In the month of February 2021 there was a big decline in Covid cases in Delhi. But in the second week of March the cases started rising. In April the number of cases were increased up to the dangerous levels. Not only in Delhi but cases were increasing every where in the country. On 13th April Delhi Government after looking into the number of cases in the state they announced 14 Private and 4 Goverment Hospitals as Covid Hospitals. They declared that only Covid patients would be dealt there till further orders. On that day 11491 new patients were found in Delhi and 72 people died. The positivity rate was 12.44%. The situation in 10 states including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Chatishgarh, Kerala, Tamilanaadu was alarming. In Delhi from 15th April the weekend curfew was imposed and from 19th the lock down was imposed for one week.
फरवरी के महीने मे दिल्ली मे करोना के मामले काफी कम हो गए थे l मगर मार्च के दूसरे सप्ताह से ये बढ़ने शुरू हो गए l अप्रैल आते आते यह केस खतरनाक बड़ोंतरी के स्तर पर जा पहुंचे l दिल्ली ही नही बल्कि पूरे देश मे दूसरी लहर से केसो मे जबरदस्त उछाल आ रहा था l 13 अप्रैल 2021 को दिल्ली में कोरोना वायरस की बड़ती रफ्तार को देखकर दिल्ली सरकार ने कोरोना पर काबू पाने के लिए राज्य के 14 प्राइवेट और 4 सरकारी अस्पतालों को कोरोना अस्पताल घोषित कर दिया l सरकार के अगले आदेश तक इन अस्पतालों में अब सिर्फ कोरोना मरीजों का इलाज होगा और इन अस्पतालों में गैर कोविड मरीजों की भर्ती नहीं होगी l राजधानी में कोरोना के इस दिन 11491 नए मरीज मिले थे और 72 मरीजों की मौत हो गई थी l कोरोना की संक्रमण दर अब राजधानी में बढ़कर 12.44 प्रतिशत हो गई थी l महाराष्ट्र, दिल्ली, छत्तीसगढ़ और उत्तर प्रदेश, करनाटक, हरियाणा,तमिलनाडु, केरल समेत 10 राज्यो मे कारोना का भीष्ण प्रकोप था l दिल्ली मे पहले 15 अप्रैल से पहले वीकेंड कर्फ्यू फिर 19 अप्रैल से एक सप्ताह का लॉक डाउन लगा दिया गया l
The medicines were in short supply. Politics also started for the shortage of Oxygen. Delhi was always getting oxygen supply from the nearby states. Delhi Government alleged that Haryana and Uttar Pradesh had interrupted the supply of Oxygen for Delhi. The companies those who were the regular supplier of Delhi Government were asked to not send supply to Delhi. Those Governments posted their officers on the gates of the companies and they were ensuring that no supply was going to Delhi. Then Delhi Government approached Central Government and Central Government issued instructions to maintain the regular supply of Oxygen to Delhi. Home Ministry also said that no state Government can force the companies to stop supply to other states. The movement of vehicle carrying oxygen should be free and no authority should be allowed to divert the vehicle carrying oxygen for a particular state or district to some other destination. But the situation didn't improve even then. Patients were increasing in the hospitals through out India. People were hunting for Oxygen beds. In Delhi some deaths were reported in Jaipur Golden Hospital and Batra Hospital due to shortage of Oxygen supply. Every hour reports were coming from various hospitals of emergency due to short supply of Oxygen. Some NGO's came forward and were arranging oxygen Cylinders for the needy people. People were seen taking the Oxygen while sitting in, an auto or Car. Delhi had reported 28000 patients in a day.
बीमारी से सम्बन्धित दवाइयों की कमी हो गई थी और ओक्सीजन की कमी भी होने लगी थी l अब ओक्सीजन को लेकर राजनीति भी शुरू हो गई l दिल्ली मे ओक्सीजन की सप्लाई निकटवृति राज्यो से मंगवाई जाती है l मगर दिल्ली सरकार का आरोप था कि हरियाणा और उत्तर प्रदेश ने उनकी सप्लाई रोक ली है और ओक्सीजन देने वाली कम्पनीयो के बाहर उन राज्यों ने अधिकारी बैठा दिये है ताकि वो दिल्ली को ओक्सीजन न भेज सके l दिल्ली सरकार ने केंद्र से अनुरोध किया की उसे ओक्सीजन सप्लाई सुनिश्चित की जाए l केंद्र सरकार ने ओक्सीजन की सप्लाई सुचारू करने के लिए दिशा निर्देश जारी किये l गृह मंत्रालय की तरफ से कहा गया कि ऑक्सीजन निर्माता और इसके सप्लायर के ऊपर यह रोक नहीं लगाई जा सकती है कि वह वे सिर्फ उसी राज्य या केन्द्र शासित प्रदेश को दे जहां पर उसका उत्पादन किया जा रहा है l शहरों और राज्यों के बीच बिना किसी तय समय के ऑक्सजीन गाड़ियों की मूवमेंट बिना किसी रोक-टोक के होनी चाहिए l कोई भी अथॉरिटीज किसी क्षेत्र से ऑक्सीजन ले जा रही गाड़ी को मजबूर करके किसी खास इलाके या जिले की तरफ ऑक्सीजन नही डाईवर्ट कर सकती l मगर इसके बाद भी सिथति नही सुधरी l विभिन्न राज्यो मे अस्पताल भरने लगे l लोग ओक्सीजन वाले बेड के लिए भटकने लगे l दिल्ली के जयपुर गोल्डन अस्पताल और बत्रा अस्पताल मे ओक्सीजन न मिलने से कई मौते हुई l राजनीति इंसानियत पर हावी होती नजर आई l हर घण्टे खबर आने लगी की फलांने अस्पताल मे ओक्सीजन सप्लाई खत्म होने वाली है l हर तरफ हा हा कार मचा हुआ था l ऐसे मे कुछ स्वयं सेवक संस्थाओ ने आगे आकर ओक्सीजन के लंगर तक लगा दिये l लोग ऑटो और कार मे ओक्सीजन सलिंडर लगाए बैठे देखे गए l दिल्ली मे करोना मरीजो के रोज के आंकड़े 28000 तक पहुँचते देखे गए l
Delhi High Court and Supreme Court asked Central Government to ensure that Delhi could get supply of 700 metric tons of Oxygen every day. They said up to the extent that other wise Court would be compelled to take some hard decisions. Delhi Government had pleaded in the Court that in spite of instructions the Delhi was not getting 700 metric tons of Oxygen. Supreme Court again asked Central Government to ensure the supply to daily till further orders. Then the news of dead bodies floating in the Buxer district of Bihar adjoining the Uttar Pradesh. Opposition parties alleged that Government of Uttar Pradesh was concealing the number of deaths and they were disposing off these dead bodies like that only.
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा की दिल्ली को 700 मीट्रिक टन ओक्सीजन की सप्लाई प्रति दिन हर हाल मे दे l उन्होने यंहा तक कह दिया कि आप हमें कड़े फैसले के लिए मजबूर न करें। दिल्ली सरकार की ओर से अदालत में कहा गया था कि कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद हर दिन 700 मीट्रिक टन ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई नहीं मिल पा रही थी। शीर्ष अदालत ने केंद्र सरकार को आदेश दिया कि उसे हर दिन दिल्ली को 700 मीट्रिक टन ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। कोर्ट ने कहा कि उसे यह सप्लाई तब तक जारी रखनी होगी, जब तक कि आदेश की समीक्षा नहीं की जाती l फिर खबरें यह भी आने लगी की उत्तर प्रदेश से लगते बक्सर जिले (बिहार) मे गंगा नदी मे बहुत से मृत मानव शरीर बहते पाए गए l विपक्षी पार्टिया यह आरोप लगाने लगी की करोना से मौत के आकड़े छुपाये जा रहे है और मृत शरीरो को बहाया जा रहा है l
After the improvement in the situation Delhi Government started constructing new Oxygen plants in their hospitals and and asked all the big private hospitals to construct the oxygen plants in their hospitals. BJP leader started alleging that the Delhi Government had taken more oxygen than required. Then a new political battle started on that. At last the member of the audit committee Dr. Guleria was forced to come on the front and he gave a statement that Delhi had not taken any extra oxygen. Aam Aadmi Party gave a statement that if there was no shortage of supply then how the people died in the private hospitals. Because private hospitals were having the independent suppliers and were getting supply directly from them. They further said that BJP had insulted those people who had lost their near and dears due to oxygen supply. In between the Centre Government gave a statement in Rajya Sabha that there was no death in the country due to shortage of Oxygen. The whole opposition parties stood together and opposed the Center Government. Mr Sanjay Singh the member of parliament of Aam Aadmi Party in Rajya Sabha gave a privilege motion against the Center Government and said that the government has missguided the Rajya Sabha. So many state Governments also objected to the statement of Central Government.
अब हालात मे सुधार होने के बाद दिल्ली सरकार ने अस्पतालो के साथ ओक्सीजन प्लांट लगाने का कार्य शुरू कर दिया है तथा बड़े निजी अस्पतालो को भी अपने ओक्सीजन प्लांट लगाने के लिए कहा जा रहा है l अब भाजपा के नेता यह आरोप लगा रहे है कि ऑडिट कमेटी ने यह रिपोर्ट दी है कि दिल्ली सरकार ने अपनी जरूरत से कई गुना ज्यादा ओक्सीजन ली है l इस आरोप से फिर राजनीतिक घमासान शुरू हो गया l आखिर कमेटी के सदस्य डा गुलरिया को सामने आकर कहना पड़ा कि ऐसी कोई ज्यादा ओक्सीजन ली गई है l वही आम आदमी पार्टी यह कह रही है कि अगर ओक्सीजन की कमी नही थी तो अस्पतालों मे कमी कैसे हो गई l क्योंकि कई बड़े निजी अस्पताल तो सीधे स्पलायर से ओक्सीजन मङ्गवाते है l उनका कहना है कि यह कहकर भाजपा ने उन लोगो का अपमान किया है जिन्होंने अपने प्रियजन ओक्सीजन की कमी की वजह से खोये है या ओक्सीजन की कमी की वजह से भटके है l ओक्सीजन की कमी तो सड़को पर भी दिख रही थी जब लोग भटक रहे थे l अभी बवाल थम ही रहा था कि राज्य सभा मे सरकार ने यह बयान दिया की करोना की दूसरी लहर मे देश मे ओक्सीजन की कमी से कोई मौत नही हुई l इससे सारा विपक्ष इकठ्ठा होकर विरोध करने लगा l कई राज्य सरकारे भी इसके विरुद्ध बोलने लगी l आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद श्री संजय सिंह ने केंद्र सरकार के मन्त्री पर झूठ बोलकर सदन को गुमराह करने का आरोप लगाते हुए विशेषाधिकार हनन का नोटिस दे दिया l
When most of the states of the country were fighting with the Corona at the same time the election process was going on in West Bengal. Election Commission has declared election to be held between 27th March to 29th April in 8 rounds. For last 6 months BJP was trying hard to get victory in the West Bengal elections. Everyday some new celebrities were joining BJP. So many MLAs and others leaders of TMC had joined BJP.
जब देश के अधिकतर राज्य करोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर का सामना कर रहे थे उस वक्त प० बंगाल में चुनावी प्रचार हो रहा था l यह चुनाव 27 मार्च से 29 अप्रैल के बीच में 8 चरणों में होने थे l पिछले 6 महीने से भाजपा पश्चिम बंगाल के चुनाव में जीतने के लिए सब तरह के अभियान चला रही थी l हर रोज किसी न किसी मशहूर हस्ती के भाजपा में शामिल होने के समाचार आ रहे थे l तृणमूल कांग्रेस के काफी नेता अपनी पार्टी छोड़कर भाजपा में शामिल हो रहे थे l
One day Jaanvi went to Apoorv's house and they started discussing the West Bengal elections. Nisha asked from Jaanvi "Jaanvi in West Bengal what do you feel who will get the majority. Jaanvi said " In the beginning people were thinking that there will be a tough fight between BJP and TMC. Central Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah and Prime Minister Mr. Narinder Modi himself were doing rallies and Road shows in West Bengal. Other senior leaders of BJP were also visiting West Bengal regularly. For last so many elections it was noticed bt the analysts that BJP is conducting election campaign as an Event Management company. Before elections they use to create an impression that they are going to win the election. Big claims big Road shows, big rallies, plenty of campaigns material and what not. They put everything in the election. They also managed leaders from other parties and big celebrities to join BJP.
एक दिन जानवी शाम को अपूर्व के घर आयी और बंगाल चुनाव की बात चल पड़ी l निशा ने पूछा " जानवी बंगाल चुनाव के बारे मे क्या लग रहा है l" जानवी बोली "शुरू मे तो ऐसा लग रहा था कि शायद भाजपा और तृणमूल कांग्रेस के बीच में कड़ा मुकाबला होगा l केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री अमित शाह और स्वयं प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी लगातार पश्चिम बंगाल में सभाएं और रैलियां कर रहे थे l रोड शो के लिए भी भाजपा के शीर्ष नेता पश्चिम बंगाल जा रहे थे l पिछले कुछ राज्यों के चुनाव में यह देखा जा रहा है कि भाजपा चुनावों को एक इवेंट मैनेजमेंट कंपनी की तरफ से हैंडल कर रही है l चुनाव से पहले एक ऐसा माहौल बना देते हैं कि लगता है कि भाजपा ही जीतने वाली है l बड़े-बड़े दावे, रैलियां, रोड शो आदि जो भी प्रचार का मेटेरियल होता है वह सब झोंक दिया जाते हैं l दूसरी पार्टियों से नेताओं को छुड़वा कर भाजपा में लाया जाता है l
In West Bengal BJP don't have their own voters base. After the joining of Mr. Mukul Rai BJP had increased is vote bank. But still BJP is treated as the outsiders party. People of West Bengal are very proud of their culture. They don't want any comments on their culture. This time in West Bengal election it seems that not only religious polarization but regional polarization is also taking place. The people who are non Bengali's are supporting the BJP. While the people who belongs to West Bengal originally they are taking Mamta Banerjee as the symbol of Bengal. More over BJP has not declared it's Chief Minister candidate. While TMC has declared Mamata Banerjee as their Chief Minister Candidate and has projected her as the 'Daughter of Bengal'. BJP has asked so many of it's Member of Parliament to contest the elections of MLA. But after distribution of tickets BJP is facing some Rebel voices within the party. The old workers are claiming that they are being ignored and the tickets are given to the new entrants. Old workers are demoralised and are annoyed with the party's decision. Otherwise also BJP is not having much of its voter base in the West Bengal. They depend fully on the people those who have joined them from other parties. These annoyance of workers may cost dearly to BJP. One more thing negative going for BJP is that most of the people those who are coming from other parties are those people who are having some corruption charges on them. People are also feeling bad that why all the Central Minister and Chief Minister of other states of BJP, Prime minister and Home Minister, Members of Parliament all are after Mamata Banerjee. Because it is a State Election and it should be fought on local issues. That's why a sympathy wave is going on in her favour. 'Dware Sarkar', 'Swasthya Sathi' and 'Kanyashree Schemes' are also helping Mamata Banerjee." Nisha said " Propaganda and campaign is a part of the election process. What is new there."Jaanvi said " Excess some times become counter productive and that's what happening in West Bengal. Even after such a aggressive propaganda and campaign by BJP the TMC is still placed in a better position." After that their discussion shifted to some other topic.
पश्चिम बंगाल में तो भाजपा का अपना कोई ज्यादा जनाधार नहीं है l श्री मुकुल राय के भाजपा में शामिल होने से भाजपा का जनाधार पश्चिम बंगाल में बढ़ा l मगर अभी भी भाजपा को वहां पर बाहरी पार्टी की तरह देखा जाता है l पश्चिम बंगाल के लोग अपनी संस्कृति पर बहुत ज्यादा नाज करते हैं l वह अपनी संस्कृति से जरा भी छेड़ छाड़ नहीं चाहते l इस बार के चुनाव में ऐसा लग रहा है की पश्चिम बंगाल में न सिर्फ धार्मिक ध्रुवीकरण की बात हो रही है बल्कि क्षेत्रीय ध्रुवीकरण का भी माहौल बन रहा है l वहां जो बंगाल से बाहर के लोग हैं वह भाजपा को पसंद कर रहे हैं l जबकि ऐसा लग रहा है कि पश्चिम बंगाल के जो स्थानीय लोग हैं उन्होंने सुश्री ममता बनर्जी को अपना बंगाल का गौरव मानकर उनके पीछे लामबंद हो रहे हैं l उन्हें लग रहा है की भाजपा ने अभी तक अपना कोई मुख्यमंत्री का प्रत्याशी घोषित नहीं किया है l जबकि सुश्री ममता बनर्जी बंगाल की बेटी होने का नारा दे रही है l भाजपा ने अपने कई सांसदों को भी चुनाव में उतार दिया है l मगर टिकटों के बंटवारे से भाजपा के अंदर काफी कलह मची है l पुराने कार्यकर्ताओं को नजरअंदाज करके नए नेता जो अभी हाल ही मे भाजपा में आए थे उन्हें ज्यादा तवज्जो दी गई l इससे पुराने कार्यकर्ता काफी हतोत्साहित तथा नाराज हुए l उनकी नाराजगी भाजपा को भारी पड़ सकती है l वैसे भी भाजपा का अपना कैडर तो बहुत कम है l ज्यादा तो पाला बदलकर आने वालों पर ही निर्भर है l एक और बात कि जो बाहर से भाजपा में आए हैं वह ज्यादातर वह लोग हैं जिन पर किसी तरह के भ्रष्टाचार के मामले चल रहे थे l यह भी एक नकारात्मक प्रचार भाजपा के विरुद्ध हुआ l दूसरा पश्चिम बंगाल के लोगों को यह लग रहा था की एक बंगाल की बेटी के पीछे इतने सारे केंद्रीय मंत्री, सांसद, भाजपा के अन्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री क्यों पड़े हुए हैं l और जिस तरह के बयान सुश्री ममता बनर्जी के खिलाफ दिए जा रहे थे वह भी लोगों को चुभ रहे थे l दुआरे सरकार, स्वास्थ्य साथी, कन्याश्री जैसी योजनाएं भी सुश्री ममता बनर्जी की मददगार साबित हो सकती है l" निशा बोली " मगर प्रचार तो हमेशा ही चुनावो मे होता रहा है l इसमे क्या बड़ी बात है l" जानवी बोली " मगर इतने प्रचार के बावजूद भी तृणमूल कांग्रेस का पलडा भारी लग रहा है "l फिर बात दूसरी तरफ मुड़ गई l
The people were surprised that even after the increase of Covid cases throughout India these leaders were organising such big rallies and Road shows. When leaders were not following Covid Protocol then how could they ask other people to follow these protocols. Looking at the Covid situation in the country the political parties demanded from the Election Commission that the elections in West Bengal should be conducted in one round instead of 8 rounds. But Election Commission did not agree. The news of violence were also coming from the various parts of West Bengal. The election campaign of TMC was looked after by Mr. Prashant Kishor. When Home Minister Mr Amit Shah claimed that BJP would get more than 200 seats then Prashant Kishor claimed that even if BJP could touch the three figure mark then he would not undertake the campaign work in future. In such a charged atmosphere the election were conducted.Now everybody was waiting for the results.
इधर देश में करोना के मामलों में हो रही वृद्धि को देखते हुए जिस तरह से पश्चिम बंगाल में रैलियां हो रही थी, उसे पूरे देश के लोग हैरान हो के देख रहे थे की देश के कर्णधार जो बाकी जनता को करोना नियमों का पालन करने का उपदेश देते हैं, वह स्वयं लाखों लोगों की रैलियां कर रहे थे l उनमें करोना नियमों का जमकर उल्लंघन हो रहा था l करोना के हालात को देखते हुए पार्टियों ने यह भी मांग की की 8 चरणों की बजाए एक ही चरण में चुनाव निपटा दिए जाएं l मगर इसके लिए भी चुनाव आयोग राजी नहीं हुआ l चुनाव में और चुनाव से पहले हिंसा की खबरें भी आती रही l तृणमूल कांग्रेस की तरफ से पिछले 6 महीने से श्री प्रशांत किशोर काम कर रहे थे l जब श्री अमित शाह ने पश्चिम बंगाल में 200 सीटों का दावा किया था, उस वक्त श्री प्रशांत किशोर ने कहा था कि अगर भाजपा 3 अंकों में सीटें ले जाएगी तो वह यह चुनाव प्रबंधन का काम छोड़ देंगे l इन्ही आरोप- प्रत्यारोप, दावो के बीच चुनाव सम्पन्न हुए l अब सबको चुनाव नतीजो का इंतजार था l
The results of West Bengal Assembly Elections started coming on 2nd May. From the beginning it was expected that TMC was heading towards a great victory. But in Nandigram Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was facing a big challenge from one of his ex colleague Mr Shubhendu Adhikari. By late evening TMC got 213 seats out total 292 seats. On the other hand BJP could get only 77 seats and they became the main opposition party. In Nandigram Ms. Mamata Banerjee faced a defeat bye it's own Ex -colleagues Mr. Shubhendu Adhikari. Neither CPI(M) nor Congress could get even a single seat in the Assembly. Most of the Rebel candidates those who joined BJP from other parties faced defeats from TMC candidate. Mr Shubhendu Adhikari and Mr. Mukul Mukul Roy were the exceptions. Central Minister Mr Babul Supriya, leader like Mr Locket Chatterjee, Mr. Swapan Dasgupta were also defeated. Didi's favourite slogan 'Khela hobe' became true. BJP improved their seats at the cost of Congress and CPI(M). All the anti incumbency votes were shifted to BJP. That election projected Ms. Mamta Banerjee as a big fighter. After election violence started in the various parts of West Bengal. It became a point of tussle between the State Government and Centre Government. The Chief Secretary of West Bengal was caught between these two Governments. At last he was forced to resign but state government appointed him as a Consultant. Jaanvi predicted that now Mamta. Mamta Banerjee would start finding place in the National level politics.
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनावों के परिणाम 2 मई को आने शुरू हुए l शुरु से ही लग गया की तृणमूल कांग्रेस एक शानदार जीत की तरफ बढ़ रही है। मगर नंदीग्राम में मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी का अपने भूतपूर्व सिपहसालार शुभेंदु अधिकारी से को कांटे के मुकाबले का सामना करना पड़ रहा था l शाम होते होते तृणमूल कांग्रेस एक बड़ी जीत की और बड़ती दिखी l रात होते होते तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने 292 सीट में से 213 सीट जीत ली l वहीं भाजपा 77 सीट जीतकर सबसे बड़ा विपक्षी दल बनी। नन्दी ग्राम में सुश्री ममता बनर्जी अपने ही एक पूर्व सहयोगी श्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी से 1956 वोट से हार गई। सीपीएम इस चुनाव में एक भी सीट नहीं हासिल कर पाई और राष्ट्रीय पार्टी कांग्रेस ने भी पश्चिम बंगाल चुनाव में खाता तक नहीं खोला l पश्चिम बंगाल में तृणमूल कांग्रेस छोड़कर भाजपा में शामिल हुए अधिकतर उम्मीदवार विधानसभा चुनाव में हार गए। श्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी और श्री मुकुल रॉय जैसे कुछ चंद उम्मीदवारों को ही जीत नसीब हुई l अधिकांश बागी अपनी पुरानी पार्टी के उम्मीदवारों से हार गए l केंद्रीय मंत्री बाबुल सुप्रियो, भाजपा सांसद लॉकेट चटर्जी, स्वपन दासगुप्ता जैसे दिग्गज नेता भी हार गए। दीदी का खेला हो गया l सी पी एम और कांग्रेस के नुकसान पर भाजपा ने अपनी सिथति सुधारी l यानी तृणमूल कांग्रेस विरोधी वोट इस बार भाजपा के पीछे लाम्बन्द हो गया l उत्तरी बंगाल मे भाजपा को समर्थन मिला l इन चुनावो ने सुश्री ममता बनर्जी की एक संघर्ष शील महिला की छवि को निखार दिया l चुनाव के बाद राज्य मे राजनीतिक हिंसाए शुरू हो गई और केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के बीच खींचतान भी शुरू हो गई l इसी खींच तान मे पश्चिम बंगाल के चीफ सेक्रेटरी फंस गए और उन्हे अपने पद से त्यागपत्र देना पड़ा l हालांकि बाद मे उन्हे राज्य सरकार ने परामर्श दाता के तौर पर रख लिया l जानवी का कहना है कि सुश्री ममता बनर्जी अब राष्ट्रीय राजनीति मे जगह तलाशेगी l
For last few days the news of arrest of Mr Mahul Choksi was in LimeLight. When Nisha met Jaanvi she asked from her the details of that case. Then Jaanvi said "After doing a fraud with Punjab National Bank Mr. Mahaul Choksi escaped from India and took the citizenship of Antigua and Barbuda under the investment scheme. But on 23rd May 2021 he suddenly eloped from there. On 26th May he was arrested from small country Dominico when he was going to leave for Cuba in a local boat. Later his lawyer alleged that Antigua and Indian government agencies has kidnapped him and after beating him he was dropped in Dominico. His legal team also submitted a medical certificate in the Court of Dominico alleging that he is in a mental trauma and his BP is high. The medical certificate was issued by Dominico- China Friendship Hospital. The chief Magistrate off Dominico defer the case up to 25th June. Indian officials submitted affidavit in the Dominico High Court that the application of cancellation of Indian citizenship of Mr. Mahul Choksi has declined by the Indian Government. So still he is an Indian Citizen. Dominico High Court rejected the bail application of Mr. Mahaul Choksi.
एक दिन निशा ने जानवी से पूछा यह चौकसी के पकड़े जाने वाली खबर का विवरण क्या है l तो जानवी बोली " पंजाब नेशनल बैंक से घोटाला करके भागे हीरा कारोबारी श्री माहुल चोकसी(पहले विवरण दिया जा चुका है) ने वँहा की निवेश स्कीम मे एंटीगुआ और बारबूडा की नागरिकता ले ली थी l मगर 23 मई 2021 को अचानक वो वँहा से भी लापता हो गया l 26 मई को वो एक अन्य छोटे से राष्ट्र डोमिनिका में तब पकडा गया जब वो स्थानीय नौका मे क्यूबा जाने की फिराक मे था l बाद मे उसके वकील ने आरोप लगाए की एंटीगुआ और भारत की सरकारी एजेंसीयो ने मिलकर उसका अपहरण किया और उससे मार पिटाई करके उसे यंहा डोमिनिका मे छोड़ दिया l श्री माहुल चोकसी की कानूनी टीम ने अदालत मे डोमिनिका चाइना फ्रेंडशिप हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टरों द्धारा जारी किया एक चिकित्सीय प्रमाणपत्र पेश किया जिसमें बताया गया कि चोकसी मानसिक अवसाद में है और उसका रक्त चाप बढ़ गया l डोमोनिका के मुख्य मजिस्ट्रेट केरेटे जॉर्ज ने मामले की सुनवाई 25 जून तक टाल दी है I
Indian Government has written to Antgua Government that Mr Mahul Chouksey has taken it's citizenship by misleading their Government agencies. But afterword Dominico High Court give permission to Mr. Mahul Choksi for treatment in Dominico. The Dominico High Court has taken 10000 dollars as a security for going to Antigua for treatment. Indian government was very hopeful that they will be able to to get the custody of Mr. Mahul Choksi. Indian Government has sent a plane also to bring Mr Marvel Choksi back to India. But after 7 days the plane was called back. The matter is now seems to become complicated due to the legal procedures."
भारत ने एंटीगुआ सरकार को लिखा है कि श्री माहुल चौकसी ने धोखाधड़ी से वहां की नागरिकता ली है l भारतीय अधिकारियों ने हलफनामा दायर कर के डोमिनिका हाईकोर्ट में कहा है कि मेहुल चोकसी की भारतीय नागरिकता त्यागने की अर्जी नामंजूर कर दी है और वह अब भी भारतीय नागरिक है I मेहुल चोकसी को डोमिनिका हाई कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के बाद चोकसी को जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया l बाद मे डोमिनिका उच्च न्यायालय ने चोकसी (62) को इलाज कराने के लिए जमानत दे दी। एंटीगुआ के सूत्रों के मुताबिक अदालत ने 10 हजार ईस्टर्न कैरेबिनयन डॉलर (करीब पौने तीन लाख रुपये) जमानत राशि के रूप में देने के बाद चोकसी को एंटीगुआ जाने की अनुमति दी है l भारत को पूरी उम्मीद थी कि श्री माहुल चौकसी को जल्द ही वापस लाया जा सकेगा l उसको लाने के लिए एक विमान भी वँहा भेजा गया था l मगर एक हफ्ते बाद उसे वापिस बुला लिया l अब यह सारा प्रकरण कानूनी उलझनों मे उलझ गया है l"
During this covid period Apoorv and Nisha used to stay at home. They were passing their time by reading books or by watching TV. In February when there was a decline in the covid cases then they started going for walk in the park. But again when in March the covid cases started increasing then they stop going to the the park for a walk. In March one day Nisha received a telephone call. He was some Advocate Mr. Sharma. He asked "Am I talking to Mrs. Nisha. Nisha said " Yes I am Nisha this side". Mr Sharma asked " Do you know Mr Jivesh. She replied " Yes I know him". Then Mr. Sharma said " I am so sorry to inform you that he is no more. After prolonged illness he died few days back". Nisha was shocked and said " Please wait for few moments I am calling my husband." After putting her phone on hold she went to call Apoorv and asked him to come on the phone. Apoorv came on the phone and asked Mr Sharma "what was the cause of his death." Mr Sharma replied " he was cancer patient and he died due to that only." Apoorv said "I am so sorry. But what relationship do you have with him." Mr. Sharma said " I am his legal counsel." Then "Apoorv replied " How can I help you." Mr Sharma said " In his 'will' Mr. Jivesh has given everything including his business, his house and all properties to his daughter Vatika". Then Apoorv said " But Vatika is married now and she is staying in Pune. Please call me after 2 days in the main time I will talk to her in laws."
इस दौरान अपूर्व और निशा भी घर मे ही रहे l सारा दिन या तो टी वी देखते या मैंगज़ीन और किताबे पढ़ कर निकाल जाता था l फरवरी के महीने मे जब केस कम थे तब थोड़ा पार्क मे घूमने जाना शुरू किया था मगर मार्च मे केस बढ़ने से फिर जाना बन्द कर दिया l तभी एक दिन निशा के फोन की घण्टी बजी l किसी एडवोकेट शर्मा का फोन था उसने पूछा "क्या आप निशा बोल रही हैं" I निशा ने जवाब दिया "जी हां मैं निशा बोल रही हूं l" शर्मा ने पूछा "आप श्री जीवेश को जानती हैं l" निशा ने कहा "हां मैं जानती हूं" I शर्मा जी ने कहा "मोहतरमा आपको बताते हुए मुझे अफसोस हो रहा है कि श्री जीवेश अब नहीं रहे l पिछले हफ्ते उनका लंबी बीमारी के बाद देहांत हो गया l" निशा एकदम घबरा गई l उसने कहा "ठहर जाइए मैं अपने पति को बुलाती हूं l" उसने फोन होल्ड करा कर अपूर्व को जगा दिया l अपूर्व फोन पर आया और पूछा "शर्मा जी जीवेश को क्या हुआ था l शर्मा ने जवाब दिया "उन्हें कैंसर था और उसी से उनका देहांत हुआ है"I अपूर्व बोला "यह जानकर बहुत अफसोस हुआ l आप उनके क्या लगते हैं"l शर्मा ने जवाब दिया "मैं उनका वकील हूं"l अपूर्व ने पूछा बताइए "मुझे कैसे याद किया"l शर्मा ने जवाब दिया "जीवेश अपनी वसीयत में अपना व्यापार, घर और अन्य सब कुछ अपनी बेटी वाटिका के नाम कर गए हैं l इसी सिलसिले में आपसे मैं बात करना चाहता था"l अपूर्व ने कहा "वाटिका तो शादी के बाद पुणे में बस गई है l आप कृपया 2 दिन बाद फोन करें तब तक मैं उनके ससुराल में बात करके सारी जानकारी आपको दे पाऊंगा"l
After completing the call when Apoorv came inside he saw that Nisha was crying. It was but natural because though they were divorced but Jivesh was her first love. They spent so many years together as husband and wife. Vatika is a symbol of their love. Apoorv put his hand on her shoulder. As she saw him she just hugged him and started crying. Apoorv console her by giving her some affectionate touch. After sometime when she settled down then Apoorv prepared two Cup of tea and sat near to her. Then he told her everything about he talked to the advocate. Then both started discussing that how to inform Vatika. At last they decided that they would tell everything to Shandily and he would inform Vatika. They also decided that they would request Shandily to go personally along with Namitha to Vatika and give her the message. According to they reply from her in laws they would decide the next course of action.
फोन रख कर अपूर्व अंदर आया तो देखा की निशा रो रही है l यह स्वाभाविक था l क्योंकि चाहे तलाक हो गया हो मगर जीवेश तो निशा का प्रथम प्यार था l उन्होंने कई बरस इकट्ठे पति-पत्नी की तरह जिये थे l वाटिका भी उनके प्यार की निशानी थी l निशा शायद अपनी यादों के घेरे में उलझी हुई थी l अपूर्व आहिस्ता आहिस्ता उसके सिर पर हाथ फेरने लगा l जैसे ही निशा ने अपूर्व का स्पर्श पाया वह उससे लिपट कर रोने लगी l अपूर्व ने उसे सहलाते हुए तसल्ली दी l थोड़ी देर बाद जब वह स्थिर हुई है तो अपूर्व चाय बना कर ले आया l उससे बात शुरू करते हुए जो एडवोकेट से बात हुई थी वह उसे बता दी l अब दोनों यह सोचने लगे की वाटिका को कैसे बताया जाए l फिर आखिर दोनों ने फैसला किया कि शांडिल्य को सारी बात बताई जाए और कहा जाए कि वह और नमिता दोनों जाकर वाटिका को सारी बात बताएं l फिर आगे देखा जाएगा कि क्या करना है l
It was morning time when Apoorv called Shandily. He picked up the phone and said " How are you Papa." Apoorv said " I am alright how are you being." Shandily said "I am fine Papa. Getting ready for the office. Is there anything important." Apoorv explained him everything in detail and advised him to go to Vatika's house personally to inform her everything and console her. He said "O.K. Papa. I will go there along with Namita. How is Mama. Please take care of her." Apoorv said "O.K. Beta". After completing the call Shandily told everything to Namita. She also took leave from the office and both went to Namitha's house. When they reached there Vatika got surprised to see them so early in the morning. She called her father-in-law and Rakesh. They also were surprised and ask " Is everything alright." Shandily said " Something important is there that's why I have came so early in the morning." Then he told them everything in detail. Vatika's eyes filled with the tears. Shandily went near her and console her. She kept on crying for sometime and then went in to her room.
सुबह का समय था अपूर्व ने शांडिल्य का फोन मिला दिया l शांडिल्य ने फोन उठाया और पूछा "पापा कैसे हैं"l अपूर्व बोला "ठीक हूं बेटा, आप सुनाएं l" शांडिल्य ने कहा "ठीक है बस, ऑफिस जाने के लिए तैयार हो रहा था l बताइए कोई खास बात तो नहीं है"I अपूर्व ने सारी बात उसे विस्तार से बता दी l और कहा की वाटिका को जाकर सारी बात बता दे और उसे तसल्ली देकर आए l शांडिलय ने कहा "ठीक है पापा मैं आज की छुट्टी ले लेता हूं और जाता हूं l मां कैसी है आप उनका ख्याल रखिएगा "l अपूर्व ने कहा "ठीक है बेटा l" उसके बाद शांडिल्य ने सारी बात नमिता को बताई और उसने भी उस दिन की छुट्टी कर ली l दोनों वाटिका के पास नमिता के घर गए l वाटिका दोनों को सुबह-सुबह देख कर हैरान रह गई l उसने उनको बिठाकर राकेश को और अपने सास- ससुर को बुला लिया l
वह सब भी इन्हें देख कर हैरान हो गए और पूछा "सब ठीक-ठाक है"l शांडिल्य ने कहा "वाटिका कुछ खास ही बात थी l इसीलिए मैं सुबह सुबह यहां पर आया हूं l कुछ बातें ऐसी होती हैं जहां पर इंसान का कोई बस नहीं चलता l कुछ ऐसी ही बात हुई है l तुम्हारे पहले पिता श्री जीवेश का देहांत हो गया है l वह काफी समय से कैंसर से पीड़ित थे"I इतना सुनते ही वाटिका के आंखों से आंसू बहने लगे l शांडिलय ने उठकर उसके सिर पर हाथ फेरना शुरू कर दिया और तसल्ली दी l काफी देर तक वो रोती रही और फिर उठ कर अंदर चली गई l
After few minutes she came out after washing her face. But she was silent. Now Shandily explained her about discussion between Apoorv and the lawyer. Vatika said " I don't have the knowledge of all these things. You please consult about this with Papa ji and Rakesh." Then Shandily asked Vatika's father in law " Uncle what do you suggest in this matter." Vatika's father in law said " It will be difficult for Mr. Apoorv to come to Pune. So please ask the lawer to come to Pune. He can get the necessary signature of Vatika also. I will talk to your father also in this regard and we will decide how to proceed further." Shandily said "O.K.Uncle then we may leave now." Vatika's mother in law said " You both are on leave today. So please stay here for the day. Vatika will also get some time to get adjusted." So they stayed there for some time and came back in the evening. Shandily called his father and told him every thing on phone.
कुछ देर बाद अपना मुंह धो कर आई और चुपचाप बैठ गई l शांडिल्य ने बताया क पापा का फोन आया था और उसने एडवोकेट से जो बात हुई और सारी बता दी l वाटिका बोली "इन सब का तो मेरे को पता नहीं l आप राकेश से और डैडी (राकेश के पिताजी) से इस बारे में बात कर ले "l शांडिल्य ने राकेश के पिता जी से पूछा "अंकल आपकी क्या राय है l" राकेश के पिता ने कहा "भाई साहब का तो दिल्ली से आना मुश्किल हो जाएगा l तो वह एडवोकेट शर्मा को बोलें कि पुणे आकर हमसे बात कर ले l वाटिका से जो कागज साइन कराने हैं वह करा ले l मैं खुद भी अपूर्व जी से बात कर लूंगा और हम सलाह कर लेंगे कि हम आगे कैसे करना है l" शांडिलय ने उठते कहा "ठीक है अब हम चलते हैं"l तभी नमिता की मम्मी ने कहा "अरे नमिता अभी ठहर जा नाश्ता करो l आज तो छुट्टी ली है तो शाम को ही जाना l वाटिका को भी तसल्ली रहेगी l" इस पर वह वहीं बैठ गए l शाम को जब घर वापस आए तो उन्होंने अपूर्व को सारी बात फोन पर बता दी l
Apoorva was mainly concerned about the business. He asked Shandily "What do you think what should we do of the business." Shandilay said " Papa in my opinion Vatika will not be able to to handle the business. Her father-in-law is also busy in his petrol pump business. As far as Rakesh is concerned it is not advisable to send him to the Mumbai for this business. Because advertisement business has a lot of glamour. There are chances that he may not get attracted towards some bad habits. Better you both discussed among yourself and then tell me. I will again go to their house and convey your message. Apoorv for consultation called Jaanvi to their house. He told everything to her. Jaanvi also felt very bad after listening about Jivesh. Janvi said " When Jivesh came to attend the marriage of Vatika at that time also he was looking very weak and sick. But he did not tell anything about his illness otherwise we would have tried to help him. As far as the question of business is concerned one alternative is that we may sell of all the business and give money to the Vatika."
अपूर्व अब सोच रहा था की बिजनेस को क्या करेंगे l उसने शांडिल्य से पूछा "तुम्हारी क्या राय है"I शांडिल्य ने कहा "पापा वाटिका तो यह बिजनेस कर नही पाएगी l इसके ससुर अपने पेट्रोल पंप पर बहुत बिजी हैं l जहां तक राकेश का सवाल है तो मुझे लगता है कि उसका मुंबई जाकर इस लाइन में पढ़ना सही नहीं होगा l क्योंकि यह लाइन बड़ी ग्लैमरस है उसमें किसी के भटकने का बहुत मौका होता है l तो आप आपस में सलाह कर लीजिए फिर मुझे बताइए l मैं फिर वाटिका के घर जाकर दोबारा बात कर लूंगा l" ऐसे में अपूर्व ने जानवी को फोन कर करें अपने घर पर बुला लिया l उसे सारी बात बताई l जानवी भी जीवेश के बारे में जानकर बहुत उदास हुई और कहने लगी "जब वाटिका की शादी में जीवेश आया तब ही काफी बीमार लग रहा था l मगर उसने अपनी बीमारी का कोई जिक्र नहीं किया l नहीं तो कोशिश करके उससे मिलने जाया जा सकता था l जहां तक व्यापार का सवाल है तो इस बारे में गंभीरता से सोचना पड़ेगा l एक विकल्प तो यह है कि सारे बिजनेस को बेच दिया जाए और पैसा वाटिका को दे दिया जाए l"
Apoorv replied " It will be very difficult to find out a customer for the business in such an atmosphere. We will have to to sell everything at a very low rates. Second option is that because all the business are mostly in the shut down stage. So we may also shut down the business and leave it for sometime as it is. Jaanvi said " If we do like that then what will we do of the existing clients. Everything in the business will be lost and only property will remain." Apoorv asked "Jaanvi can you handle this business." Jaanvi said " I can't leave Delhi, then who will handle the clients there in Mumbai." Apoorv said "OK then I will discuss it with Vatika's father-in-law." He called up Vatika's father in law and asked about his view point in the matter.
अपूर्व ने जवाब दिया "जैसा माहौल है उसमें खरीदार भी ढूंढना बहुत मुश्किल होगा l सब कुछ बहुत ही औने पौने दाम पर बेचना पड़ेगा l दूसरा तरीका यह है कि फिल्हाल तो काम करीब करीब बन्द पड़े है l तो सब कुछ बन्द करके रख दिया जाए"l जानवी बोली "अगर सब बंद करके रख दिया तो थोड़ी बहुत जो कलाइट बचे हैं वो भी खत्म हो जाएंगे l और फिर तो सब कुछ कुड़ा हो जाएगा, सिवाय प्रॉपर्टी केl" अपूर्व ने कहा "फिर और क्या हो सकता है l तुम यह बिजनेस संभाल सकती हो क्या?" जानवी ने कहा "मैं दिल्ली छोड़कर तो जा नहीं सकती l फिर वहां के क्लाइंट कौन संभालेगा l अपूर्व बोला "ठीक है मैं जितेंद्र(राकेश के पिता) से बात करता हूं कि वह क्या कहते हैं l" उन्होंने वाटिका के ससुर का फोन मिलाया और उनसे बात की कि इस बारे में उनका क्या ख्याल है l
He suggested " The office in the Mumbai may be shifted to Pune so that all the client those who are in Pune or Mumbai may be retain. the flat in Mumbai may be rent out and I am having a plot near to my Petrol pump and we can have an office there. Vatika may look after the office and business from there. Me and Rakesh will also be there to help her." Every body liked that suggestion and it was finalised. After 2 days when the lawyer Mr. Sharma called Apoorv then he was suggested to go to Pune and finalised everything there with Vatika's family. Mr. Sharma went to Pune and fulfilled all the formalities. Within a month the office at Pune started working.
उन्होंने यह सुझाव दिया कि मुंबई का ऑफिस पुणे में शिफ्ट कर दिया जाए ताकि मुंबई और मुंबई के आसपास जितने भी क्लाइंट है उनसे नाता बनाए रखा जाए l मुंबई में जो फ्लैट है उसको किराए पर दे दिया जाए l पेट्रोल पंप के साथ ही उनके पास कुछ जगह खाली पड़ी है वहां पर ऑफिस खोल के वाटिका को वहां का इंचार्ज बना दिया जाए l राकेश और वह खुद भी वहां पर उसकी मदद करते रहेंगे l यह सुझाव सबको पसंद आया और फाइनल हो गया l 2 दिन बाद एडवोकेट शर्मा जी का फोन आया तो उनसे कहा गया कि वह वाटिका और उसके परिवार से पुणे जा कर मिल कर सारी चीजें फाइनल कर ले l जहां उसके हस्ताक्षर चाहिए वहां पर उससे करवा लिए जाए l महीने के अंदर ही सारा काम हो गया तथा वाटिका ने पुणे में अपना दफ्तर खोल लिया l
Suddenly one day Mr. Sanjay Singh an MP of Aam Aadmi Party alleged that Ram Janam Bhoomi Mandir Trust was involved in some dicey dealings. Whatever was shown on TV was in technical language. To understand properly Apoorv called Jaanvi for dinner at his residence. When she came in the evening then Apoorv asked "Jaanvi can you give us some details of this news."
एक दिन अचानक टी वी पर खबर आनी शुरू हो गई की आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद श्री संजय सिंह ने आरोप लगाए है कि श्री राम मन्दिर ट्रस्ट के द्धारा खरीदी जमीन मे जबरदस्त घोटाला हो रहा है l उनके इलावा बाकी प्रवक्ताओ ने भी ऐसे इल्जाम लगाए l मगर जो टी वी पर बताया जा रहा था वो तकनीकी भाषा मे था l उसको ठीक से समझने के लिए अपूर्व ने जानवी को शाम को घर बुला लिया l थोड़ी देर इधर उधर की बातो के बाद अपूर्व ने बात शुरू करते हुए कहा "जानवी यह जो श्री राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट के बारे मे बाते उड़ रही है इसकी कुछ विस्तृत जानकारी दे सकती हो l"
Jaanvi said " Apoorv this is a very sensitive matter. According to the allegations a piece of land in Ayodhya Sadar district village Bagh Bijesi guata number 243, 244 and 246 was sold by Mr Mehboob Alam, Mr Javed Alam, Mr Noor Alam and Mr Firoz Alam to Mrs Kusum Pathak and Mr Harish Pathak. But due to a legal case pending in the court the registry of the deal could not be done and in 2014 they renewed this agreement of 2011. In 2017 when that case was concluded then the registry was done in the name of Mrs. Kusam Pathak and Mr Harish Pathak. In 2019 Mrs. Kusum Pathak and Mr Harish Pathak entered in to a registered agreement with Mr Mukhtar Ansari and 8 others and sell that land to them in 2 crore rupees. In 2021 that agreement was converted into a registry and documents were registered in the name of Mr Mukhtar Ansari and Mr Ravi Mohan Tiwari. The names of eight others who were along there with Mr. Mukhtar Ansari in the previous agreement were not there in the registry and a new name of Mr. Ravi Mohan Tiwari was added.
जानवी ने कहा "देखो अपूर्व यह जो मामला है यह बहुत ही सवेंदनशील है l जो आरोप लग रहे है उसके अनुसार एक एंग्रीमेंट से श्री महबूब आलम, जावेद आलम, नूर आलम और फिरोज आलम ने विक्रेता के तौर पर एक जमीन का टुकडा अयोध्या सदर तहसील के बाग बिजैसी गांव में गाटा संख्या 243, 244 और 246 को सुश्री कुसुम पाठक और श्री हरीश पाठक को बेचा l क्योंकि विवाद कोर्ट में होने की वजह से रजिस्ट्री नहीं हो पायी और 2014 में 2011 का ही एग्रीमेंट इन्हीं लोगों के बीच रिन्यू करवाया गया l बाद मे 2017 में विवाद खत्म होने के बाद सुश्री कुसुम पाठक और श्री हरीश पाठक के नाम पर रजिस्ट्री हुई l 2019 में सुश्री कुसुम पाठक और श्री हरीश पाठक का सुल्तान अंसारी समेत आठ लोगों के साथ इस जमीन को 2 करोड़ मे बेचने का रजिस्टर्ड एग्रीमेंट हुआ l फिर 2021 में इसकी बिक्री की लिखा पड़ी होती है और सुश्री कुसुम पाठक और श्री हरीश पाठक यह जमीन श्री सुल्तान अंसारी और उनके साथ रवि मोहन तिवारी को बेच देते है l एंग्रीमेंट के दौरान सुल्ता अंसारी के साथ लिखे हुए आठ लोगों के नाम रजिस्ट्री मे नही होते और श्री रवि मोहन तिवारी का नया नाम डील से जुड़ जाता है l
Within 5 minutes of this registry Mr Sultan Ansari and Mr Ravi Mohan Tiwari sold that land to Mr. Champat Rai in 18.5 crore rupees. Out of this amount 17 crore rupees were transferred as an advance through RTGS system. The Trustee of Shri Ram Mandir Trust Mr Anil Mishra and Mayer of Ayodhya Mr. Rishikesh Upadhyay has signed as witness in amount given as an advance and on the agreement. Mr Sanjay Singh also raised the question that to purchase land the regulation was to be passed by the trust. How within 5 minutes the trust passed this resolution. Similar doubts were raised by the ex MLA of the area Mr Tej Narayan Pande.
ठीक पांच मिनट के बाद इसी जमीन को श्री सुल्तान अंसारी और श्री रवि मोहन तिवारी से श्री चंपत राय ने साढ़े 18 करोड़ रुपए में खरीद लिया। इनमें से 17 करोड़ रुपए पेशगी के तौर पर आरटीजीएस के जरिए दे दिए गए l इस एग्रीमेंट और ब्यनामा दोनों में ही श्री राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट के ट्रस्टी श्री अनिल मिश्रा और अयोध्या के मेयर श्री ऋृषिकेश उपाध्याय की गवाही हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी सांसद ने यह भी कहा कि किसी भी ट्रस्ट में जमीन खरीदने के लिए बोर्ड प्रस्ताव पास करता है। मगर पांच मिनट में ही श्री राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट ने यह प्रस्ताव कैसे पास कर लिया और फौरन जमीन खरीद ली l ऐसे ही आरोप अयोघ्या के पूर्व विधायक और पूर्व मंत्री श्री तेज नारायण पांडे उर्फ पवन पांडे ने भी लगाए है l
Similar doubts are raised against some other land deals also. Some people are alleging that Mr Deep Upadhyay nephew of Ayodhya's Mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay has purchased a land from one of the Mahant in rupees 20 lacs. According to Circle rate the value of land is 35.6 lacs rupees. After about three months in the month of May Mr. Deep Upadhyay sold that land to Shri Ram Mandir Trust in 2.5 crore rupees. In this also the trustee of Shri Ram Mandir Trust Mr Anil Mishra is a witness. So many other people are coming out with so many other details. Let us see what happens and that too if there is any enquiry."
ऐसे ही आरोप कुछ और जमीनों की खरीद के बारे मे लगाए जा रहे है l बताया जा रहा है कि इस साल 20 फरवरी को अयोध्या के मेयर श्री ऋषिकेश उपाध्याय के भतीजे श्री दीप उपाध्याय ने अयोध्या के महंत से 20 लाख रुपये में एक जमीन खरीदी थी। सर्किल रेट के हिसाब से इस जमीन की कीमत 35.6 लाख रुपये थी। करीब 3 महीने बाद मई में श्री दीप उपाध्याय ने इस जमीन को श्री राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट को ढाई करोड़ रुपये में बेचा l इसमे भी श्री राम जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट के सदस्य श्री अनिल मिश्रा गवाही के रूप मे उपस्थित है l देखो अपूर्व अभी तो और भी कई लोग कई तथ्य लेकर बीच मे कूद रहे है l मगर यह सब अभी आरोप है l असलीयत तो जाँच से ही पता चलेगी l वो भी अगर जाँच हुई तो l"

उसके बाद और बाते चल पड़ी l अपूर्व ने जानवी से पूछा "पंजाब मे जो कांग्रेस मे श्री नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू और कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह मे जो घमासान चल रहा है उस पर तुम्हारा क्या कहना है l" जानवी बोली "जंहा तक लग रहा है कि श्री नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू चाहेंगे कि उन्हे मुख्य मंत्री के रूप मे चुनाव मे उतारा जाए l जंहा तक लग रहा है कि कांग्रेस ऐसा करने के मूड मे नही है l ऐसे मे सिद्धू क्या करेंगे यह तो वक्त बताएगा l ऐसे में शायद पहली गलती नहीं तो दोहराएंगे कि जब भाजपा से त्यागपत्र दे दिया बिना किसी और पार्टी से कोई वायदा लिए l आम आदमी पार्टी से तब इनकी बात बनी नही और मजबूरी में इन्हें बिना शर्त कांग्रेस में जाना पड़ा l अब अगर कांग्रेस छोड़ेंगे तो पहले किसी दूसरी पार्टी से वायदा ले लेंगे नहीं तो कांग्रेस में ही रहेंगे l"

फिर बात चल पड़ी कि कैसे सुश्री सुचेता दलाल के एक ट्वीट ने अदानी ग्रुप के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट पैदा कर दी l जानवी ने बताया "हालांकि सुश्री सुचेता दलाल ने अडानी ग्रुप का सीधा नाम कंही नही लिया है, मगर शेयर मार्केट ने मतलब अपने आप निकाल लिए और अडानी ग्रुप के शेयरो को भारी गिरावट का सामना करना पड़ा l बिजनेस पत्रकार सुचेता दलाल ने ट्वीट किया, 'सेबी ट्रैकिंग सिस्टम के पास उपलब्ध सूचनाओं के ब्लैक बॉक्स के बाहर एक और घोटाला साबित करना मुश्किल है l यह अतीत के एक ऑपरेटर की वापसी है l जो सभी विदेशी संस्थाओं के माध्यम से लगातार एक समूह की कीमतों में हेराफेरी कर रहा है l उनकी विशेषता और एक पूर्व वित्तमंत्री l कुछ नहीl'

The market was filled with the rumors. There was a rumor that NSDL has freezed the accounts of three foreign investors of Adani group. Though Adani group has clarified that the 'news of freezing of accounts of three of their foreign investor is wrong and is motivated to confuse their investors.' But by that time the Adani group has suffered losses due to the sensitivity of of the market that's why it is called Sensex. But some people are alleging that theory if such a fall due to one tweet is not acceptable. Because otherwise also the Adani group do not have much of the shares in the hands of retailers. Then who sold the shares. In Adani group shares 50 to 70% shares are hold by Adani Group themselves. 20 to 30% shares are with foreign investors. If it is true that their accounts are freezed then it is very difficult to manage such a fall with only a little of shares with retailer. So this fall my not indicate towords forthcoming corporate war in Indian market."
उसके बाद अफवाहों का बाजार गर्म हो गया l अफवाह सामने आई कि नेशनल सिक्योरिटीज डिपॉजिटरी लिमिटेड (NSDL) ने अडानी ग्रुप की तीन इंवेस्टर्स के खातों को फ्रीज कर दिया है l ये तीन इंवेस्टर्स विदेशी संस्थान है l अडानी ग्रुप ने स्पष्टिकरण भी दिया
“खाते फ्रीज़ करने वाली बात स्पष्ट रूप से गलत है और निवेशक समुदाय को गुमराह करने के लिए जानबूझकर फैलाई गई है.”
मगर जो नुकसान उनको होना था वो हो गया l क्योंकि इस मार्केट की सवेंदनशीलता के कारण ही इसे सेंसेक्स कहा जाता है l कुछ लोगो का यह भी मानना है कि एक ट्वीट आया और शेयर गिर गए यह बात भी समझ नही आ रही l अडानी के शेयर रिटेल निवेशक के हाथों में न के बराबर है, तो बेचा किसने? अडानी की ग्रूप कंपनियो में अडानी की हिस्सेदारी 50% से 70% तक हैl 20 से 30 % तक विदेशी निवेशक है l अगर अफवाह के मुताबिक उनके खाते फ्रीज़ कर दिये गए है तो मार्केट मे बिकने वाले शेयर बहुत कम रह गए l ऐसे मे यह गिरावट कन्हीं साधारण गिरावट न होकर आने वाले कॉर्पोरेट वार का इशारा तो नही है l
Just before the monsoon session of Parliament a news was broken up that NGO of Paris Forbidden stories and Amnesty International had provided data off 50000 telephone numbers. These two organisation along with 16 other media houses made a group and investigated these numbers. The name given to this project was Pegasus project. In the enquiry of this database leak 16 media houses like The Guardian, Washington post, The Wire, Frontline, The Radio France, Le Monde, Süddeutsche Zeitung etc participated.
तभी संसद के मानसून सत्र के शुरू होने से एक दिन पहले एक खबर आई कि पेरिस के गैर-लाभकारी मीडिया संगठनों, फ़ॉरबिडेन स्टोरीज़ और एमनेस्टी इंटरनेशनल को 50 हज़ार फ़ोन नंबरों का डेटा मिला है l इन दोनों संस्थाओं ने दुनिया की अन्य 16 मीडिया संस्थानों के साथ मिलकर रिपोर्टरों का एक समूह बनाया जिसने इस डेटा बेस के नबंरों की पड़ताल की l इस पड़ताल को 'पेगासस प्रोजेक्ट' का नाम दिया गया l इस डेटा बेस के लीक की पड़ताल मे द गार्डियन, वॉशिंगटन पोस्ट, द वायर, फ़्रंटलाइन, रेडियो फ़्रांस, Le Monde,, Süddeutsche Zeitung जैसे 16 मीडिया संस्थानों के पत्रकारों ने भाग लिया l
It was claimed that these 50000 telephone numbers were provided by client of NSO company for Pegasus system. It was also claimed that this data was upto 2016 only. Though afterwards some organizations were saying that it was not sure that this database was hacked by Pegasus or were attempted to be hacked. It was also claimed that 1571 numbers were checked as samples to find out that to whom these numbers belongs to. It was also claimed that 10 Countries were the clients of NSO Group (Pegasus) and they had feeded the numbers in the system. These 10 countries were India, Ajerbejaan, Behrin, Kajakistan, Mexico, Moracco, Rawanda, Saudi Arab, Hungry and Syunkt Arab Amirat.
दावा किया गया कि ये 50 हज़ार नंबर एनएसओ कंपनी के क्लाइंट (कई देशों की सरकारें) ने पेगासस सिस्टम को उपलब्ध कराए हैं l यह भी कहा गया कि यह डेटा बेस साल 2016 से अब तक का है l हालांकि अब कई संस्थाएँ यह कह रही है कि ये निश्चित रूप से नहीं कहा जा सकता कि 50 हज़ार नंबरों का डेटा लीक हुआ है वो सभी नंबर पेगासस से हैक किए गए या हैकिंग की कोशिशों का शिकार हुए है l कहा जा रहा है कि पेगासस प्रोजेक्ट में नमूने के तौर पर 1571 नंबर जांच की गई कि यह किसके है l और यह दावा किया जा रहा है कि जांच में सामने आया है कि 10 देश एनएसओ के ग्राहक हैं जिन्होंने सिस्टम में ये नंबर डाले थे l इन 10 देशों के नाम है- भारत, अज़रबैजान, बहरीन, कज़ाकिस्तान, मैक्सिको, मोरक्को, रवांडा, सऊदी अरब, हंगरी और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात l
Pegasus is a spying software. It is made by an Israel Cyber Defence Company NSO Group Technology. It can be installed in a mobile phone simply by giving a miss call. It can be installed even without the permission and knowledge of the owner of the phone. The quality of this software is that it can read any end to end encrypted chat also. On the other hand NSO group has given clarification that this software was provided to the Governments of the various countries only. It is mainly used for tracking the criminals and the extremists. The cofounder of NSO group issued a statement to American newspaper Washington Post that the NSO group always remains conscious to check the violation of human rights. He claimed that NSO group has nothing to do with the leaked list of the database.
पेगासस एक जासूसी साफ्टवेयर है l जिसे इसराइली साइबर सुरक्षा कंपनी एनएसओ ग्रुप टेक्नॉलॉजीज़ ने बनाया है। इसको क्यू-सुईट भी कहा जाता है l इसे मिस कॉल के जरिए किसी भी फोन मे इसे इंस्टॉल किया जा सकता है। इसे उपभोक्ता की इजाजत और जानकारी के बिना किसी भी फोन में डाल सकते है l इसकी खूबी यह है कि यह फोन में मौजूद एंड टू एंड एंक्रिप्टेड चैट को भी पढ़ लेता है। वंही एनएसओ समूह की ओर से यह सपष्टिकरण दिया जा चुका है कि कंपनी अपने सॉफ्टवेयर अलग-अलग देश की सरकारों को ही बेचती है l इस सॉफ्टवेयर को अपराधियों और आतंकवादियों को ट्रैक करने के उद्देश्य से ही बनाया गया है l एनएसओ ग्रुप के सह-संस्थापक शेल्वी उलियो द्धारा वॉशिंगटन पोस्ट को दिए एक बयान मे पेगासस के इस्तेमाल के ज़रिए मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन की जांच करवाने का दावा किया है l उन्होंने कहा कि हज़ारों नंबर वाली लीक हुई लिस्ट का एनएसओ से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है l
While the investigating organizations were saying that those numbers were of the countries who were clients of NSO Groups. After that NSO group gave a statement that they would investigate the matter and would take proper action. They also claimed that they had stopped 2 of their software which were sold to clients. They claimed that they were selling their software to law enforcing agencies, Military and Intelligence agencies of 40 countries. The human rights records of these countries were always tracked by them. But the NSO never revealed the name of these countries. This software was came to knowledge first time in 2016 when this software was tried to be installed in the phone of a Social worker but was not suceeded. When the phone was checked then the software came to knowledge.
जबकि जांच करने वाले संगठनो का कहना है कि ये नंबर एनएसओ के ग्राहक देशों के हैं l अब एनएसओ कह रहा है कि पड़ताल में बताये गए दावों को 'पेगासस से जुड़े सभी विश्वसनीय दावों की जांच करेगा और उचित कार्रवाई करेगा l' उसने यह भी दावा किया कि उसने पिछले 12 महीने में दो ग्राहकों को दिया गया सॉफ्टवेयर सिस्टम बंद कर दिया है l उनका यह भी कहना है कि अपना सॉफ्टवेयर 40 देशों की सेना, क़ानून व्यवस्था लागू करने वाली एजेंसी और इंटेलिजेंस एजेंसी को ही बेचती है l इन देशों के मानवाधिकारों के बारे क्या रिकॉर्ड हैं, इसकी निरंतर जांच की जाती है l मगर कंपनी इन 40 देशों का नाम नहीं बताती l इस सॉफ्ट वेयर का दुनिया को सबसे पहले 2016 मे पता चला था l जब एक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता के फोन मे इस को डालने की कोशिश की गई और वो कामयाब नही हुई l उस फोन की जब जाँच करवाई गई तो इस सॉफ्ट वेयर का पता चला था l
In India on the basis of reports of International orgainisations our opposition parties were blaming that in India more than 142 people were targeted by using this software. Opposition blamed that Press Reporters, lawyers, Ministers, opposition leaders, activists of Civil Society, Judges and other people who were sitting on constitutional posts were under surveillance by using this software. Name of Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Prashant Kishore, Ex Election Commissioner Mr. Ashok Lavasa, Ex Chief Justice of India Mr. Ranjan Gogoi, Mr. Abhishek Banerjee the nephew of Ms. Mamta Banerjee, two founders of The Wire, contributor of The Wire Ms. Rohini Singh, reporter of The Indian Express Mr. Sushant Singh and two of their own Ministers Mr. Ashwani Vaishnav and Mr Parlhad Patel were there in this list.
भारत मे विपक्ष अंतराष्ट्रीय एजेंसीओ की खबरों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार यह आरोप लगा रहा है कि भारत में 142 से ज्यादा लोगों जिनमें पत्रकार, वकील, मंत्री, विरोधी दल के नेता, सिविल सोसायटी के सक्रिय कार्यकरताओ और संवैधानिक पदों पर बैठे लोगों को पेगासस सॉफ्टवेयर का इस्तेमाल करके निशाना बनाया गया और सर्विलांस किया गया है। इनमे श्री राहुल गांधी, श्री प्रशांत किशोर, पूर्व चुनाव आयुक्त श्री अशोक लवासा, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व मुख्य न्याय श्री रंजन गगोई, भाजपा के नव नियुक्त मन्त्री श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव और श्री प्रह्लाद सिंह पटेल, पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्य मन्त्री सुश्री ममता बनर्जी के भतीजे अभिषेक बनर्जी, द वायर के दो संस्थापकों, वायर की कंट्रीब्यूटर रोहिणी सिंह और इंडियन एक्सप्रेस के पत्रकार सुशांत सिंह आदि का नाम शामिल है l
Amnesty International found during Laboratory check that when Mr. Prashant Kishore was busy in the Elections of West Bengal at that time his phone was hacked by using Pegasus software. Even on the day when it was tested in laboratory on the same day also it was hacked. Government of India out rightly rejected these allegations. The opposition parties were demanding an immediate discussion in the Parliament on this issue and were also demanding a SIT under the supervision of Supreme Court to enquire in to the matter. The opposition was also alleging that Government was not telling clearly whether they had purchased the software or not. The Parliament could not function because of this issue. Mr. N. Ram the Ex Editor of 'The Hindu' Newspaper and founder of Asianet Mr. Shashi Kumar had filed a case in Supreme Court in this regard. The next hearing would be on 5th August 2021 before the Bench of Chief Justice N. V. Ramanna.
एमनेस्टी इंटरनेशनल की लैब ने जाँच मे पाया कि चुनाव रणनीतिकार श्री प्रशांत किशोर जब वह बंगाल मे चुनाव के काम में लगे थे उस दौरान भी उनके फ़ोन को हैक किया गया था l 14 जुलाई को प्रशांत किशोर के फ़ोन की फ़ॉरेंसिक जांच की गई और पाया गया कि उस दिन भी उनके फ़ोन को पेगासस से हैक किया गया था l भारत सरकार ने जांच को खारिज करते हुए इसे पूरी तरह से बेबुनियाद करार दिया है। इस विषय पर विपक्ष तुरन्त बहस चाहता है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट की देख रेख मे एस आई टी बनाकर इसकी जाँच चाहता है l विपक्ष का यह भी कहना है कि सरकार यह नही बता रही है कि उन्होंने यह सॉफ्ट वेयर खरीदा है की नही l इस मुद्दे पर संसद शुरू से ठप पड़ी है l द हिंदू के पूर्व मुख्य संपादक श्री एन राम और एशियानेट के संस्थापक श्री शशि कुमार (निदेशक एसीजे) ने माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे इस विषय पर एक याचिका लगाई है l इस याचिका को चीफ जस्टिस एनवी. रमना की बेंच के सामने रखा गया और इस याचिका को सुनवाई के लिए स्वीकार कर लिया गया l अब इसकी सुनवाई 5 अगस्त को होगी l
It is also not true that time will never change. Now an alley of NDA Mr. Nitish Kumar is also demanding enquiry in Pegasus case. Ms. Mamta Banerjee is trying to unite opposition parties against the BJP. Mr. Rahul Gandhi is calling opposition leaders on breakfast. Yogi Adityanath is saying Uttar Pradesh to be Number 1state. Every one is planing for future but every body wants time to move according to them. Some people are saying that why time is passing so slowly some other feels time is running out. Only Miracle can change the pace of time abruptly otherwise Time also needs Time to Change.
ऐसा नही की वक्त अब नही बदलेगा l अब श्री नीतीश कुमार एन डी ए मे रहकर पेगासस को लेकर जाँच की माँग करने लगे है l आज कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह और श्री नवजोत सिंह सिद्धु गलबहैया डाल रहे है l सुश्री ममता बनर्जी भाजपा के विरोधी पक्ष को इकठ्ठा करने के जुगाड़ मे है l श्री राहुल गाँधी सब विरोधी दलों को नाश्ता करा रहे है l योगी आदित्य नाथ अपने प्रदेश यानी उत्तर प्रदेश को नम्बर 1 स्टेट बता रहे है l सब अपनी अपनी योजना बना रहे है l मगर हर कोई वक्त को अपने हिसाब से चलाना चाहता है l किसी को लगता है कि वक्त चल ही नही रहा l किसी को लगता है कि वक्त ऐसे क्यो भाग रहा है l वक्त के एकदम बदलने को चमत्कार कहिये अन्यथा समझ लीजिये की वक्त को भी बदलने के लिए वक्त चाहिए l
