के बारे में बताया। अपूर्व ने कहा कि वह उनकी इच्छा अपने घर में बताएगा। मगर साथ ही उसने अपने परिवार के बारे में उसे सब कुछ बता दिया। दोनों ही अपने परिवार में बात करके एक दूसरे को बताने के लिए सहमत होकर उठ गए। अपूर्व के घर में तो पहले ही सहमति थी। मगर नमिता के घर में एक नया पहलू खड़ा हो गया। नमिता की माता एक घरेलू महिला हैं। और उन्हें यह सब अजीब लगा। वही राकेश और जितेंद्र इस बात पर जोर दे रहे थे जिनकी स्पष्टवादीता तथा नेक नियति की कदर करनी पड़ेगी कि उन्होंने सब कुछ पहले ही बता दिया। अगर वह चाहते तो इस बात को छुपा सकते थे। फिर नमिता को बुलाकर पूछा गया। नमिता ने भी अपने पिता और भाई के दृष्टिकोण का समर्थन किया। अब उसकी माता जी भी तैयार हो गई । पिताजी को यह जिम्मेदारी दी गई कि वह उनसे मिलने का समय फिक्स करें।

Next day Jitender fix up time with Apoorv for his visit to Apoorv's home. In the evening Jitender and his wife went to Apoorv's home having sweets in their hands. After having tea there Jitender offered sweets to Apoorv and said " We are agreed to the new relationship. Please have some sweets." Nisha and Apoorv took sweets and Jitender hugged Apoorv and they congratulated each other. Because Nisha was to join the office earlier so they fix up the engagement ceremony after 2 days. There was ceremonial atmosphere in both the houses. Shandily and Namita both took leave from the office for arrangements of the ceremony.

अगले दिन सुबह ही जितेंद्र ने अपूर्व से बात कर अपूर्व के घर जाने का समय पक्का कर लिया। शाम को जितेंद्र और उनकी पत्नी अपूर्व के घर में मिठाई का डब्बा लेकर गए। वहां जाकर वह बैठे और चाय पानी पीने के बाद मिठाई का डब्बा आगे करते हुए उन्होंने कहा " हमें तो यह रिश्ता पसंद है। अब आप भी मुंह मीठा कीजिए।" अपूर्व ने और निशा ने मिठाई का एक एक टुकड़ा लिया और जितेंद्र ने अपूर्व से गले मिलकर एक दूसरे को बधाई दी। क्योंकि अपूर्व और निशा को दिल्ली वापस आना था, इसलिए 2 दिन बाद की सगाई की रसम निश्चित कर दी गई। दोनों परिवारों में खुशी की लहर दौड़ गई। नमिता और शांडिल्य ने अपने ऑफिस से छुट्टी ले ली और तैयारी में जुट गए।

Namita's father invited his local friends and relatives in the ceremony. Shandily also invited his colleagues for the Engagement ceremony. It was a nice party. Shandily and Namita exchanged rings. When party started then Jitender introduced Apoorv with his friends and relatives. The gents took their drinks and went to a corner so that the youngster could enjoy the party. Mothers of Shandily and Namita also get aside along with other elderly ladies and started gossiping as usually about dresses and ornaments etc. The youngsters started dancing on the floor. Rakesh offered Vatika for dance. But she said that she was not comfortable in dance on English songs. Rakesh went to D.J and asked them to play Punjabi songs. Now Rakesh took Vatika to the dance floor. Now they were also became the point of attraction in the party. It usually happens that unmarried sister of Groom and unmarried brother of bride usually feel attraction for each other. Vatika said slowly " Every body is looking at us. You give me your number I will talk to you." With this they stepped down from the floor. He passed on his card to Vatika. After party they came back home. Next day morning they took the flight and came back to Delhi as Nisha was not having more leaves with her. This time family of Namita was also to see off them.

नमिता के पिता ने अपने लोकल दोस्तों को, जानने वालों को और संबंधियों को बुला लिया। वही शांडिल्य ने अपने सहकर्मियों और दोस्तों को बुला लिया। बहुत ही बढ़िया तरीके से पार्टी हुई। दोनों ने एक दूसरे को अंगूठी डालकर सगाई की रस्म अदा की। पार्टी शुरू हुई तो जितेंद्र ने अपूर्व को अपने दोस्तों से मिलवाया। और ड्रिंक लेकर अलग से बैठ गए ताकि बच्चे अपनी पार्टी का आनंद उठा सकें। माताएं भी स्त्रियों के साथ दूसरी तरफ बैठकर गप्पे मारने लगी। नौजवान लड़के- लड़कियां डांस करने लगे। तभी राकेश ने वाटिका को डांस के लिए आमंत्रित किया। वाटिका ने कहा उसे तो वेस्टर्न डांस आता ही नहीं। राकेश ने जाकर पंजाबी म्यूजिक लगवा दिया और वाटिका को डीजे फ्लोर पर ले आया। यह आमतौर पर होता ही है भाभी के कुंवारे भाई और बहन की कुंवारी नंनद अक्सर एक-दूसरे के आकर्षण का केंद्र बन जाते हैं। अब सबकी नजर शांडिल्य और नमिता के साथ-साथ राकेश और वाटिका पर भी उठ गई। वाटिका ने धीरे से कहा "सब देख रहे हैं ।अपना फोन नंबर देना मैं बात करूंगी"। इतना कह कर वो डांस फ्लोर से नीचे उतर आए। राकेश ने चुपचाप मौका देख कर अपना कार्ड वाटिका को दे दिया। पार्टी खत्म हुई सब खुशी-खुशी घर वापस आ गए। निशा की छुट्टियां खत्म हो रही थी। इसलिए अगले दिन वह सुबह की उड़ान से दिल्ली वापस आ गए। इस बार उन को विदा करने नमिता का पूरा परिवार भी आया हुआ था।
